very disappointed with the service of this 5 star hotel.
We had a theft of money during our stay and the hotel bluntly accused us of lying on the pretext of not wanting to manage anything .. when the proof that someone was in our room during our absence (by the details of the magnetic room cards), they said to us: "we will see when you come back this evening ..." .. we returned and still nothing, no apology or commercial gesture, absolutely nothing and to finish our rooms not made ( we were a group of 3). under the pretext of not wanting to do our rooms any more given the circumstances ... so we are in a 5 star and the room has not been cleaned, nor tidy, nor towels changed, no toilet paper, nor shower gel.
the day of our departure we are asked to pay 18 euros for the additional breakfast that we had taken on the day of our arrival because it was not included but this one when you are part of the hotel is only supposed to cost 10 euros. 3 rooms with breakfast had been reserved during the stay, once again ... no commercial gesture (I found that very limited) ... I am very disappointed.
attention for the
spa do not expect to spend a moment of relaxation it looks like a municipal swimming pool: wearing of the obligatory cap and shouting of people who come with family to the swimming pool. it is very very hot in the greenhouse when the sun beats down on it.
