I took my newly adopted stray cat here to have his rash/patchy fur looked at, and to receive vaccinations. The staff began by testing for parasites in the stool. They did this without my consent, and I only found out about it when billed at the end of visit. The vet was unable to confirm my cats gender. The vet discovered that my cat was chipped, but did not call the Humane Society to see if he d already received his vaccinations before administering the first round. (I m disappointed I didn t think to do this either). It turns out my cat had already been fully vaccinated prior to our visit here, which could have and should have been easily confirmed by the vet and staff. It was dangerous to my cat and needlessly expensive for me. They were unable to tell me what was wrong with his skin, but did charge me for multiple tests. Without waiting for test results, they prescribed an anti fungal topical spray. They never called me with the test results, and were not able to tell me anything about his condition when I finally called them. They still had no idea what was wrong. The spray did nothing. Months later, he still has the same issue. When I was ready to pay the bill at the end of the visit, I was SHOCKED to see that they were asking me for over $200. I had been prepared for a bill half that amount. They never walked me through any of the charges. Lots of hidden fees that they never discussed with me. It was a complete surprise. I found this clinic to be reckless, expensive, uncommunicative, irresponsible, and incompetent. I would never harm my cat or my wallet again by bringing him here.
