I recently had a session and was left underwhelmed. While the photographer was friendly and tried to create a comfortable atmosphere, the end results didn’t quite meet my expectations. The lighting felt off in many shots, and some candid moments seemed missed. 📸 It felt like there was a lack of attention to detail that would elevate the experience. Overall, it wasn't what I had hoped for. 😕
Had a very enjoyable photoshoot with Daniel, who gave us great tips on how to pose naturally and i must say, we definitely loved how the photos turned out! Thank you for accomodating to our requests of recreating our old photographs too :)

Making of appointment is fuss free from their website. Reminders were sent and instructions were clear. Studio location was easy to find and photographer Derrick was friendly too. He also helped me to edit a passport photo for my baby quickly as I needed it urgently. However, if can give better instructions how to make nicer poses will be better as there are not many nice poses of my baby boy.
Punctual and professional, and they really took the effort to max out the timeslot with various locations in the park. The shots turned out absolutely gorgeous!

My fiance and I have been doing photo shoots with Firefly for 2 years - both outdoor and indoor.
The photographers involved are very professional and fun-loving. We truly enjoyed our shoots!
Derrick (indoor) was very funny and full of ideas. Chong Boon was very sporting with our crazy ideas.
We definitely will go back to Firefly for any other photo shoots in future - be it with family or friends.
