Lovely room, clean and quiet as requested. View from windows were just buildings but would definitely stay again

Only attended for a day conference but was an ok venue. Food wasn't fantastic but ok.
Brilliant open spaces for corporate or professional events. Convenient for Euston station.
Amazing staff really helpful. Phone support is a bit rubbish but when your there they couldn't help more.
If I could rate it with "-", I would happily do it! Very expensive with small old ugly dirty rooms. If you have the chance to choose anything else, don't hesitate.
Well-kept hotel, friendly staff.
Nice bar.
Great location for a conference. Hospitality was excellent and stationery provided though basic was adequate. Conference rooms were sufficiently airy and comfortable.
It's a lovely hotel and the staff here are amazing! I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're in need of a conference room.
We were at a comedy night which was massively under attended. Half price alcohol though!
I do not recommend. The hotel was clean and the room was also very clean but when booking a photo of the selected room and it was not the same on arrival, for the same money I could have a better standard in another hotel, but I thought that the chosen room will look like it declared the hotel and I got the worst room I have rented so far, I was disappointed at this facility.
We arrived early and spoke to a friendly and helpful lady on reception who was happy to source a prepared room which allowed us to check in before 3pm.
We stayed in a deluxe double which was very clean and had a massive bed, the bathroom is compact but had a decent shower. The room amenities were good- coffee machine/fridge/iron etc. We were happily given more tea bags on request.
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of different options and staff were polite and helpful.
Quick checkout, very nice to stay until 12 and we were offered the option of leaving our luggage in the hotel until later on.
All in all a great stay at a very reasonable price, I would definitely stay again.
Not the biggest of rooms, but they are clean. Great for a quick stay. Staff friendly and helpful.
I attended an investor conference & the hotel was gorgeous, great facilities & fantastic tea & biscuits!
Not fully accessible especially the lack of sensitivity of staff's hotel who didn't know how to provide amenities for wheelchair guest
A compact business hotel with 5 minutes from the station.
Lovely afternoon tea.
I would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in having afternoon tea.
Polite and attentive staff, lovely atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Tiny room, scruffy with marks on the wall, bathroom was old and scruffy. Bed was single and tiny
Dated fittings poorly layed out room and miserable staff
The rooms are alright, bit small, the shower is below average and most importantly the staff are incredibly rude and especially the cleaners needs to mind their own buissness, your job is to clean the rooms not to comment or have a go at the guests. :)
Clean room, spotless bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a great location.
Excellent location, close to the British Library and the SoHo. The price was not too high, compared with other hotels, but the room was just too small for a 4 star hotel. Compared with other hotels in the area, it is not a bad option.
confortable, room clean good location to visit London
Staff were very friendly, hotel perfectly located. Rooms were a nice size for central London
The lobby was beautiful and promising. But the room was horrible. I had a single room, and I guess they believe solo travelers have no bags, no clothes and are giants. I had to put my suitcase on the bedside table, because there was no other place to put it. There was one metal office chair, which blocked the hallway so you had to walk sideways to get past it. There was no desk to sit at, only a tv stand with the coffee stuff on it. They said there was free water in the room, and it was in this lovely big glass bottle. But when I took the cap off, I realized it was not sealed and this was just tap water. I tasted it and it was STALE tap water. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting the towels and my clothes, which were on the floor, because the only hook was about 7 feet up on the wall. The toiletries were on a shelf above my head. The closet had 4 hangers. It would not fit anymore and it was so shallow my bag would not fit inside. The hairdryer didn't work. I had barely enough room to get around the bed. Thankfully I was only staying one night. Had I booked this single room for a week's stay, I would have been furious. Far far too expensive for what I got. The only pluses were the breakfast, which was good and the staff were friendly, and the front desk staff who were very helpful.
Warm welcome very clean and especially close to all 20 minutes walk from the place to visit the train station within 10 minutes.
Excellent stay
Well situated, nearby the Euston underground station. Rooms have all you need to sleep and relatively comfortable beds. Bathroom is a bit small. Service is very good and everyone is helpful. Also good breakfast options. WiFi is slow, just like most hotels
We stayed in on of the Ambassador rooms on the 5th floor, it was roomy and clean. Decor was stylish. Wet room was a nice touch, though the over bath shower did diminish the effect some. Service was excellent, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, not the norm in London hotels! Only two minor negatives were the very very firm mattress and the dribbling water pressure in the shower. But neither of which are enough to deter us from a return visit.
went to hotel bar. very nice place for social drinks
Friendly staff at check in, the process was also quick and painless. Rooms are quite small but have everything you need for your stay. The bar was nice and the little terrace outside is nice to sit at in the sun.
Great little hotel in the Heart of London. Unfortunately not a great place for business travellers. Lack of desk space and a whopping 1mb/s of free internet isn't exactly the best place to be productive.
Good hotel with close to several connections, the shower was perfectly ok and the room was just large. If you have single beds they are extremely small and you get a double blanket which then falls far to the sides of the bed, this made it a little difficult to sleep as the blanket became heavy to lift.
Good for conferences and events. Close to Euston Station
Rooms comfortable. Reception busy, leave plenty of time to check out. Staff friendly, bar staff a bit inexperienced.
Good location for a conference. The lunch provided what much better than expected - I was pleasantly surprised!
Great hotel, very welcoming and attentive staff, well located and excellent food.
Tiniest hotel room have ever seen - although last minute booking so fair enough. Most of the staff were good. another a tut for requesting whole invoice address couple of times. Has a gym but was down in the basement with 3 machines, (which is really all I needed), but felt a bit cut off when down there on my own.
Small rooms, but very comfortable. Good bathrooms, decent free internet and very good breakfast.
Nice room, very quiet at night. Good breakfast in the morning.
The location is good, close to Euston and Kings X, and the staff were reasonable. The rooms were as you would expect in a moderate London hotel, and there is free water in the rooms. The major concerns I have were that the Wi-Fi was awful.so slow in could not stream radio or work, and they charge you money for a Wi-Fi connection you can actually use. Also the ironing board and iron I requested ruined my white shirt, so be warned. Also at check out in was charged the wrong amount and they would not admit to their mistake so I have had to get this resolved with my travel agent.
Service was okay, was expecting better. The food was okay as well which is why I give an overall 3 stars
Lovely clean room, nice bar and dining area and helpful and friendly staff.
Nice bar, the free nuts with the beer are a nice touch
amazing hotel staff are very friendly helpful food is very good 5 minutes away from Euston station 5 minute walk away from Russell square tube station
Good conference venue and facilities. Much better than expected conference buffet lunch.
Overlooking a quaint Dickensian lane in the Bloomsbury literary district, this 19th-century hotel with a grand exterior and a modern contemporary interior is a 5-minute walk from Euston tube and train station.
The unfussy rooms include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, tea and coffeemaking facilities, and safes. Upgraded rooms also have desks, iPod docks and Nespresso machines.
There's a contemporary restaurant serving Italian fusion cuisine. Breakfast is available for a fee. There are also meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Lovely afternoon tea. All lovely but cream was a bit strange!
Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, good location.
Very comfortable accommodation with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Also very conveniently located.
Underwhelming stay -From great expectations ! Room So small I can touch 3 walls at the same time, on suite less than 3ft from the bed! Breakfast buffet - mainly cold and pathetically overpriced! First / last time staying here!
Attended a conference. Facilities and food lovely. Didn't stay overnight.
Great location.......ridiculously tiny room with an even smaller 'wardrobe'.
Great co defence rooms. Temperature control was a bit iffy . Lunch buffet was plentiful and tasty but heavy on the fried food
Stayed one night All good apart from breakfast very expensive warm slightly dried up
A pleasant enough hotel. The amazing thing about this hotel is the staff. Very kind and willing to help. When we got to the hotel we were at a very unsuitable room (came for work and needed working space). Combined with a long journey it was frustrating. The hotel's staff made the whole move effortless and made the rest of the stay enjoyable. Thank you!
Lovely hotel, very comfortable in good location close to both Euston and Kings Cross Stations. Good choice of hearty breakfast. Staff friendly especially Joe.
Tiny room. Hotel desperately in need of renovation.
The entertainment was good but the manager was rude and the staff were blatantly serving some people over others rather than first come first served. Food was okay, quite good for a buffet.
Friendly comfortable hotel Breakfast choice excellent
Nice clean hotel. Cards for doors don't work well at have to be replaced often.
The rooms are ok, maybe a little small if you have a cot as well. But the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The staff has improved slightly from the last.
Cons: I booked for standard room for which I was to get double bed as per hotels website but to my surprise the room was so time with single bed. I was so tired and was to stay for a night only so didn't argued them. But do check out with them before checking in, we might not get what you bought for. And hotel would also take 20 pound extra while checking in which gets refunded.i got it after 2-3 days but people at reception didn't care about explaining it to the guest.
Pros: prime location, you can keep your luggage in the hotels cloak room. And there are a lot of eateries, restaurants nearby.
Had one of the best buffet breakfast's I have ever had!!
Had lunch here. Was a nice quiet oasis very near Euston station.
I attended an event held at your hotel, all the staff, especially Federico were very courteous, polite and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely day!
Hotel was good, breakfast fine but the dinner was very disappointing and the service was not so nice
