From start to finish Ameri Built Homes was amazing to deal with. Their professionalism and personalized service made the whole experience of building our forever home a dream come true. We continually receive compliments of how beautiful our home is. Now that the home is built, any issues we had (and less face it when building a home, issues do arise) they responded immediately and corrected and resolved them to our satisfaction. They strongly stand by their warranty. We highly recommend Ameri Built if you want a quality home and personalized service!!

I have been in my new Ameri Built home at Kayak Kove for over a year now, and I am pleased to say that I can speak clearly and positively about my building/collaboration/warranty fulfillment experience. I would especially commend Bill Colligan, Ameri Built Homes Warranty Manager, for his diligent follow-up and commitment to "doing the right thing" after the move-in. Bill was always professional, responsive, diligent, and dependable. He truly gave Ameri Built the extra edge advantage in the resulting complete satisfaction with my new home.

Ameri Built Homes did a great job on our home. From start to finish we had no problems at all home turned out perfect and now 10 years later we are still so happy with our home!!!!! If we were to build again they would be our #1 builder again. You can't go wrong having owner Shawn Becker of Ameri Built Homes build your dream home!!!!!!!!

Ameri Built has been very accommodating. Since the day I moved in Ameri Built worked hard on resolving any issues that needed attention. Very courteous, helpful and a pleasure to do business with!

Be careful of your sales person! Dave lied about everything to us! He is a nice person but when it comes to business don't trust him! Said we can put a pool in, patio can be a certain size, association dues, our house is a zero tolerance property line they never discussed, etc... I have a longer list! Please do your do diligence and I did try but he/Ameri Built will do anything to sell a home.

Poor fit and finish. Uneven floors. Large gaps between 1/4 round and flooring. Doors that don't shut properly. Doors that stick. 1/2 inch gap between counter top and wall that was filled in with caulk. Grout was placed between tile and shower is now breaking off. I paid to have an inspection for the 12 month warranty. Then was told they would not look at the report. That I needed to write it all down. Majority of things I listed were not even addressed. We don't even have a neighborhood sign at the entrance to the neighborhood. Was told that the road leading to the adjoining neighborhood was for emergency vehicles. That was not true people cut through the neighborhood all the time speeding.

My husband and I built a home with Ameri built Homes and it was the best experience ever! We could have not of asked for a better group of people to work with from start to finish! Shawn the owner makes sure everything is what you want to make it your dream home! They can customize so much little details to make a home exactly what you hope for a more! Wish I could give them more then 5 stars!

Ameribuilt built our beautiful custom dream home in 2013. We had the best experience with them and they have stood behind their work 100%. If I built again, they would be my builder!
