Good location, walking distance from avenida de libertades. Nice spa area with pool.
What I didn't like is that is very old everything is still in good condition but old-fashioned. I also didn't like that they didn't let us use the pool without a cap... staff is not very nice

Our family of 5 had a great experience recently at this hotel - very comfortable, clean and accessible to all the spots we visited. The service was flawless and very helpful! They booked us into adjoining rooms so that we could easily split our party.

We would definitely stay here again in future trips to Lisbon.

Very weak level of cleaning rooms, the moquette is very very dirty, bad service and not so friendly staff. Not so bad experience but it s not adequate for five stars hotel, more like scarce four stars one.

Beautiful Hotel ! Service is top ! Really friendly staff , room service fast and nice . People here speaks really good English and French. Breakfast is really good with lot of food . However restaurant is not so nice it Looks A bit old . The plates and presentation of meals are old fashion like 80's . Music is to calm and somewhere far away . And funny same wine at the bar cost 4.5 in restaurant same 6 . Rooms are perfect and spacious but bathroom... hmm shod be renovated. Great parking service . For birthday of my bf we were really nice surprised because we received from the hotel small bottle of #champagne and cake ! So nice

A lot of good lodging option in Lisbon on location a few steps from Avenida Marques de Pombal. The hotel combines a good infrastructure with three restaurants, bar, breakfast quite varied and spotlessly clean. Who will rent a car in Lisbon get ready to pay parking outside of the daily. For lunch or dinner we recommend the downstairs restaurant. Order the shrimp risotto, delicious.

Modern and comfortable central hotel, close enough to the commercial area of the city. Helpful, polite and professional staff. The rooms are elegant and clean with nice decoration and warm atmosphere. One of the best places to stay at the capital of the country.

Good Hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center but very well connected and in the upper area of luxury shops. The bathroom in our room can be improved in all aspects, the rest of the room is large and correct.

We visited this hotel at a dance festival and honestly we were not at all impressed with any of the staff, we were asked to get up from the chairs where we were seated because, according to security, they were only meant for the ladies to change shoes. there was nobody and the shoe-box was closed), then we could not enter the party room with our coats and belongings forcing us to pay for a cloakroom, all this would be understandable if it were so for everyone because after some time there were other people sitting in the chairs and others to come with suitcases, coats and everything else that we were not allowed.
Unfortunately this was our experience with Altis ...

Service of a very high quality. Whether for reception, cleaning, furniture, breakfast or the information service. We went there as part of a holiday and were very knowledgeable about the surrounding tourist opportunities. Also, we were able to drop off our bags at the hotel before the room was free. If you want to get there from the airport, it costs about 10 (with a suitcase).

Location is good for business and not too bad for tourism. Quiet enough with a 15 minute easy walk to the centre, and good restaurants nearer if you prefer. Decor and breakfast is ok, but rooms fail in a few areas: no plugs by the bed, impractical side lights, no accessible ports on the tv for HDMI, and chargeable nespresso machine in the room (2 per coffee, mould in the water tank) with no kettle for tea. Staff are friendly and the roof top bar has a good view.

Nice clean hotel. Wifi was spotty though especially peak use.

Breakfast buffet was the standard solid spread for a high end hotel. Seems to cater to Americans as a lot of signs were in English.

The rear stair well to upper floors was spotless marble, though nobody takes this as it is impossible to find and well, you have to climb stairs.
