They advertised seating at $13.00 per ticket. Upon arrival we were told only $43.00 per person seating was aval. In the nose bleed sections! The seating is way too tight. No real walk ways. No trash cans near seating to throw trash away. Very unhappy with my experience
First time to take my kids. We went to monster jam! It was a huge hit. Just wish buying the tickets were easier, ticketmaster charges a ridiculous amount of fees

Modern and surrounded by beautiful new Broadway bridge in North Little Rock. Funky restaurants you can walk too as well. Seemed to be in the nicer part of town.

Not a bad venue. Just come with plenty of money to blow unless you eat and drink before or after. Overall a great venue for all kinds of events. I wish the seating was more spaced. Never fails that we are next to ones who use more than one seat space.
Went and seen Breaking Benjamin and Korn at Simmons Bank Arena and it was awesome.
Great entertainment. Food and drinks are a little pricey.
There is parking near it in a fenced off area for $20, if you're worried about your car, and they help with parking and leaving the area.
All in all it was pretty good other then it being a little warm inside the arena. Also I think if there were 2 screens on each side of the stage it would have been a lot better. I was on the floor in row 18 in front of the stage and almost everyone was standing making it hard to see the performers, so I think some screens would have helped.
Always music to my ears!! However, $10 for a little drink or a beer is a bit over the top!!
Attended many concerts here. They have stepped up security checks and I feel very safe when I attend events. Lots of good places in walking distance to grab a bite before your event.
The seats are not spacious. No elbow room, guy next to me was laughing, having a good time. But as he's laughing his seat, my seat and my wife seat is rocking. First (120) row.
Super easy to get to from the interstate. Limited parking but had lots of different people around in vests to help you get to a lot, all within walking distance. Only $10 to park which is great in my book. Security was awesome and quick. You could tell the arena was older but was still a great show. Also not as big as others that I've been to but everything was laid out very well. After the show there was cops helping to direct the flow of traffic back onto the interstate so we had almost no trouble getting back onto the road. Would definitely go back.
Great place arena is large and viewable from just about any seat
As expected the food & drinks were a little expensive... other than that my Family enjoyed being at Verizon Arena to see Disney on Ice! We were very impressed with how well the bathrooms we're kept up!!

I attended a high school graduation ceremony there. The staff were most pleasant and helpful.
Went and saw Red Sun Rising, Shinedown and Godsmack. This was my second time coming to the Verizon Arena and both times have been good experiences. Clean facility and a staff who know what they are doing to get you through to the show quickly. I have been in a bathroom or two at other arenas this size and have my fair share of horror stories, but the bathrooms in this place have been decently clean both times I have gone.
We had a BLAST we laughed so hard and so much. Something we both needed to do for a while

Great Arena but if you're a big man or woman and in my experience an average size person if you don't get floor seats you will be in trouble, leg cramplitis and more, my legs actually went numb from the restricted movement. Just a fair warning. If not for that five would have been given.
Hated walking up the hill to the entrance in high heels. Absolutely loves the performance there. The floors are very sticky by the seats. Don't put your purse or feet on the ground when sitting.
The concert was amazing and at a great place . KISS
Wrestling was Damn fun. Takes two hours to and back.
James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt were outstanding. James led us through his life in song and story after Bonnie got us in the mood through her bluesy guitar work covering favorites we sang along with up to releases from her new work. So good!
Verizon Arena is a favorite venue for enjoying concerts.

After attending several graduations and concerts at Verizon Arena, the outcome is always the same. The arena itself needs some major updates, including the sound system. The food quality and options have improved over the years, but it seems like it's falling way behind other arenas in areas around here. However, I'm happy we do have an arena in our area to host large events. I just hope an update is in store!
Well laid out. Plenty of vendor areas with options. Clean restrooms.
Verizon arena
Just got out of the Jeff Dunham show and Verizon SECURITY had multiple restrooms closed with NO EXPLANATION! There weren t enough restrooms for 8000 people that had been well fed with plenty to drink. Long lines unnecessary. I don t often come to Verizon, but when I do I m regularly disappointed. Just not sharp.
I was working for a vendor at a recent home builders show, and was amazed at how well coordinated it was.
Took an hour to finally get out of the parking lot after a concert! No traffic control really made things get all jammed up.
A lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. It was not set up well. It needed more signs.
They should block off places where u can't see the stage and speaker setup makes it real bad for people on the side
Saw Disney on ice with family. Great place, parking could be a bit better though. Comfortable seating and air conditioned. Good lighting and staff helpful.

Metallica was great in this venue but some sound was inaudible from the top row. Bathrooms were clean and moved swiftly for women but merchandise lines were extremely long. Easy to Uber in and taxi out! Lots of bars and restaurants near venue as well.
The stair are ridiculous but what's more ridiculous is the amount of elevators in this huge arena. Otherwise its cool
Stadium 8a usually clean and always has good merch booths. Security is usually on point to. They do wait to open to doors(had to stand in the rain a couple of times and paid parking is $20 bucks now. The stadium seating could be more comfortable and concession prices are ridiculous. All that aside, decent place to see a event you really want to.

Big beautiful building but the actual seating area needs some TLC very disgusting sticky floors in the seating area of the stadium.

We seen Miranda Lambert in concert March 10. Security was definitely on their game and let nothing by them. It's not too hard to find your seats with each entryway being labeled as to what section, etc it leads to
