Worst Customer Service Experience Ever by this com...

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever by this company's Attleboro, Ma location!! I was asked to leave and threatened by the manager that she would call the police in front of my children. This was all because my 11 and 3 year old did not have their brand jump socks on after 5 minutes being there. "Profits before Customers" As a Military veteran I have never been so disrespected by any individual or company in my life. when I asked for a refund, I was told that company's policy states no refunds, only bad attitudes. "They should rename the place." Due to my kids disappointment, I took them to Aero Trampoline Park in Woonsocket, RI for half of the price and less harassment.

To add to my husband's post below, " kicking children out without the correct jump socks on." I called Altitude after the whole incident. I wanted to talk to the next person higher up. The cashier who was very professional gave me Victor's name "the GM" and his number. Trying to resolve this matter appropriately, I soon learned that poor customer service is a corporate constant. VICTOR said things that was inappropriate, repeatly referenced violent scenarios and allegations which he did not witness because he was not there. This went on today again.Victor called me back after reviewing their security system. Today I APOLOGIZED for the bit of the attitude I gave him yesterday from taking his comments personally. After my apology, I was hoping he would do the same however, the inappropriate comments continued. He hung the phone up, then I called corporate office in Texas to report this matter. I am waiting on the follow up.

Very horrible experience and horrible customer service. I went to the location in Rochester NY for my son birthday. Our schedule wouldn t allow us to book a party like we did previously for my 2 daughters birthday yet he still wanted to go. We tried to bring him cupcakes for just my wife and I as well as him and his siblings. The young lady at the desk stated we cannot bring outside food or drink. I said we only bring cupcakes for his birthday and cake is brought into the establishment all the time. She stated that when you have a birthday party, you re privileged to have your cake in here. So apparently I have to spend 200-300 dollars to be considered privileged the little money that I was spending that day didn t matter? Ok so now at this point my son can hear everything going on - he s 6 by the way. He begs me to stay even though I was going to go to Skyzone. So I decided to stay. I spoke to the manager Aliyah who was watching everything that was going on and didn t decide to offer any assistance, nor seem to care until I called for her.

They stated that their system had been wiped and that Everyone has to go and do the waiver on the computer. It s a Saturday so you can imagine how packed the place was. After waiting in that line for 20 min (remember I said we had a busy schedule so this didn t help), the manager aliyah then decide to come over and tell us that we have the option to do it online. Why wait so late. They were standing behind the desk doing nothing! That would ve been so much more convenient. Definitely won t be back to this place at all! I can see from the reviews that we all have same experiences. And good luck trying to reach customer service. No answer and left several messages without a response. Looks like everyone has that same issue as well. Terrible business.

Altitude of Bloomington-Normal, Il

Where do I begin?! At first we liked it. My daughter was having so much fun. 10 mins left on her wristband and she went back to the area where you jump over the moving posts. She has been doing it all day. Just to clarify, she is tall enough, surpasses the 52" mark. She was measured every single time and was at the mark. Never had an issue. 10 mins left, went back, worker measures her and refuses to let her in. I said to him that she is tall enough and she has done it many times. He then proceeds to yell at me and tells me she isn't tall enough. I ask for a manager. He walkies someone. I told him she has been measured and doing this all day already. He refuses. I then take my child down to the front desk. wait an additional 5 minutes for the manager now leaving her only 5 mins left to jump. Manager comes out, I told her what's going on. I told her she is tall enough, I even have pictures and video of her doing this earlier and the worker is now refusing. I ask if they have a tape measure so she can measure accurately to see her height. We walk over to the area, manager measures her and what do you know?! My daughter is tall enough. Just like I told the worker. The manager apologized and the worker just looked at me and then threw his hands in the air. I then told I knew what I was talking about and I know how tall my kids are. I told him he was very rude for yelling at me earlier about it and this is completely disrespectful. The manager offered her an icee and we declined. She asked if we wanted a 30 min jump pass, no thanks. We will not be returning to Altitude anytime soon. That worker was completely out of line. We have only been here a couple of times and we absolutely will not return. Altitude is not the only jump park in Bloomington-Normal.

Getting in contact with the corporate office is impossible! I called and have been only responded to once and I am still waiting on a return call. This could make sense as to why I have to file a lawsuit against the company as it is! If you guys think it important to the customer or your bottom line, I d say you should email, call, or respond back to me before the letters from my lawyers go out! I would have given a better grade if it seemed like this company cared at all about what happens inside of these establishments

We took 2 trips to the Sanford, FL location. In both instances we ended up leaving angry. The employees that are supposed to keep everyone safe ignore what is going on in favor of dancing, joking with each other, and generally socializing. We bought bounce packages that included pizza and drinks, but no one knew what was going on, or how it worked. One employee stated that it changed every week. When we asked the manager he told us pizza would arrive in 2 hours. This was not stated anywhere and the employees don't know how anything works. We complained about this to the manager and advised we should have been told this earlier. We never would have bought the package if we knew it would take this long. At this point we know for sure we don't want to come back. The manager offered 1 hour free passes but we don't want to come back to such a poorly run facility.
