Actually I need to mention a really really really nice service as the first room which was handed over to me was not as nice as expected so I asked to get a different room, within 2 minutes done.amazing work guys.

Fine hotel, helpful staff, but not all of them speak English. There is pool and gym, but both are open only between 7-21. Breakfasts start at 7 and the breakfast area is small and gets crowded quickly.

Just hotel and the price quality ratio is great. The breakfast is reasonable.

Good hotel overall, if you go through a promotional offer. In no way a 4-star, tired rooms and old-fashioned deco. Avoid the buffet menu, not up to the asking price. A good plus point, the opening width of the pool. A hotel to choose for a discovery of Luxembourg without taking his car, the bus station is just in front.

Great hotel with a nice spa area. Bus stop right outside the door. In Luxembourg, parking is very expensive, so you should pay attention to this aspect.

very luxurious nice big cozy hotel in the middle of the green dot is 3 km with 4 from the historical center and is easily accessible. Dinner excellent buffet roast beef turkey salmon salad and so on. I highly recommend it

The maintenance works have disturbed us very much in the evening and in the morning. After complaining to the reception, we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. (Offer other room was too stupid because we were going to check out anyway.) I would book again despite this small problem.

Nice clean rooms. Average breakfast. Slight musty smell in the bathroom. But excellent value for money given the size of the room and the bed.

Having stayed one night in this establishment the night of April 27, 2019 room 442. Upon arrival the hotel does not look mine, pleasantly surprised when we return, very beautiful and modern, well received pity that no one offered us to assemble our luggage. Arriving in the room, little hearts have a little everywhere on the bed and swans in towel we are delighted, but it stops at this time. The spacious bed seems nice to sleep but it's the opposite, uncomfortable and we had 2 small quilts, nothing intimate ... The bathroom has the merit of being reviewed (judged by the photos) shower head inconvenient the water flows out of the shower tray, Traces of pencil on the tiles made by the tiler I presume. A sponge is too much to ask ... Rosette finish pommel shower not fix, etc. Then we decided to relax at the pool area steam room and sauna, the latter which was unfortunately out of order. The pool was cold although the advertised temperature was 28 degrees. It would be enough to lower the temperature of the room to make it more comfortable. For dinner we chose the restaurant of the hotel. To celebrate our 10 years of union I wanted to make a little surprise to my companion, so I went to the restaurant a few hours before, to ask the waiter to kindly bring at dessert the gift that I handed him with 2 glasses of champagne. Have to eat very well but at the time of dessert no gift, no champagne ... I began to stress and my girlfriend is immediately doubted something. I ended up asking for champagne and the gift. Everything was wasted, the end of the surprise ... The horrible night very badly slept, bedding uncomfortable, ceaseless noise of the vmc, ripe very late we hear everything.The breakfast we thought we were at the fair, the waiters seemed to stress, it was running everywhere, noisy ... 10:15 am all is tidy while the end of the lunch was announced at 10:30.
Very disappointed in this weekend that was to be romantic I recommend this property moderately. To do 250 km for not much. I have all the inconvenience at the reception but I doubt that there is change in the future. However, it is enough to change a few details to have an establishment at the top ...

Very nice, modern furnished hotel. Almost completely furnished with carpet, but looks clean. In the evening partly spicy.

Hotel worth its 4 stars.
The spa area is nice with its swimming pool, its Hamman and its sauna.
Small flat all the same for the swimming pool which is maybe a little too tight in temperature. In addition, the spa would have everything to gain with a little more bubbles (jets in the pool or a bubble bath.

Otherwise nothing to say about the reception and the lobby which are sober and elegant.

Rooms are very different. Newly renovated with air conditioning until worn out with a convector. Breakfast is good, but not very varied. The staff is very friendly .

I was there not long ago and it was really good, the breakfast is impeccable, the indoor and outdoor pool the same but against too cold, the staff is at the top except the old lady brown and small size with of frills which is very unpleasant, no smile and scornful. Other than that it was a very good hotel, I had a good time

Still no food to arrive. Yet it was 2 salads and well we asked the waiter yes yes his arrival after that is yours and it was 9:15 p.m.
So we wait another 30 minutes and there still nothing at 9:50 p.m. so suddenly we went to eat in town
We are very disappointed because we did not want to move from the hotel in the evening having traveled 6 hours and slept only 4 hours and well not having to go into town to eat and see there we were served quickly lol
But I assure you that we are not the only customers of this hotel to have left and the worst also is that a table of 7 arrived at 9:15 p.m. and we had their meals immediately and we poor idiots we waited for 8:20 p.m. at 9.45 p.m. our salads

Everything was perfect just the meal included in the romantic package a little simplistic but good all the same.

This is not a fishmonger but a nicely located hotel in the heart of Luxembourg. Simple but with all comfort rooms. Great breakfast, trendy bar and inviting swimming pool and sauna.

Whether the top time is eaten and well slept in a top room and a good buffet at the cafe

Superb rental and great customer service! The pool water is cold! And very expensive if you have a small dog !!! 20 / day !!!

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were friendly. Both the people at the reception and the cleaning ladies. Breakfast was fairly sober, (no hot dishes) but fine. The first night we had noise nuisance, but after calling the reception someone immediately came up to have a look.
What was a disappointment was the bar. The bar would be open until 11 pm. The bartender was visibly stressed and clearly couldn't handle the pressure. When I raised my hand to order at 10:15 PM, he was irritated that I had to wait. When I carefully asked again at 10:45 PM if I could order now, he said that he no longer served any drinks .. On the way to the room I passed him and told him that I was sorry that he told me to wait , but then he refused to help me, even though I had been so patient. And again he responded very rude by saying NO NO NO NO in a loud voice! I understand that catering can be stressful, but as a bartender you should really learn to deal with it properly, act correctly and remain customer-friendly.

Hotel Zayed on two stars and God exaggerated in a four-star hotel not worthy of more than two stars expensive price for service and cleanliness and outside the center of the city there are no services close to him

For work I was visiting Luxembourg and Alvisse Parc Hotel was the place we stayed. I was rather pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, fresh, simpel but modern. Wi-Fi was for hotel standards rather oke. Downstairs there is a bar for a snack and a drink. And if you fancy a work out there is a pool. All in all a pleasurable stay.

The pool is open until 7pm, but we went at 6pm and a gentleman from the front desk forbade us to come back in a very aggresive way. No need to go there! It would be very useful to specify that it is forbidden to access the pool from 18 hours, to prevent people from moving, swimsuit in hand, one hour before the closing time only for see fefuser entry.

Very good hotel with many extras such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Nice spacious room. Bus for the door on the way to the Center. Only downside are the room doors. These do not close properly, so you hear the doors slamming shut all day. This is indicated at the reception that it is very sirend vopral evenings and nights .. plus points are the pools and the easy luggage cart

I stayed for having a course in the same hotel. Close to the airport of Luxembourg, it has facilities and correct rooms (I agreed to its 4 stars). Attentive staff and breakfast buffet standard.

Room is old. VERY SERIOUS RACISM. When I asking for help, staff are not friendly. Very bad experience there, very rude I will not recommend this hotel.

There was no fan in the shower, instead there was a rough hole in the ceiling.

The room and all the facilities was clean, the bed was extra comfy, the staff was very friendly, everything was as discribed on the website. Very happy with my stay. I can recommend it.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, nice setting, excellent breakfast. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired, small pillows, thin and small bath towels, room cleaning service slow, messy. On the night of December 31, the hotel was very crowded. The next day, January 1st, my room was only cleaned at 5 pm, that's why I had to ask at the front desk. The cleaning staff first dealt with the rooms which were unoccupied, it was only in the early evening they cared about the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms of the guests who stayed in the hotel! Replacement of disposable cups and shower caps only took place in the first 3 days (we stayed one week), and the hotel does not offer any amenity, other than disposable cups and bathing caps. There is a bottle of liquid soap attached to the wall of the bathroom sink and shower stall ... no kind of body lotion or lotion, hair conditioner etc ... the rooms have large moldy stains near the windows and in the bathroom joints. This hotel should not be rated as 4 star superior. Three stars was already good!

Disappointing. This hotel does not live up to the "4-star LUXE" that is adorned with the portico. If the wellness area is nice with its beautiful large pool, sauna and Hamam (unfortunately no jacuzzi), we can not say the same of the rest of the benefits. The room "Superior" is spacious but without refinement, the bedding is comfortable but we regret not having had only "sheets" only two small duvets 1 person. The shower room (although "Superior" all rooms are not equipped with bath) is functional and minimalist (no shelf or cabinet). The restaurant is a large impersonal and cold room where the tables are covered with sub-tablecloths that have not even been ironed. One meal was enough for us to realize the mediocrity of the kitchen. The "continental" breakfast, served in a dedicated room or in a restaurant where no table is set, is basic. The products on offer seem industrial, the fresh fruit salad was inedible and I do not speak of the coffee with the infectious taste prepared by automata probably based on soluble coffee. Add to that an unfriendly staff and no service at the table and you will understand that we preferred to take the next to our room. The bar, on the other hand, was nice as were the waiters. Finally, the second night, the hotel had rented rooms to teams of young footballers who, probably wanting to imitate the escapades of their idols, made noise in the halls until almost midnight preventing us from sleeping and put it back the next morning at 7 o'clock. Relaxing side we already did better!

This is a relatively good hotel and there are bus routes right outside that run every 30 mins to town, which is 10 mins away. Bus services in Luxembourg are very efficient.

Close to the airport, surrounded by the green trees, out door swimming pool with green grass field fit to enjoy the sun, kind staff members.
