Hope Urgent Care - Midland Review

Great staff. I would recommend this place for your Urgent Care needs.

I brought my daughter in for an ear infection, we were in and out really fast. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

I've been been there many times and had awesome care by the PA's Patrick Smith and Chris Cummings. The medical assistant and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will bring my future children there. This is a great place to go with your children. They are fast and efficient.

I was in & out in about 30 minutes. All the staff was pleasant & friendly, the facility was neat & clean. I would highly recommend.

I called to ask a simple question and the front desk secretary who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional.

First time visiting today, due to my son breaking his arm. Phenomenal staff and facility! Very comforting, timely and personable!

Went in with a swollen knee and they saw me almost immediately. Nice friendly staff, they listened to what I had to say, wrapped my leg, set me up with a plan of action and perscription, then got me on my way.

They are practicing medicine. Tele medicine is not working bad visit crazy cause always get good care here.

Staff will actually help guide you in the right direction for insurance questions and personal issues you might have. Very professional on check ins.

Quick and reliable service everyone is super nice and they find the problem (illness) and fix it in a timely manner. Prefer them over regular urgent care. Less wait time and more time to focus on getting healthy again.
