We bought a home with Baseboard heat and no A/C we are a family of 5 and can't afford much, however Alpine Aire was amazing and was willing to work with us on saving as much money as possible! They even were willing to let us do some work ourselves. GREAT EXPERIENCE all around. Would recommend 100%
After 23 years our gas fireplace failed to ignite. We had Alpine Aire come out to evaluate the problem. Their technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He located wires that had lost their insulation and could have potentially resulted in damage to our electrical system, caused a fire or worse. He ordered parts, returned and we have enjoyed the warmth of our fireplace once more. I was so pleased that he cleaned out our fireplace, wiped down the facade, cleaned the glass front and left us with nothing to do but flip the switch and enjoy our front room. Carole Rainey
We needed to replace our 1980's furnace, so we went around town and got bids from a few places. Alpine was great! They arranged to come out, gave us a quote the same day and once we decided on what we wanted, they were able to install it the next day! We are so happy we chose them! Called them on a Saturday morning with an emergency AC issue. Receptionist took all my information down and said she would forward it to the on-call tech who should get back to me within a few hours.
After not hearing back from anyone for 6 hours I called a one of the smaller HVAC contractors and he was out to my house within 15 minutes, and had the AC up and running in less than 2 hours.
Finally got my call back from Alpine tech 2 days later on Monday asking if I still needed service.

As a home inspector I see many, many HVAC systems installations and how well they are maintained by various HVAC contractors. It is so important to to hire a contractor that not only knows what they are doing but will do what is required. Often I see installations that are troubled and compromised from the the initial installation. All too often I see service calls that little more than a cursory evaluation and little is done. Alpine Aire is a contractor that can be trusted to do the job correctly and thoroughly.

Ryan came to my house to do my twice yearly planned maintenance - I highly recommend getting a maintenance done twice a year. He called when on the way and arrived right on time. Ryan was polite, informative, and even wore his shoe covers. He installed an Air Scrubber which will really help with cleaner air inside my home. I highly recommend Alpine Aire. Ryan is a great tech!
I requested a service call to diagnose a heat pump problem.
Our service technician, Joe, solved the problem in short order. He found a short in the electrical system and repaired it.
A very professional and pleasant person to work with.

Gave me bid for my new house. Furnace would not get air to the end of the house. Took two years for them to fix the problem in the original design and installation. In less than 6 months the circuit board didn't work in the heat pump, they billed me over $300. Then came time for final testing, which was included in their bid, and they refused to do the testing unless I extra paid for the time it took. Perfect example of the best price is not the best choice. It is not worth the hassle.
Everything was done well. From the sale to the installation. I was especially impressed with the follow up calls to make sure everything was working right. We had a couple of issues, which can happen with these complicated systems, but they dealt with them quickly and professionally and made sure we were well taken care of. The star was Tony, the follow up tech who came and inspected all the equipment and assisted the inspector. He did a great job of making sense of the tests they were doing and helping me to feel good about my purchase. Outstanding experience.

Ryan came out and did our quarterly maintenance and did a great job as usual. This time we also had maintenance done on our natural gas fireplace insert. He made it look good as new and it's working well. We always get good service from Alpine Aire.

Had them install a ducted mini split system in my house. They did a terrible job. Didn t run a calculation for CFM so the system was only ducted for about 1/2 of its capacity. They screwed up my ceiling Sheetrock and gave me the run around on billing. I would never be able to recommend them. If I could give negative stars I would.
