At Baptist ER, they speed though the parking lot like maniacs, hit huge potholes in people's cars. Park in spots not designated as valet parking, try to tell vendors where they can't park even though they have parked there for years and it isn't labeled as valet parking. They are horrible and shouldn't exist as a company.

UPDATE: AS OF 2019 they have hired new people and they are fantastic. Super nice and helpful.
