Amaline Vitale Review

Amaline Vitale was the amazing designer of my beautiful bespoke wedding gown. From the first day to final fitting, Amaline exuded incredible talent, genuine care, knowledge backed by a wealth of experience and honest feedback that were to me, the key steps to designing and creating the dream wedding gown.

On top of excellent service, Amaline is just so down-to-earth and easy to get along with. Every visit was just a perfect mix of professionalism and fun!

I was even fortunate to have both Amaline and Sam help with alterations to my bridesmaids' dresses as well as have my 2yo daughter's flower girl dress made by Amaline. The service and care was just out of this world, far more than what I could ever expect or hope for, honestly.

I am so grateful and appreciative of the love and care Amaline put into her work. When you love what you do, it really shows and Amaline's dresses are a true testament to that.

I could not recommend Amaline highly enough. If you want someone who genuinely cares and has the creative drive to reach your wedding gown goals, Amaline will go above and beyond.

I started emailing Amaline Vitale regarding dress styles and pricing before I made the commitment to fly down from Sydney.

Their price points are very affordable in comparison to other local designers.
Sam put together a collection of dresses he thought would work well with my body type and height, in addition to the other dresses I asked to put aside for me to try on beforehand.

He gave constructive critique as necessary and ultimately we both decided on dress we both loved!

Fast forward six months, my dress is ready for collection. Because I live in Sydney, the dress was shipped to me (including a veil - they actually have a few different styles not shown on their website so don t forget to ask!).
This arrived in excellent condition and the dress fit me perfectly! Craftsmanship was on point, with a few minor alterations I made with a local bridal seamstress.

Overall, very happy with the hassle-free experience I had with them.

Recently purchased (2020) a dress from Amaline Vitale, I was met with very good customer service on our first visit where I picked my dress with Lori. Lori was positive and made the experience fun. Subsequent visits were not met with the same customer service, and got progressively worse as the fittings went on. I was not 100% happy with the final product however, felt my feedback and our questions along the way were not listened to or dismissed.

Amaline and Sam were incredible and so helpful throughout my wedding dress journey. I'm the type of person that takes an extremely long time to decide on things, and Amaline and Sam were never pushy or forceful. I tried on the dress on three seperate occasions before I decided, and they were so lovely every time. I would definitely recommend!

After trying on a million dresses, I went in to Amaline Vitale on a weekday without an appointment and thankfully got asked if I needed help from Amaline herself!
I picked out a few dresses myself and Amaline suggested a few - and the dress I chose ended up being one she recommended.

It suited my personality and body shape perfectly! The fabric was gorgeous and Amaline was very helpful with jewellery suggestions.

The only downside is, if I had been originally served by someone else I'm not sure if I would have bought a dress from there as the other staff members where no where near as professional or helpful as Amaline herself.

Amaline & Sam were absolutely incredible to deal with, they made the whole process so enjoyable & completely stress free! My dress was absolutely perfect, I just could not be happier with the whole experience & would highly recommend Amaline Vitale if you re on the hunt for your wedding gown!

Was on a girls trip looking for my dress. Hit up 4 stores in one day and Amaline Vitale was the best! The way Sam fitted the sample made me feel amazing and he knew how to fit the dress perfectly to my body, which is why I felt so comfortable at Amaline Vitale. I absolutely loved my dress and found the perfect veil in store to go with my dress. Sam and Amaline were so helpful and professional and made me feel so special. So glad to have shared this special part of my life with Sam and Amaline.

This team have the best customer service. Knowledgeable, kind and fun! My dress was perfectly designed and perfectly tailored.

I LOVED my wedding dress, the service and assistance we got from the Amaline team was amazing, I highly recommend having a dress fitting and chatting to the team.

Hate to give bad reviews, but so sad to say that my wedding dress experience was ruined by my experience with this supplier - too much to write here. After purchasing a dress here, I experienced very poor customer service, and when trying to give calm kind feedback I was met with rude ignorant behaviour. Direct private written feedback was also ignored as I preferred not to go public, not surprisingly the supplier responded in this public post only. Would not recommend.
