ALS Association Florida Chapter

Great people battling a terrible disease. Thank you for giving hope to so many.

The Florida ALS Association Chapter works tirelessly to provide support, research and Care Services to patients and families effected by this disease. This is not an easy disease and it is a formidable challenge but through organizations like this, there is hope.

The ALS Association is a critical part in helping to find a cure and to offer support to those in need.

My mom was a patient at the ALS clinic. They see their patients once every 3 months for clinic and other than that they provide no help or guidance. Every time you call for help it goes to voicemail and takes their staff about a week to call you back if they call you at all. We are happy to participate in research and studies, but the clinic is more about that then patient care. Very sad how little they care. When you have a loved one suffering with ALS you need help and guidance- none of that was provided. Very frustrating when something as devastating as ALS affects a family member and you are unable to get help from the one clinic that is supposed to help!

WORTHLESS. They're all about putting patients through testing for their research and don't tell you.They say they can't tell you how long you have but my Mom's PCP told her 6 months or less. Nothing but a money-making scam going on here. If you have ALS, DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. They're not here to help. they're here to take your $$$$$
