This is the best alterations company ever. I went here years ago for my wedding dress and they basically reconstructed the whole top half and I just went for my bridesmaid dress. The owner remembers you and they are make you feel like family. If you want the best, this is the place!

Not just for wedding. They do a great job on all alterations, helping with zippers on jackets, adding bling to apparel and sell beautiful accessories. If you have not ever been to their shop, it is a must! That feeling you get when you walk through the door. It is such a beautiful place with huge passion! Highly recommended.

Brenda has gone to great lengths to make her shop a totally enchanting experience and offers a beautiful selection of accessories such as quality costume jewelry and custom hats. All perfect for a number of occasions... not just weddings. Think social galas... reunions... corporate parties... and much more. Amazing Alterations did repair work on a couple of delicate items... quickly and to my satisfaction. I do not hesitate to recommend Brenda and her team to others, and will continue to use Amazing Alterations in Anoka, MN.

I love the look of this little Boutique alteration shop. Super cute, and the ladies inside are very kind. However, they are expensive and frequently running behind schedule. They do a great job, if you have the patience to wait and money to spend.

I've been to Amazing Alterations a few times now and they are very professional at a very reasonable cost. I now bring all my tailoring needs here. The owner Brenda listens to what you are looking for. She works with you and does a great job explaining what is the best way to have your project done to your expectations.

Brenda is absolutely amazing she did my while bridal party and dress and it was absolutely perfect! She knows her stuff, I would 100% recommend her! I feel like your missing out if you dont come here! Best experience I've ever had!

I seriously could not have imagined bringing my dress anywhere else. I bought my dress and then lost 56 pounds and they completely transformed it to get it to fit perfectly. The best customer service and they are absolutely FANTASTIC people to work with. I will recommend to anyone who needs alterations!!

My dress I bought at a consignment shop was a size 12 and this place altered it to a size 10 for me. They worked to get me in on last night notice and worked wonders on my dress. The place looks small from the outside and slightly scary till you go inside to a beautiful room full of drapping curtains and very roomy. They did an excellent job on the alterations and adding a bra to the gown. They also take your picture afterwards on a fancy chair and send them to you by email. I was impressed by their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the product they put out was great. I got my wedding dress tailored here, and it fit like a glove. It was beautiful. I live in Minneapolis and drove to Anoka for each of my appointments because I heard great things about Amazing Alterations. BUT the experience along the way was just okay. It makes me wonder if there's a better place closer to Minneapolis that did just as great of a job. I wish they would explain who will be doing the alterations and their whole process, because I was confused with all of the different people I worked with. I also wish they could be a little more professional. Each time I had been there, they were crazy busy, and people were running around everywhere. I recommend you go there during the day of a weekday if you can.

When I arrived for the first time, I was confused on where it was. Google Maps brought me to the front of the building, but there wasn't a sign. Then I learned that you have to go in through the back. There's a parking lot in the back, and that's also where the front door is. I checked in with the person at the front desk. Shortly after that, a young woman (maybe like 18 years old?) came and greeted me, grabbed my dress, and led me to a changing room. At first, I was confused because I didn't really want a super young, inexperienced girl doing my wedding dress alterations. They didn't really explain who she was or what the process was like. She just helped me get into the dress and passed me onto another woman. This woman seemed more experienced (she seemed a little bit unprofessional but it wasn't that big of a deal). She pinned the dress in lots of places and that was the end of that appointment.
At my second appointment, I saw the same woman as last time, and it didn't really seem like they had done much with my dress in between the first and second appointments. She still pinned me A LOT, then took the pins out, then started over, etc. Then, I think one of the owners (or someone higher up there), came over and repinned me again and said that the first woman didn't really know how to pin my kind of dress correctly. So I'm suuuuper glad the owner came by to fix that before they actually altered my dress based on the first woman's pins. While they were pinning me, the owner's two little dogs were walking around. For the most part, they were fine. They were quiet and they're small. But, they did walk on the train of my dress a few times, which made me nervous. What if they peed on my dress??? That seems pretty unprofessional.
On my third appointment, my dress was pretty much done. They just made a few tweaks, they sewed on my sash, and then they steamed my dress. When I was ready to leave, they almost gave me the wrong dress! But we got it fixed right away.

My alterations were amazing!! My dress was better than I expected. Great price, great shop!!

Can't say enough about Brenda. I had sleeves added to my wedding dress my another alteration place and they did a horrible job and I couldn't fit into my dress because they placed the sleeves so high and I didn't get it back until the week of the wedding! I brought my dress to amazing alterations in Wednesday before my wedding and Brenda did such a fantastic job and fixed my sleeves and redid them completely. I couldn't help but cry I was so happy and they finished the sleeves on Friday. Brenda is an angel. Thank you so much!

I worked with Brenda for my wedding dress alterations and it was such a great experience! She made me feel like an absolutely princess every time I put my dress on and worked her magic to ensure it fit perfectly for my big day! I would highly recommend her & her team's services to any future brides! I also purchased my wedding earrings & veil from Amazing Alterations as they had a really great selection and it was helpful to try many options on with my wedding dress.

They made my dress look amazing ! They also touched my flower girls dress with no charge!

Brenda and her Team graciously fit me in for a consult on an already busy day! Brenda kindly and honestly helped me decide between 2 formal dresses for a gala. In the end, no alterations were needed, but nonetheless I left feeling great in my chosen dress for my event. I would DEFINITELY, WITHOUT DOUBT, go back to Brenda and her Team for any future needs I have. Her store has the most charming, welcoming atmosphere. This is a well-oiled machine! I had complete trust in Amazing Alterations -- they were organized, put appointments on my google calendar right away, and provided great follow up and information via email. The tailor that fit me each time was very helpful and obviously very experienced. They had great ideas -- had a great way to keep my train but bustle it so it would be completely hidden after my ceremony. These alterations were not cheap, but I'm still very happy to have chosen them!

My wedding dress, our bridesmaids dresses, our flower girl's dress, & my mom's mother of the bride dress all were altered by Brenda and her staff. They did an amazing job on all of our dresses! Brenda & her staff worked their magic and used their talents, and put in the time to make sure each of us girls felt and looked beautiful in the dresses we were wearing, and that we were comfortable too!!! Brenda and her staff made us feel so special and shared the excitement of preparing for our wedding day - throughout our alterations visits. I wanted my wedding dress to have some extra sparkle. Brenda and her staff shared ideas on how they could add the sparkle, and then we decided on which idea they would do. Their work is incredible! My wedding dress was beyond perfect! I felt so beautiful and comfortable wearing my wedding dress! Brenda and her staff altered my mom's dress perfectly and she looked gorgeous in her dress! The flower girl's dress had the perfect amount of sparkle added to her dress & she looked adorable! The bridesmaids dresses looked stunning on every one of the 9 bridesmaids in our wedding! No where better! Honest, affordable and beautiful work! All done with a smile.

Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere else. Super incompetent, did a very sloppy job and instead of owning up to it, the owner Breda got super defensive! I waited in their cold, dingy building for 2.5 hrs while they tried to fix the dress to normal standards. Your local grocery store seamstress would have done a better job!

Better than the reviews. I called with just over two weeks until a wedding with alterations needed on a bridesmaid dress. They fit me in the day after I called and my dress was ready with time to spare. Even more, I ended up bringing another dress to the appointment and they gladly took that one too and had it done when I picked up the first one. It was amazing.

I wish I would have brought my wedding dress there instead! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the alterations were perfect. I highly recommend this shop.

I was so nervous about who was going to do my alterations for my wedding gown. After calling Amazing Alterations, and talking with Brenda and her awesome team, I felt so comfortable, I booked an appointment. When I got there, I was so blown away by the enchanted environment that they have created for brides to get their dresses altered! It was so fun, and Brenda really made me feel at ease, with walking me through all the different issues I was having with the bust, and the train. She made my dress feel perfect! I was working out and she assured me that it was ok to lose some weight and when I did she still made my dress fit perfectly! My bustle was so beautiful. I got so many compliments on it! I got the "waterfall" bustle, and it flowed so nice, and was so easy for my personal attendant to do, and it stayed all night! My husband could not take his eyes off me! I felt amazing and I just can't thank Brenda and her wonderful girls enough! And then to get your "chaise lounge dive pics" taken when you are all done, is just so much fun! I am recommending Brenda and Amazing Alterations to ALL my friends that are getting married. They did all my bridesmaids, and even one was 7 months pregnant and she looked great! What a fun experience, and I thought her prices were very reasonable for everything that we received. Oh! And I can't say enough about the hoop! It made my dress awesome, and it made me feel so comfortable all night! If any of you are brides, and are unsure, go to Amazing Alterations, you will not be sorry!

The store I bought my wedding dress at recommended amazing alterations so I went needing significant taking in of my dress. It ended up costing over $600 and my neckline was sewn up unevenly so one breast line was higher than the other. It took several more visits and hours to try to fix but it was still very clearly uneven in the pictures. After so much money and time it is so disappointing that they took such a beautiful dress and ruined it.

Very affordable, high quality work. Plus you'll have a lot of fun with Brenda as she works her way around your dress! She is able to solve anything (with the exception of growing fabric of course). Love love love working with Brenda and will bring all my alterations here. It's worth the drive from Minneapolis!

Amazing Alterations has a friendly and courteous staff. We flew in for a wedding and had to have final alterations done last minute. The staff was great and got my wife's and two daughter's dress altered quickly. Amazing alterations did the whole wedding party including the brides dress. They even fixed a manufacturing defect on the brides dress. All of the dresses were custom tailored to each bridesmaid. Thank you Amazing Alterations for making things go so smoothly.

Fabulous work on gowns! I bought my wedding dress from Luxe Bridal Couture and Brenda from Amazing Alterations did an absolutely stunning job of fitting the dress. In two meetings the dress was perfect, and everything she added was fantastic. Even under stress Brenda really shone! Thank you Brenda!

I bought my dress at Kleinfelds in NY and wanted a place that would not only give the same quality of work, but same customer service.

After reading a ton of reviews I decided to try Amazing Alterations. My experience was up and down but over all the work they did was superb. Customer service, on other hand can use some work.

I'll first say that the ladies who work in the salon surpassed my expectations.. Especially Therese and Jean. My first appt was great and I was happy I chose AA to work on my dress.

I came into second appointment feeling super overwhelmed and alone as I am not from Minnesota and didn't have anyone to take to appointment. I'm in my second year of law school, had finals that week, the wedding was in 14 days, and I was petrified my dress wasn't going to fit as I have lost almost 100 pounds from the time I purchased it. I came in just super overwhelmed. But my amazing experience from 1st appt with Therese and the fact that they deal with stressed brides everyday, they would be able to handle the situation in a professional and compassionate way.

Right from start when I got into the room where they cut the tulle, I felt super disrespected by the woman working on my dress, who I now know is the owner. When I explained I was uncomfortable and didn't like the way the dress fit (my back was hanging over dress). She was extremely rude and it was as if I annoying her by asking questions. She kept talking down to me like I was a child for expressing emotion. She was not compassionate and kept getting more annoyed and then it gets better- She would have me walk down the hallway to make sure I wouldn't trip and every time I turned around to walk towards her she was texting. Call me crazy but a little compassion to a clearly overwhelmed person, much less customer, goes along way.

My 3rd apt 2 days before the wedding went great. Everything went perfect. When I noticed the veil was a different shape (they had to change the way the cut it so it changed the shape). Not a big deal but I asked my consultant about the difference. It wasn't a huge deal but it was clearly different. The owner in the next room rudely chimes in saying "We wouldn't just cut your veil without your permission" not knowing what we were talking about. Which in fact they did have to make a change but just the fact she tried to intervene just to start trouble. The consultant came back and explained yes they did have to change it because it wouldn't have looked right.

Glad I will only be married once and would say the work is not worth the experience. Go to Tom's Tailor. They do all mine and my husbands clothes and treat you like you matter.

I had a great experience working with Brenda and her team! My wedding was on December 27th, 2014 and they did a great job in getting my dress altered, bustled and steamed in plenty of time before the wedding. They also made a custom veil for me, which ended up being half the cost of a similar veil I was looking at in a wedding boutique. I really enjoyed working with Amazing Alterations, and would recommend anyone looking for an alterations specialist to check them out!

Brenda and her staff are amazing!!! They were able to get me in last minute!! All my alterations were more than perfect!! I never thought a dress could fit me so well! Brenda understood exactly what I wanted and needed and was able to deliver! I wore my grandma's dress and Brenda was able to get the color back to the original state. This was very important to me. In fact it was priceless!!
I even loved the feeling of home with the sweet little dogs. They are so well behaved! For those who might worry about them, no need. The dogs are very small and can be put away if your uncomfortable. I asked about the dress being safe and was comforted by seeing my dress bagged and placed into the closet. They are hairless dogs that are allergy proof. So I had no worries there either.
Brenda's shop is a dream for most women. I think she calls it the "chic cave". It was an inspiring shop that also gave me further idea's for my big day. I found that all dreams can be achieved in one spot and did not have to shop all over the state. That was a great relief!!!!

They charged less than half of what I was quoted at another tailor, made me feel like a princess, and even opened up the seams and adjusted the bodice again after I had brought it home the first time. I went into this place today. Completely disappointed!!! I waited a HALF HOUR to be talked too!!!! I couldn t believe the terrible customer service. As a manager in retail I get it, but seriously a half hour?? Then I finally get someone to talk to and she only spent 5 minutes with me and then quotes me $650 to alter my dress!!!!! Really?!? I WILL be taking my business elsewhere!

I am not a prom queen, a bride or a brides maid.....but I have an iPad case that needed to look princess like so I took it to Amazing Alterations and had Brenda do her blinging magic.....All I can say is WOW. I had a bridesmaid dress altered here - the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had two appointments that took less than 20 minutes each and my dress looks beautiful. This business was highly recommended to me and I definitely see why!

The shop itself is a fairytale wonderland for brides. Full length mirrors are all around for each bride to be the center of attention and see all angles of their dress.

The staff is super attentive and treat each bride as the queen she is.

Brenda is worth every award she's won and then some. I thought I would need to let my dress out a little but she showed me how I actually was wearing my dress too low! Had she not shown me that, I would have been pulling up my dress my entire day.

I highly recommend you go in for a consultation and experience for yourself how you fall in love with your dream dress all over again.

I had to get a bridesmaid dress altered for the wedding and chose to come here based purely on the reviews, all the way from Saint Paul. The commute was a pain, but worth it. I only needed one alteration (enlarging an arm hole for lack of a better description) and it was about $30. Professional and timely service.

I have been a number of places and this is hands down great for alterations..they have a huge bridal following. I get pants and jackets done. Never better work or service.

I heard this place would do alterations on the spot so decided to try them out, as I was 7 months pregnant in one wedding and 1 month post pregnancy in another. Both experiences were awful. For both weddings, they made me wait forever just to be seen. They rushed my alterations, to the point of trying to give me a gown with quick, shotty stitching (it looked like something I could do and I can barely sew!). They made me feel bad for not liking the way the first and second adjustments came out and having to repair the work they had done. Both times I ended up paying for something that I wasn't happy with. I should not have gone back the second time, but I figured the first time was just a fluke. Wrong! I would rather have paid more money for a job well done, longer alteration time, and with people who make me feel important.

The name of this business is very descriptive, as I truly found them to be amazing! They are very organized and schedule all of the appointments needed, then send a Google calendar invite to ensure accuracy. They listened to my ideas and More

They squeezed us in for a last minute alteration, which was huge for us. As always the work was fantastic and the staff was terrific.

Brought in my coat for a zipper fix, team was responsible and efficient. The zipper is much better quality than what I had before, thank you for the work! I was very pleased.

It was 1 month before my wedding and the first round of alterations done by Dena & Marie Bridal in Roseville completely botched my dress! Not only did they grossly overcharge me, they did a disgusting and sloppy job. I came to Brenda almost in tears and she took me in immediately coming in on her day off to save the day! Not only is Brenda the sweetest woman I have ever met, her seamstress skills are unparalleled and inexpensive! She ended up taking my dress in 4 inches, completely changed the bustle with her signature "waterfall" and actually sewed my dress to fit me while I waited to ensure it fit perfectly before I left. It may be north of the cities but ABSOLUTELY WORTH the drive! If only I had gone to her in the first place I could have saved myself an ulcer and the $500 I wasted at Dena and Marie's! Brenda is a wedding day Angel!

Great service. Dress was ruined. Wore it down the asile and as crying because of the pain the dress was causing me. Couldn't breathe in my dress couldn't sit either. Friends and family even said the dress looked too small from the waist and how it was will crunched up...
On my last visit. I was upset and told the workers that this isn't right and how it's to tight and I COULDNT BREATHE. They told me it's fine and kicked me out the door. I paid over 400$ for alterations. My wedding day was ruined. I had indentations on my stomache after being in the dress for 10 minutes. That isn't right. Never reccomend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

I used Amazing Alterations for my wedding gown. I thought the price was very reasonable, exactly what I had budgeted for and their work was perfect! At my final fitting they helped ensure every detail was perfect! They went above and beyond - everything you want as a bride to be:) I will be using them to clean and preserve my dress! My only recommendation would be that if your dress requires hoop - make sure you play with one in the shop as we did not and when it came late in the night and we were letting out my hoop to help lift the dress so I could wear flats, I think we broke it as the boning kept poping out - not the shops falt, totally mine, just a recommendation to future brides:)

Our experience working with Amazing Alterations on a vintage wedding gown can only be described, as heart breaking. It has taken me months to even be able to talk about it. The public deserves to know. Amazing Alterations as it turns out, is not qualified, despite their claim otherwise, to work with vintage wedding gowns. Convincing us they knew what they were doing cost us so much more than the money they refused to refund us after destroying our heirloom wedding gown. Our hopes were destroyed, just like with the antique gown. After leaving us with a gown which ultimately required being completely redone, despite repeated concerns that were either ignored or not corrected acceptably, Amazing Alterations refused to reimburse us any of the nearly thousand dollars we did pay them. Worse, Amazing Alterations offered nothing in the way of an apology for the emotional hurt we endured as a result of their having ruined a beloved heirloom gown. The patchwork appearance of the gown my daughter still opted to wear this past December, out of dear love and respect for her Grandmother, was truly a shameful loss that didn't need to have happened. Please, brides! Do your research before trusting your vintage gown to Amazing Alterations.

Amazing Alterations were an absolutely critical part of making my dress fit like a glove. The shop that I bought my dress from did not do in house alterations so I had to find somewhere to go. Amazing Alterations were able to fit me in and get my dress fitted within two months of my wedding (not recommended, but they were able to make it work) in three sessions. If you need some common alterations (cups added/hoops used) you can bring your own in to the shop or they have them there for purchase. I did a mix of in house and pre-bought and was super happy with my decision. They talk about the hoop being an awesome tool for good reason!

I had my wedding dress altered here, and the experience was very good. They recommended using a dress hoop which ended up allowing me to not have to hem my dress, and made it easier to walk in the dress, and also helped with temp control. I'm glad they made the suggestion. I emailed Brenda one day as I was a little nervous about timeline. She responded promptly and set up all 3 of my appointments right then. The shop itself is very quaint and lovely, makes you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Everyone at Amazing Alterations was amazing!! They new exactly what they were doing and always helped keep me up to date. I was very disappointed with Amazing Alterations. Overall, the staff was nice, but at all three appointments the process was disorganized, unprofessional and rushed.

At my second appointment I ended up being there for more than three hours because they only had one person on the floor and they were bouncing all around. They also missed making a couple of the requested alterations from my first visit, which I ended up reminding them of and had to ask the to make them again. By the end I was so hungry and tired, I ended up telling them to go with whichever bustle they wanted because I couldn't take being there any longer.

At my last appointment I had my dress and veil steamed, although they never told me I needed to bring in a sheet so I had to run out and buy a new one. When I came back to pick up my dress they forgot to give me my veil. Luckily I realized this on my way home and went back to pick it up. However, I didn't realize they forgot to give me the hoop I had purchased and that I had used to have my dress length altered around until the day of the wedding. I tried to call them but they were closed. They never even called to tell me I forgot it and I had my final dress fitting a few days before my wedding so they had plenty of time to call and let me know. I ended up tripping over my wedding dress the whole day and the top kept falling down.

I was very disappointed and will not be going back or recommending them to anyone for alterations.

I had a pretty terrible experience at the boutique I bought my wedding dress from. Luckily, I was referred to Amazing Alterations who gave me back the dress of my dreams. They were very honest about pricing and did amazing work!

You could not tell my dress was altered... which is great.

However, it took 5 appointments to get the dress to fit. Each time they would ask if I had lost weight... and no, I've been the same size and weight for the last year. My third appointment I found out they didn't even do the alternation that was needed, so it was a complete waste of time! It was so frustrating to spend so much time getting the dress to fit correctly. Additionally, I was concerned about the top not fitting flush to my skin and I was worried that I would be exposing my ladies to everyone. I was told it would be fine with the help of a little cosmetic tape. As my wedding day went on, I had major issues with not exposing myself and cosmetic tape did not help at all.

I would have given it 5 had the alterationist for my best friend (the bride) had not been so unbelievable rude. There was a moment when she was asking about my BF's bust line and my BF said She didn't mind id it didn't fit perfectly. This alterationist (I think her name was Brenda) ask my friend if she was a nurse. She told her no and Brenda says "Oh because nurses are my most difficult clients" Are you kidding me. My best friend has been the most laid back bride IN THE WORLD and this woman had the audacity to back handingly call her "difficult". Then Brenda procceded to talk over her when she tried to explain why she didn't mind. It ruined her whole experiance for the final fitting and she cried in the fitting room quite a few times. Not a great time. But the do well with the alterations themselves.

I am horrible bridesmaid waited a week before the wedding to get a hem long story short in school crazy schedule and literally marked me up and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes... they are lifesavers here... but dont do what I did

I was referred to Amazing Alterations by Bride to Be Consignment in Woodbury. It's really convenient as it is near my home in Circle Pines and the staff are literally AMAZING! They completely made my used dress into it's own creation and they had great ideas! I'd recommend them to anyone who asks! The staff is wonderful, they put appointments right onto my google calendar and all the notes are attached to your appointment confirmations so everything is upfront and clear. The shop itself is so beautiful! I feel like a princess every time I walk through their door! Thank you Amazing Alterations!!!

Amazing Alterations did a great job altering my wedding dress. I had three appointments over 4 months. I loved the space. When you try on your dress the last time they make adjustments right then and there which I really liked. The staff was attentive and helped to create the look I was going for. I felt very very beautiful in my dress and everyone was in awe of how good it looked/fitted. I would certainly recommend their services.

INCREDIBLE. Brenda is an extremely talented seamstress, she is amazing and extraordinary at her craft. Go to her - and trust her process. I contacted Brenda on very short notice because my sister needed alterations ASAP before her wedding, due to a really unexpected, negative experience at a different alteration place who messed up her wedding dress. Brenda was able to fix the issues caused by the previous alteration place, and made my sister's wedding dress fit perfectly. She did what the previous place said, "couldn't be done". She is extremely talented and kind. Amazing Alterations has a wonderful energy and environment. You can tell Brenda put her heart into this place. Thank you, Brenda, for making my sister feel that she is going to look beautiful on her wedding day when it was so close to being taken away from her. You are truly incredible and we are forever thankful.

The front desk and the person who brought you back was very nice and easy to work with. I didn't like that the owner had several dogs running around. I didn't think it was very professional to have customers in expensive dresses dodging tiny dogs as they came running around the corner. If there are dogs running around, I'm not sure why they make you take your shoes off before you come inside.

Due to COVID my dress was VERY delayed. I received it about 2.5 weeks before the wedding and Amazing Alterations put me at ease as they altered my dress in no time! Everything fit perfectly the day of, I am more than thankful for all they have done for me. They worked around my crazy work schedule to ensure all the fittings would be complete in a reasonable time. All of their staff is very helpful- especially the owner Brenda! She is a miracle worker and gets the job done. Thank you guys for ALL that you did!

I came to have my dress altered at this shop, and I was HORRIFIED at the lack of customer care displayed, towards me, AND the other brides near me when I was in the shop, and by one woman in particular, I was floored to find that she was the owner of the establishment. The recption staff was kind, as were the women helping me into my dress, but Brenda came across as crass, unknowledgable, pushy, insensitive, and downright rude. She seemed impatient and distracted during my appointments, and I frequently looked over to find her on her phone. I found myself waiting for 20-30 min or more past my appointment time, for her to even come over to greet me. During one appointment, I overheard another bride voicing that she was unhappy with her alterations, Brenda then proceeded to tell that bride that they looked fine, and totally disregarded any concerns she had, when the bride in question looked horribly uncomfortable and I could see from across the shop that her hem was several inches too short. Thankfully, the alterations done on my dress were minimal, and well done, she must have a good team in the back, but based on Brenda's attitude alone, it is a wonder to me that company is still in business.

Fantastic experience here for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress! My wedding dress was at least two sizes too big off the rack, and between hemming, taking the dress in, putting darts in the bust and creating a flattering bustle, this team knows how to transform a dress! Excellent and timely service, and very accommodating!

I had my jacket repaired at Amazing Alterations. They put in new pockets and restitched the lining. It was great service and I am very happy with the work that was done. I thought I might have to buy a new jacket, but now my old one is as good as new. Thanks. I would highly recommend their service.

They did such a wonderful job with alternating my daughters pageant dress and had it ready for us in just a couple days (Dress showed up late) They truely are amazing!!

I LOVED Brenda. She is sweet and sincere and makes you feel like your her only care. I LIKED her skill at alterations. My wedding dress looks really good, but I found a few very large pin holes in the fabric I wasn't too pleased to see. I HATED that for every appointment I arrived on time for, she was at least a half hour late. Once, I waited an hour and a half! It would help if her customer service skills reached to the next appointment as well. The situation would have been easier on me if she would have let me know how far behind she was so I had some idea of what was going on. So, if you want pretty darn good service, but don't mind the guessing game of when she will finally get to your appointment...Brenda and Amazing Alterations is the place to go.

Disappointing Customer Service on multiple occasions which ultimately led to not receiving alterations from them. The first experience was based on my visit to the shop for a quote appointment. Based on the conversation of employees standing around, it was as though the person I was working with wasn't notified I was there. When she arrived to help, she was talking with other employees, took a picture, and did not introduce herself. She seemed in a rush, inconvenience, and unaware it was a quote appointment (she began pinning the dress w/o confirming). Then leaving the shop, one person in the shop was nice enough to say bye, however, even the person as the desk avoided it even with making eye contact. Then the other encounter was the lack of customer service skills/communication through e-mail. The image provided is what was the deciding factor after several disappointing experiences. It certainly isn't the worst, but could have been worded more politely as a business when replying to a message I misread.

I had my wedding dress altered here. I was a little hesitant to go off site for dress alterations but it was the best decision EVER!

Brenda & her team made me fall in love with my dress more than when I bought it. I got really motivated & lost a fair amount of weight from dress purchase to receipt. They truly transformed my dress to make it fit perfectly AND in only 3 appointments including pick up.

Brenda is AMAZING just like her Business name. Always happy & cheerful with full of energy. I needed my super long dress altered super fast. She not only got me in but did the alteration so perfect with all her grace. I loved the fact that even though they were all busy, everyone in her team had a smile on their face and looked happy :) It matters in my world :)

My favorite alteration place! No matter how busy they are they still manage to fit me in and work around my difficult schedule. Brenda is the BEST and every worker there does an amazing job + has great customer service. 5/5 stars!

I brought my daughter's veil to be altered from having it on a silk wreath of flowers to a comb. Brenda, the owner, was very personable and offered to do the alteration right then. Theresa, the receptionist, helped me find some local stores to do a couple errands while I waited. Even though it was prom season, they took time to take care of the veil so I didn't have to drive almost an hour to get it when it was finished. SUPERIOR customer service and very pleasant people to work with. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for such an important day!
