This is a really good place. Shopping mall experience with website prices. Helpful staff. And really good variety. Only drawback is you have to wait for your turn. But automated paying machines are amazing and the overall system is better than classical paying counters.

I recommend using the pick up button in the Alza app so you don't have to wait for the release.
Although I usually order things via appku-but in the store have consultants who are able to adequately advise.

The largest showroom store with electronics and other goods. Huge variety of exhibited goods with the opportunity to touch it. The disadvantage is that it is often quite crowded and the showroom generally gives a cramped impression, despite how big it is. But again, there is a cafe, which you will appreciate while waiting for the goods to be delivered, although in this regard I would rather recommend having the goods sent, if for some reason you do not need to go to the branch in person. Parking in the area is not the biggest, but so far I have always found a place.

For me Alza is basically the only electronics retailer where I buy. Yes, some of their discounts are not discounts, but I like to get paid and something compared to the competition and I'm happy for the complaint. I've never had a problem with Alza here, and I do not even have to complain about the stuff I bought at the IC, which is used by many other businesses to make no claim.

Perfect pre-Christmas experience. To begin with: the order was worth CZK 7,500 and was a little bulkier - 3 boxes of about 50 x 30 x 20 cm. My question of whether they can give me a bigger bag where the three big boxes would fit was the answer: "We do not have that." The question is whether the operator can give me 3 bags ie. for each box separately? "I tell you, we do not." And a bag at least for the three little things? Yes, 5 CZK. I responded that they were probably kidding. That the salesperson, respectively. the publisher has offered to pull the box down with tape and eventually tap the ear to make the order take away - I would like a lot. Customer Approach 0. Today, Alza has lost a customer who spends about 20,000 each year on her. privately and 50 ths. service. Let your ads and billboards work well.

Alza is one for me when shopping. Complaints, including return, are completely safe. Goods can be imported from the house or picked up at the outlets throughout the Republic.

Personally, I pick up only exceptionally, but always everything is ok.
Non-stop delivery is great.

Unfortunately, ALZA did not disappoint again, the goods were immediately picked up, after picking up at once for X hours and after X hours there was still no pickup. I only consider the effort to pull as much money out of people as possible and customer satisfaction is no longer possible. This is not the first time that something like this happened to me. It was my last purchase here
