Called them on a Saturday morning with an emergency AC issue. Receptionist took all my information down and said she would forward it to the on-call tech who should get back to me within a few hours.

After not hearing back from anyone for 6 hours I called a one of the smaller HVAC contractors and he was out to my house within 15 minutes, and had the AC up and running in less than 2 hours.

Finally got my call back from Alpine tech 2 days later on Monday asking if I still needed service.

No, no I don't.
