The head staff and owners were unhelpful and particularly rude and unfair with the international councillors. Rene was especially rude, uncaring and unkind. Would not go back and would recommend that no one goes to this toxic work environment.

My daughter has attended the last few years and loves it. She is one of a handful who travel from Florida every year. Most of the kids are from PA, NJ, and NY. This is a real overnight camp, not the fanciest or the best facilities but the kids love it. Lakefront activities, large in ground pool, sports, shows, field trips, and more. Of course, color war the way it should be run. Highly recommended.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

First, there is a MAIN ROAD cutting right through the camp. How is that safe for anyone? Next, the cabins are not clean as indicated in the pictures on the website - there is thrash, foid, underwear, left behind from previous use. Then, there are several broken bunks in some of the cabins. And, whatsmore, the management refuses to issue refunds for their poor ammeneties or service.

I would not recommend this camp to anyone. Ever.

Food and cabins were okay. Toilets were always clogged. Showers were very neat but there was no wall at the top between the bathroom stalls. There were also nails sticking out of the ceiling which were pretty creepy. There were inappropriate drawings on the bedframes in permanent marker. Food was sometimes under cooked. There were holes in the bathroom floor and there was no soap in the bathroom. Mattresses were great. The windows had wooden covers but they were hard to close at night.
