Good venue for a concert. It's a smaller arena, so the views are better. The concession lines moved at a snail's pace, though. Took about 20 minutes to move to the front of a 10-person line for a couple bottles of water.

Great place to see a concert-sound is much better in this smaller venue with just 18k seats. Just be aware that the advertisements for the 'Vibe Room' are misleading. They want you to buy an additional $15 ticket for this and lead you to believe its a VIP type place where you can meet the stars and talk with them in a very unique setting. But they dont ever show up there. So all you get for $15 is all the bbq meatballs and watered down cheese dip and chips you care to eat. The heartburn afterwards is included in the price of the ticket!!

The seating was horrible felt uncomfortable the whole concert sitting in the too close for comfort theater tiny chairs. Not to mention the run around about over the phone tickets. If it was for Xscape being there I would have been asking for a refund on my tickets cause they lied several times about my tickets

I've always enjoyed going to Verizon Arena over the last 20 years. It's a smaller arena and everything is easy to find and the employees are always so helpful. The only complaint is I wish their own parking lot was free. $20 for parking every time gets old.

Arena itself is great. Drinks, bathrooms and other concessions spaced throughout. Security is good. As other areas parking is limited to privately owned lots/yards around the arena. The closer you are the higher the rate.

Pretty miffed that we spent more than 2 hours waiting outside due to "production delays," but the concert was my first, and I was not disappointed. Next time there are delays, they need to allow people to be seated. My legs and hips will take time to recover from that. 4/5, do recommend

Just got here and this is my first time at this place. Sitting in section 208 and it is unbelievably nasty. Bourbon street at Mardi Gras is cleaner. Gross! Have these people ever heard of a pressure washer and bleach? Extremely disappointed. It is also very small compared to other arenas in other cities. Can't believe they even get stars to book concerts here.

Everything was great.... Except "don't try going down the stairs in the dark. Be back in your seat before the lights go out again... Just saying... They are kinda steep... Scarred myself, but managed an awesome save... SMH

Verizon is as you would expect many indoor concert venues to be. It is clean, they offer many differeny food and beverage options. Seating is pretty cramped outside of the floor area, especially if you are tall or large built. Not enough parking options for such a big venue.

I really love this venue! It is by far the best that I have ever been to! I saw The Eagles here on July 27th, 2015! The show was AWESOME! The bathrooms were very well kept and clean. The workers in the food court were very helpful and insightful regarding to ingredients of menu items and prices. Security keeps everyone very safe here, and, while I have never seen anything bad go on here, I have full faith that the security team here would quickly end anything negative, should it arise. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that wants to enjoy a quality entertainment experience!

Clean place, didnt have to wait long to get in. Plenty of refreshment areas. Seats were packed in tight, no legroom or elbow room. When I tried to stand to stretch my legs, security told me I couldn't stand in the walk way, any where. $10 for 12 oz of cheap domestic beer, and $8 for 30oz of soda is definitely ripping people off. I enjoyed the show I went to, PBR showdown, but was never comfortable.

I have been to several concerts here. The arena can hold thousands of people comfortably. Pay a little extra to get out of the nose bleed section though, it's rough up there, getting up and down the stairs and the higher you go you feel like you can't breathe and your going to fall.

Avenged Sevenfold and Breaking Benjamin, with thanks to Bullet for my Valentine as well for a memorable night! The sound quality was excellent, seats were great and was able to stay seated if I chose. Very pleased!

Went to my first Metallica concert after being a fan for 30+ years. Metallica did not disappoint. Also my first concert in Verizon arena (soon to be Simmons Bank Arena). Will definitely be making return trip to this location for other events.

This is the largest arena in central Arkansas, and offers the greatest selection of popular travelling entertainment. Recently the venue has added more metal detectors and a 100% bag check. I understand why they did this, but it has slowed the entry process dramatically. The security is generally friendly, but not always. However, the security team is great about maintaining order and keeping the place safe for others. Once you get into the venue there is a pretty respectable snack bar and beer selection. They have also added the Vibe Room... I'm not sure how much it costs to get entry, but it looks cool.
