Purchased from this company twice. First time, item was delivered on time and was as expected.

Second time, I had to chase them to send the item. They say the fault was with Royal Mail rather than themselves.

20 minutes after I chased them, the item was logged on the Royal Mail system as having been received from the seller. Unfortunately that still meant the item took five days to get to me, rather than the claimed 2-3 days, and was too late for a trip I needed it for.

During the same week, another seller successfully used the same Royal Mail 48 service on time and without any issue.

I wouldn't necessarily suggest not using this seller - just make sure the tracking shows the item being received from the seller on time.
