Be careful of your sales person! Dave lied about everything to us! He is a nice person but when it comes to business don't trust him! Said we can put a pool in, patio can be a certain size, association dues, our house is a zero tolerance property line they never discussed, etc... I have a longer list! Please do your do diligence and I did try but he/Ameri Built will do anything to sell a home.
