Altitude of Bloomington-Normal, Il

Where do I begin?! At first we liked it. My daughter was having so much fun. 10 mins left on her wristband and she went back to the area where you jump over the moving posts. She has been doing it all day. Just to clarify, she is tall enough, surpasses the 52" mark. She was measured every single time and was at the mark. Never had an issue. 10 mins left, went back, worker measures her and refuses to let her in. I said to him that she is tall enough and she has done it many times. He then proceeds to yell at me and tells me she isn't tall enough. I ask for a manager. He walkies someone. I told him she has been measured and doing this all day already. He refuses. I then take my child down to the front desk. wait an additional 5 minutes for the manager now leaving her only 5 mins left to jump. Manager comes out, I told her what's going on. I told her she is tall enough, I even have pictures and video of her doing this earlier and the worker is now refusing. I ask if they have a tape measure so she can measure accurately to see her height. We walk over to the area, manager measures her and what do you know?! My daughter is tall enough. Just like I told the worker. The manager apologized and the worker just looked at me and then threw his hands in the air. I then told I knew what I was talking about and I know how tall my kids are. I told him he was very rude for yelling at me earlier about it and this is completely disrespectful. The manager offered her an icee and we declined. She asked if we wanted a 30 min jump pass, no thanks. We will not be returning to Altitude anytime soon. That worker was completely out of line. We have only been here a couple of times and we absolutely will not return. Altitude is not the only jump park in Bloomington-Normal.
