Rooms were very clean and neat. Location was great for what we wanted to do

There were roaches in the room, the phones do not work, toliet runs all day and night, didn't have wash clothes, and the beds are hard to sleep on. Some bed have the sleep number mattresses but they we're working either. This hotel needs work. If they put some money into this place it would be awesome to stay at.

Had enough hot water for a 2 minute shower. 2 of us needed showers. Stains(looked like excrement) in carpet, stains in curtains, and just very unkept. Lamp wires sticking out from under lamp held together with a wire nut- really safe if you have kids in there. Front desk didn t apologize or seem too concerned about any of the concerns but after reading everyone else s same complaints she was probably used to it and has lost her customer service skills at this point. We always stay at IHG facilities but we will be waaaay more cautious from now on.

Rude over the phone while booking, took business else where

The elevator went down & there was no accomdations made for guest had to carry luggage down 4+ flights of steps.

Stay away this place.!!! I wish I read other common early!!! The people who work at front desk is rude. The sheet is dirty,check my picture.this is the first night they give me the room,I have to run back force ask a new room.the second days I find COCKROACH in then bed!!! Feel so sick!!!how dirty this room!!!

There were no towels in our room the night when we checked in, when we went to from desk there were several other guest there that their rooms didnt have towels either. We check at the front desk in the morning so we could get showers, but they still didnt have towel. I know this sound petty but this is Orlando and everyone had been at theme parks and were all sweety and smelly.

Didn't go to the hotel to stay. Went for a Pokemon raid and doing this review for Google opinion rewards. Sorry for the useless review.

Second stay wasn't pleasant.!
Washers dryers not working.! No quarters at front desk.!! Internet not working -So i could not use my card at dryer..Had to go to a laundry 2 miles down the road.. that was fun.
Elevators not working..cleand my room- one time in a 6 day stay..WILL NOT RETURN.!!

To sum it up short and sweet:
DONT be fooled by the word "resort"

Likes:
*great location (but so are all the other hotels)
*lobby was decorated beautiful and had computers available if needed wifi
*pool is spacious and offers the YMCA if interested for an hour a day
*bathroom was huge
*guest laundry was available on 2nd and 5th floors
*free cots avaliable (which was great because we are a family of 6)
*free parking and lots of it

Dislikes
*only one elevator for the entire building--so needless to say it took forever going or coming plus NO A/C in the elevators or the lobbies where you wait for the elevators :/
*beds are sleep number beds-dont be fooled-not very comfortable!
*we stayed 3 nights on our trip and it took 2 nights before we got batteries for our remote
*water pressure in the shower sucks and our water constantly ran in the tub-we couldn't get it to stop.
*they dont offer pool towels so I am glad I had packed some for our trip
*no wifi in the rooms-they offer free wifi but it never actually commects and I have 4 kids with ipads-we never heard the end of it!
*most of the employees dont speak English-so you had to go through several people to find someone that knew what you were saying.

Horrible.
If you choose to stay,I feel sorry for you and your family!!!
Under construction. No lobby,no pool,no gift shop,no bar,no luggage carts ECT.Never again in this place!!!! I only gave 1 star because it wont post!!!

Nice rooms. But everything else on thier website is a lie. No free breakfast or hot tubs.

While the event was wonderful, the venue was disappointing as the hotel informed the host 7 days prior to the event that the conference room, which was booked almost a year in advance, was now under construction and 50 guests were instead seated in a room that 11 ft x 16 ft that was too crowded for the event to take place.

I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. We booked a deluxe king and was given a roach infested double queen room. I repeatedly had issues with the front desk clerks because they were rude and would not assist.. ROOM 1437 INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND STANK, WET CARPET AND EWWW JUST A NASTY PLACE

The beds are so uncomfortable.. the front desk gave me wrong room keys.. the room looks horrible.. please choose other hotel if you are going to stay in Orlando

The rooms were okay, the beds were not comfortable, service as far as when asking for things for the room was horrible. There were NO wash cloths, and after calling the front desk, no one would bring any to us. Horrible experience, will not stay again.

Nice hotel. Elevator broke. Attentive friendly & helpful front desk.

After a 2 hour hour bus ride with a 6 and an 8 year old all we wanted to do was bath and sink in the bed for a few hours as we had to leave before check out. We got here only to find out they do not rent to Florida residents even though the webpage nor confirmation email stated that. Mind you I received 2 emails. The front desk agent Sri even tried to called security on us for staying in the lobby. However they were more compassionate and let us be. The lobby bathrooms were dirty. 4 of the toilets were stopped up and had no soap. They call themselves a resort but no amenities. Wifi isn't even in the rooms.

The location was awesome, walking distance to alot of things. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The only bad thing was the hot tub wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated.

Just recently stayed at this hotel. There was 4 theifs in one night. When asking the staff to help, they could not review the cameras until the morning. Someone is stealing in this hotel because this is not the first time this happen told by one of the staff members and Police. Beware.

Stay away from this HOTEL if you don't want to get unwanted charges on your card. The stuffs there never kept their words. No worry means you have to take care yourselves. They can't 'remember' what they said/promised. Customer care is a joke and the only thing they care is 'revenue'.

This is the worst hotel I have even seen. My friend came into town for 2 days checked her in to welcome her to Orlando. When I walked into that room I was modified by the smell and the bed look like something out of a HORROR MOVIE.

Thank the gods I was able to check her into the Wyntham Resorts Hotel the rooms their was AWESOME and with my points I was able to get her a SUITE for the price of a standard room.

Allure Resort Intl is a dirt awful mess, in fact I would be AFRAID to sleep in those BEDS.

NASTY JUST NASTY by should SHUT DOWN!!

Was supposed to stay here for 2 weeks. After the first week of working and coming back without issues We came back on afternoon of 7/16 and found the landscapers cut tree branches that fell all over and scratched our vehicle. Told the landscapers to be careful. They went to the hotel manager and said we "threatened them". Lie. The hotel called the police and trespassed us. out the money for the rest of the stay and now have to find another place. Damaged truck due to the hotel. Guess its timme for an attorney. there are a million places to stay in Orlando, don't stay at this off brand place. Im sorry I ever found it

This has been one of the worse experience and ruined weekend for me and my family especially on New Years weekend! Everything is booked so we have nowhere to go. Since we have checked in, it has been one nightmare after another. The first room had 76/75 temperature with a broken button where it says "on/auto" the ice vending machine has no ice or working, electrical outlets don't work or steady to be able to plug something. We spoke to someone to switch us and we had to speak to the front desk manager. They switched us to a worse room where the hallway feels like 90 degrees... The room temperature was reading 78/77 to which an employee told us that's normal temperature for the hotel. Another employee said they were working on it, then told us they know there's been issues like about two days. After reading some reviews this has been issues for more than two weeks and even months. We had to find a Walmart to look for a small ac fan to be able to have some air to breathe in. Very horrible!! We have two severe asmatic people who can't be without air and need to be able to breathe!! It is mainly a health issue without no a/c. The staff lacks customer service, professionalism, empathy, sympathy and no help whatsoever. If they are going to lie to the customer, at least they need to get their stories straight!! Their lies and no care in the world to what we are complaining about shows the lack of interest in their jobs!! You call front desk and they seem to unhook the phone because you can NEVER get them on the phone. I asked for the general manager's information and they only gave me an extension. Apparently he/she is never there. NEVER AGAIN!!! A time where it should've been a joyous occasion has turned into an awful experience!!

I have no complaints The rooms are very clean, helpful, reasonably priced, resting well and comfortably.

I can't say what the hotel is like since they had some problems and decided to put everyone that paid a premium price into the ghetto hotel next door. Managers don't call back and they lied. If you book a room here be ready for the bait and switch along with empty promises. Only good service were the nice ladies behind the counter. Don't trust Allure they don't honor their agreements or follow up to resolve a problem. So many better chains and hotels in the area.

This place major updates. Phones are from the 90s. It is dated.

Old hotel, old equipment, but clear. There are a few buildings, it's not very easy to find the room.

Unforgettable Experience !!!!!!! We checked in to the resort on Friday night, got the key to our room (which had been reserved in my name over a week prior), went to our floor, opened the door to our room to find that our room was already occupied. I went back to the reception desk and before even saying anything the receptionist looks at me and stated, There was someone already in there, right? We get assigned another room, on a completely separate floor from the rest of our group because they accidentally assigned someone else to our room that was in my name. The new room stunk of mildew so definitely a no go. Room #3, everything looked good however the controls for the beds didn t work so I placed a maintenance request for the next morning as we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I went to take a shower and the shower knob fell off in my hand, the faucet leaked and the ceilings was cracked and appeared to be water damaged. Next morning we left, did our thing and when we came back the bed remotes still didn t work, placed another maintenance call and left to get some food. Came back, placed another maintenance call, same issue. We went to the pool, had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, was told they would bring some out, towels never came. Came back to the room and had to place two additional maintenance calls (30 mins apart) and threaten to call management to finally get someone to come look at the remotes. After getting the remotes to where they would operate the rest of the night went smooth. While cleaning up the room prior to checkout, I took out the trash bag in the sleeping area and found two, used, diabetic testing strips in the bottom of the can. For this place to call themselves a resort they are far from what a resort should be and they offer no extras.

Horrible hotel, bad attention. Unsafe, the elevators do not go well. The crew is not trained

Definitely located near everything. Bed was what made the experience give me it a 2 stars rating. Customer service was not a problem and it served my purpose while down there one day. I just needed a spot to lay my head down but if I needed to stay for a couple of days or a vacation, I would not consider booking here again.

Front desk reception was AWFUL wouldn't get anything we needed very rude and I have medical supplies would not assist at all but the hotel was moderately clean

Bugs in the room,beds hard as a rock and connected rooms

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Everything looked very nice when we walked in as far as the room went until I found out that the T.V. didn't work along with the phone and the air-conditioning thermostat ( Which was set to 70 Degrees ) very cold especially when you get out of the pool. When I found out that these things weren't working I called the front desk ( on my cell phone ) because the room phone wasn't working, they told me they would be sending someone right away so I hung up waiting on someone to get there. Well after an hour of waiting in the room I called them back ( on my cell phone which was roaming and accruing roaming chargers due to the fact I couldn't use my room phone ) They told me " they haven't been there yet I'm so sorry we will make sure they come right away now "! So I stood in my room waiting on someone to show. After another hour of waiting I went ahead and decided to go down stairs and use the pool. After the pool I went to the front desk and asked the manager ( which told me he wasn't a manager and later I found out he was ) what happened to the person he sent to my room, in amazement he looked at me saying "they never made it up to your room sir " I told him no and he got on the radio calling for the maintenance person to respond. After no response from anyone on the radio I asked him who it was he sent to my room if no one was responding. He then sent a co worker to look for the maintenance person that co worker came back in about 10 minutes saying they had been gone. So I was being lied to, they never sent anyone to come check on my issues. While standing at the front desk speaking to the man a family of six came in asking about there reservations they had made, they were told that there were no reservations under that name. This family showed them proof of there reservations on their phone with confirmation through Email and showing the money had been taking out of there account and also showing where they had called the front desk and confirmed there reservations. The man at the front told them their room had been given away! So they were turned away with nothing. Oh I also while My girlfriend and I were in the elevator going to the pool there was another guest that asked if our Phone T.V. and refrigerator was working we said just our fridge and she said that she had informed the front desk that her fridge had stopped working while she was sleeping and asked for it to be fixed well all day had gone by and she got back to her room to find all her food spoiled because no one had been there to resolve her issue. So that goes to show me that if they're not worried about her fridge they're definitely not worried about my issues. In speaking with the front desk manager ( who said he wasn't but later found out he was ) I asked what he was going to do about my bill since I had to stay in my room for hours while waiting on someone that was never coming and he told me he could take ten dollars off of my bill ( TEN DOLLARS ) I said that is not acceptable and he said I would have to come down in the morning and speak with the manager that would be there. In the morning I went to the front desk to check out and speak to this manager he told me that would be there and low and behold he had lied again, there was no manager there. I had to leave with just ten dollars being taken off my bill and no issues being resolved. I will never come back to this place it was a disaster and they are liars. I've left a message with the general manager that was supposed to be taking care of my issue and I have had no response.

It wasn't as nice as I was hoping good location though everything was really good in walking distance.

The elevators were both broke down for several days of our stay. Add that to a broken down air conditioning system. It was nearly 80 degrees in our room for 5 of the 6 days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet they have (costs extra) looked like something you would find in a school lunchroom. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Very nice very clean and great with last minute reservations

They are lying about the indoor pool and sauna there s is none ..the indoor pool belongs to the ymca and they are not alllowing any guests to come in and use their facilities ..then I went and spoke with the manager and she told me if I don t like it too bad and to leave before she calls the cops ..I will be following up with the resort to make sure they stop false advertising..this is insane how they lie it s unprofessional

I will never recommend this resort to anyone. Most interactions with the staff were unpleasant save for the girl who checked us in. Our room did not receive turn down services, and regardless of a do not disturb sign on our door we were woken up half a dozen time with knocks in a three hour period. The staff does not communicate with each other at all. We requested and then paid for late check out and specified it was to be able to sleep in before our flight and we were pestered to check out regardless. A staff member knocked on our door asked if we would be checking out today, then when we said yes ask if we were planning on checking out late, if we had previously requested it and when we replied with yes we did continued to ask if we had already paid for it. If it had ended there we wouldn t be upset, but after he left we were woken up again three more times asking if we were going to leave today. Aside from the location I have nothing good to say about this resort .

Location is great. The room itself is decent. Microwave, mini fridge, good sized bathroom, pretty view from the 7th floor. The free breakfast is terrible. Toast or a pastry, apple juice, water, coffee or tea. That's it. They have a breakfast for $5.99 at the hotel restaurant, but it's not much better. The jacuzzi is drained, so that's a no go. But the staff have been friendly, and the television has decent channels and it's huge, so I guess it hasn't been all that bad.

The beds are really comfortable soft and customizable. There is an in and outdoor pool.

allure resorts, well not really a resort. more like a big dirty motel with a resort fee let s start with the pool, not kept up, no bar (like you expect from a resort ) the hot tub is on a broken deck and filled with rocks. rude staff answering the phones, and the other staff seems to not understand simple questions? there s no continental breakfast, or any sort of restaurant. no room service. dirty rooms. bottom line, don t stay here. spend the extra $30 or so to stay at a nicer actual resort.

I wanted to give more because our room was huge and had an awesome view of the ICON Orlando ferris wheel but within 30 minuets of arriving, just as we were about to head out to the parks for the evening, we heard a knock and without time to even realize it was our room, a staff member unlocks the door and walks right in, once they see us she walked right out, we were so stunned we didn't know what to say. After that we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything in the room. In the morning around 8-8:30 A.M, the maids were standing right by our door talking as loud as they possibly could so no sleeping in for us after a late night! They continued to, what seemed like just standing outside our door, talking and just waiting for us to leave. Room was pretty nice but all that kinda ruined the experience.

Good attentive staff but the hotel need a lot of maintenace bed (sleep number)telephone television and bathroom not working properly or at all change the staff to another hotel. And problem solve.

Harrison high school stayed here to march down main street in the Disney parade and it was a really nice hotel. The all American breakfast was amazing it was very well prepared.

The food is horrible and not worth it but rooms are definitely deserve to try it we enjoyed it

Would give a 0 for customer service. Reserved 2 rooms, and they gave them away. What is the point of a reservation if you give the damn rooms away? Front desk lady was extremely rude as well.

I'd rate it a zero if possible. We haven't even stayed there yet, and the service is horrible. They charged our card over 24 hours BEFORE check in. When calling to determine why, I was hung up on multiple times or shuffled off to a voice mail. Once they even picked up then no one spoke for a good minute. We have cancelled the stay through Expedia, and now are going to continue to call until the card is refunded.

All the 4 / 5 star reviews of this place must be fake.

Very clean, Jacuzzi was broke, and there were no towels at the pool and when you asked the front desk about towels for the pool you got the run around.....

Awesome. The perfect place for a fun-filled family vacay....lots to do...the Orlando Eye. SEA WORLD, etc. Tons of nice restaurants for families...A-1 SUPERB FAMILY FUN AREA!!!!We WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN! SOON!

This is the worst resort I have ever stayed at the game room is down all 3 coin machines are down the maintenance sucks doesn't look nothing like the picture's on the internet

No one answered the phones at the front desk or houekeeping. Needed blankets and left a message and finally had to go get it myself. Rooms were very nice. Food at the cafe was very good.

Horrible hotel!!! Don't ever go there!! the rating online is incorrect. We arrive 4 am in morning called three times to make sure that our rooms were ready and they decided to give our rooms to someone else and THEN CHARGE US FOR THE ENTIRE TRIP ON TOP OF THAT! and the woman there was so rude! so we ended up sleeping in the car since there were no other rooms anywhere else. Also they are giving us a extreme time refunding the money back. so we will never go back to allure.

We stayed here when hurricane Irma came to Florida it was a pretty great stay very beautiful seeing the Eye at Icon park

This hotel is absolutely horrible. The bed literally hurt to lay down on it was so hard and I barley slept because of the discomfort. The pillows were seriously just a few pieces of cotton with a riped up pillow case over it. I had to use 4 just to raise my head a couple inches. I have never done a review before but I had to worn people not to stay here. You will regret it.

Good rooms. Good service. But the breakfast was like a kid's meal.

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL LAST AUGUST AND IT WAS BAD AND STAYED AGAIN THIS PAST WEEKEND AND IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!
THERES ONLY ONE WORKING ELEVATOR AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 15 MINS TO GET ON, AND THE BUTTONS FOR THE DIFFERENT FLOORS DO NOT WORK.. YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE TO HIT THE FLOOR YOUR WANTING TO GO TO...
THE POOL HAD BEER BOTTLES ALL OVER THE TABLES AND AROUND THE POOL ITSELF. THE JACUZZI WAS FILLED WITH CEMENT AND ROCKS..

Our card was deactivated when we got back at 12am mon, we check out at 12pm mon. When approaching front desk staff they started to get annoyed as soon as we approached. Like we were interrupting a conversation. She got with with a blanket on told us we have our cells near cards .. noooo.. not polite front desk staff no smiles nothing. Just irritated front desk staff.

If you a member of Ihg you will get nothing of this place except points. No upgrade no late check out.

I was visiting a friend who was staying the night. During my short visit I saw that it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Just got to the hotel, front desk customer service was terrible, wasn't busy acted like he didn't know anything. Asked the manager, didn't get a response. Asked about shuttle service and got the run around tells me they have awesome shuttle service only at 7am and comes back at 7pm. Very rude people so far. Can't cancel then I will lose my money altogether. Let's pray the rest of the stay is better!!

Still here and it's been rough. Free breakfast is bread and coffee. No shuttle service for universal only at 7am. Staff still don't know what to say or do.

I do have to say, the little coffee shop is good and the staff is awesome, and the resturant, those guys were awesome and the food was great for the price. One more night then I need a vacation from this place!

You get what you pay for. If money is tight, this is an okay choice, but if you can afford more, find something else. House keeping was ok with plenty of parking available, however, front desk staff sucks and small cockroaches quiet a few on patrol in your bedroom and elsewhere. Front desk ladies careless about you and your vacation. They failed to tell me about the available parking options and it took me 3 days before I figured out that there is a very easy access parking available right behind the hotel. They declined to do a pre checkout 5 hours before we were to leave. I had to leave 5am for airport and I tried to do a pre at midnight before to fasten the process in AM, but they declined. They told me to call the desk and I won t have to come down to front desk in the morning. They offered a wake up call which I accepted. However, no one ever called me to wake up and it was a miracle that I woke up on my own. I kept calling front desk and they didn t pick up. I came down at 530 and found one lady sitting right next to phone. I complained for not getting a wake up call and my phone call not getting answered. She didn t offer a single word of apology or anything close to that. This was unacceptable. My advice to hotel management is to fire these ladies and find someone better as they are their front faces and destroying their business. I am a Marriott fan and Expedia gamed me into this falsely appealing hotel deal, however, I am never going back to this hotel again, ever!

Great location it s in the vicinity to a lot of great activities, howeve, the beds are hard, the staff at the front desk is so rude especially the female. People like her need not to be in the hospitality industry. Will not return because of her.

I only passed by, but the place was beautifully maintained and we all wanted to go there next time around!
