Horrible communication. Every time you call the lady says they are out collecting trash. Three times now bur they never came. Get some better communication to your customers. Your web site states you were coming out today ( as it has at least 4 times prior). Terrible customer service. Customer for 6 years. No other choices so we deal with this.

Customer service as far as calling and getting anywhere with anything is a non-issue. large trash company that clearly has no connection with its customers. Constantly raising rates. When fuel prices have gone down? If you ever call the office and ask for something it s almost assured to be disregarded or miss handled one way or the other. Place is kind of a joke to deal with. Forced to use them but if there was a different provider in my area I would Totally use a different service if there was a spot to put zero stars I would.

After not being notified that my service was being interrupted, my trash from Christmas was not picked up. When I emailed, I got a quick response asking for my address. Upon giving my address I received no response. After 5 hours I responded again asking if this was a billing issue. The employee told me that I had to speak with collections and that they were only open for the next ten minutes. I saw this email once ten minutes had already passed. The next day I called asking if I could just pay my bill. They told me I had to speak with collections. Once the man from collections got on the phone he was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. All I was trying to do was to pay my bill and get my trash picked up. They told me that I would have to pay a bill that was not even due yet in order to get my account current. I was astonished by the rudeness of this man and asked to talk to the manager to which he responded that he was the manager and there was no one else I could speak with. We will absolutely be switching companies after this horrendous ordeal. We are stuck with loads of garbage. A phone call would have been nice. Or just some decency. I emailed asking if there is any customer service line or someone I could speak with and got no response. You can not review them on Facebook so here I am.

Paid the past due bill early the day before scheduled pick up on 7/6/ and on 7/7 they did not pick it up. Called to find out the reason it was not picked up, and was told they looked at the payment the morning of the pick up and not the day when the payment was made. The only option they offered was to send someone out 2 days later for an additional $ 10 even though the bill is paid in full. Quite a scam! By the way, need I mention that I have been a loyal customer for 15 years? Wow, talk about not honoring customer loyalty! Shame on All Waste Inc.

One of your "ALL WASTE SAFE DRIVERS" hit my parked car while my neighbor watched!! Your company failed to recognize the damage. I hope your "safe drivers" have been told that if they hit a car while doing their job, the right thing to do would be to put a note on the car letting the owner know that they made a mistake and hit it by accident, instead of deny it with your Safety and Compliance Manager - Matthew Slowik. I told him that my neighbor alerted me that my car had been hit by the garbage truck on Tuesday March 27th but they denied it and basically called her a liar to her face. Great company you've got there!!! My car is all messed up now thanks to your 'safe drivers"!!! What a freaking joke!!!!!!!!! Yeah I'm PISSED!!!!! Thanks for nothing Matthew!!! I'll be out there next Tuesday to record how fast he goes around the corner, tell him to slow DOWN!!!!

I've been their customer for years, they always pick up on time and at the same time every week. If and when the pickup is late, their customer service representatives were able to tell me exactly where the truck was, what the delay was and when to expect them. I was even able to save money on trash pickup by requesting a smaller garbage bin, since our family does not output a lot of trash.

Very inconsistent service. Oftentimes they forget trash pick up on our street, and myself and my neighbors have to call multiple times to ask them to come out. Customer service lies and says someone is coming out, then nobody shows and we have to call again sometimes multiple times. Unfortunately they are the only trash pick up service in my area. Don't waste your money with this company if you can find someone else!

Poor communication, rude operator when you call and advised service interruption even though paid - informed they want extra to come out beyond schedule - what a scam!!! What sucks is this is a true monopoly as no one else services the area and the town won't take household garbage or I would simply terminate the overpriced contract and do it myself.

Nothing but frustration with this company. Haven't picked up our trash in over two weeks. Always tell us that the driver went by already since we first signed on with this company. Took our money but did not provide service. No response to calls or emails. Do not recommend them.

Wow! I do not understand the poor customer reviews. The service of All Waste in the Hebron area is outstanding. Never had a problem with missed pick-up, and the schedule is timely and consistent. I have called a few times when I was a new customer and was treated with curtesy and understanding. Great company and service; reasonably priced.

I missed my scheduled pick "put the trash out to the curb too late in the morning" made a call and explained to dispatch. He had a truck out the beginning of the week and took care of my mistake. I appreciated the quick response and help. Nice to know some companies still value customer perception and value.

They are constantly forgetting to pick up my garbage...I don't get it !!!,,, I've never missed a payment,,, I always make sure that the pails are easily accessible... and not to mention, their rates just went up AGAIN (without any mention) another $6.00 . It wouldn't be so bad if they gave better service... I'm done with this company!!!

Price increase with no notice the last 2 years I have had price increases without notice! I called and was told a letter went out to me..REALLY!!??! it must be the same place the last years notice went. I understand you have to increase your prices but this is the second year in a row I have had a price increase WITHOUT NOTICE!!! Based on your yelp reviews and other sites this is your companies MO.

Customer service is extremely unprofessional. Called to talk to someone regarding a letter I received and got transferred to Faith. When I told her I didn't understand something she said she grew increasingly rude, and had an attitude for some reason. I even had to tell her dont talk to me that way. I mean Im the customer! I have multiple accounts with them for my business and I cant believe how unprofessional and the lack of customer appreciation Faith (the person I talked to) had! Services are good, nothing to complain about there but noone should ever talk to a customer the way I just got talked to!

Trash pickup is not a problem but recycling has been missed for the last 6 attempts. Always an excuse and end up having to keep the barrel on the curb 2 extra days till they get to it. They used to come in tandem, now the recycling is no where to be found.

My experience with All Waste has been very good. The trash and recycling have never been missed. The bins are carefully deposited by the driver. I appreciate the service here as I have had much more challenging trash and recycling issues living outside this state. My dumpster rental was also a good experience with All Waste. Thank you! MH

It's sad that All Waste is the only garbage disposal that covers my area. I wish there were some other competitor out there that customers can turn to. This company just recently increased the prices from 66$ a month to 77$ a month. Their response, we had to accommodate for payroll and gas. That's not the customers problem! You don't penalize the customer for your company's needs, and there's nothing we can do about it. I wish I could open up a garbage disposal company to be this company's direct competitor. I would definitely put them out of business.

Don t assume if you ask for special garbage pick up you ll get it unless you call again that morning because they promised us a pick up but left us before a vacation with garbage we expected them to pick up and No remedy to fix their mistake. Horrific

Very upset. Ordered a dumpster and got a smaller size. Due to language barriers my parents did not want to call and complain. Just spoke with someone about the issue. I was very professional but the guy on the other line was so rude. Took it personal and was trying to hang up the call before hand. Very unprofessional. They ripped my parents off and gave them a smaller dumpster. I will not be doing business with them any longer. I will be letting people I deal with to not use them again .

Horrible company to do business with. Rented multiple dumpster can, how can filling out same materials be different every time. One time it was 7.10 ton, another time 5.0 and 4.01. This company practices fraudulent business. Won t do any businesses again. Customer services of the company has been elevated to the highest level of garbage. All they wanted to talk about is weight tickets (which I haven't received after 3 phone conversation) and putting lien on the house (threats after threats). Really HORRIBLE.

They claim I was 4000lbs over the 4 tons allowed and billed me an extra $200. Never in my life have I been 2 tons over with a dumpster. The dilapidated dumpster the sent would not have held 12000lbs of construction debris. Plus it was so beat up and the bottom was so caved in that it held all of the rain water. I will never use this company again.

The company doesn't communicate with its driver's, who often drive out and refuse to pick up a dumpster in inclement weather, after which they charge you additional fees for rental as well as the driver coming out. I would never rent a dumpster with them again
