The company I work for uses Altek. As the receptionist, I am usually the first name called out in my office if a machine goes on the fritz. I do not worry because Altek is prompt and thorough. They are polite, professional, and courteous. I've worked with Altek 9+ years. I would definitely advocate we continue our contract with them so as not to compromise quality of service or integrity. Thank you to everyone over at Altek!! From the sales dept to the techs!! Change nothing! :)

Note worthy:
Recently, a rep from their competitor came in to try and get in with my company. This rep slung so much mud towards Altek trying to win our business. Not exactly what we look for in a company to do business with.
