Went to see Monster Truck Jam, it was awesome! Great facility...
Was a good time but the food was way far under par for such a place . You expect to pay a higher price for food at a venue like this but I never had such sorry eats before.
Had a good time at monster jam. Only problem were the front row seats were blocked most of time by people above walking in front of you. And concession lines were slow. They need a refill spot for soft drinks so you don't have to wait on others to make up their mind on what to order.
The Monster Jam event was great! The only thing that would make this arena better is to make a bigger arena.
Nice venue but don't buy the cheap seats in the nose bleed section, it was hot a hadees up there, and the climb up was steep. Almost got anxiety looking down, it's so sloped it scared me.
Nice venue. Friendly staff. Clean and good acoustics. #tobymac
They let us in early probably because of the heat. Service was fast and friendly in the concession areas.
Great concert and for the most part friendly people
I haven't been here since my brother graduated in 1999 when it was Alltel Arena. Face Lift on the outside , bathroom is remodeled but it still has the same raggedy steps and seats. Comfortable seats and safer steps would be nice.
Always safe and one great venue for live entertainment !!
I ve only been to the arena a few times, but I haven t been disappointed. The parking is reasonably distanced from the arena. The bathrooms are pretty well attended, and there are several good food vendors to choose from.
It's a huge, new arena. Wheelchair access, expensive beer, cramped seats. Nothing special, nothing particularly bad.
My God Daughter is off on a new journey. Verizon arena has been a continuous asset in our community for hosting graduation and tons of other events...I have experienced some beautiful times. Concerts, comedy shows, Disney on ice...I love the versatility of convention centers.
This is an amazing place with shows for entertainment
Areana seating as expected. Extremly tight seating. All in all nice venue with great shows.
It was great but leaving takes for ever cant get out traffic trouble.
Went to see the Monster Truck Show. Awewome place. Huge. Plenty of seating!
Only complaint besides the high prices is the seating. It is just not enough space. It like you're sitting on top of each other
Parking could be better, gate opening was 15 late but the concert was awesome!
Went to see Red Hot Chili Peppers there twice. Over priced drinks and disgusting bathrooms.
Fell going down steps in section 208. Made it outside and went out the door and they wouldn't let me back in to go to the area where the seats were outside. Not too enthused with the staff at the doors at the main entrance
Good concert venue. A little dated and smaller with a max 18,000 seating capacity.
My husband and I enjoyed ourselves at a wild game supper. ...John 3:16 ministries hosted it...
Great venue. However the parking prices are ridiculous! 5 -20 dollars to park and walk several blocks! That's crazy after a huge cost for tickets. I suggest parking across the river and take the trolley.
Lost my wallet they found it and mailed it back to me
Monster Jam Sucks for Sunday. Need to do better. Nothing going on. Can i get my 150 bucks back. Last few yrs they were good. This time... Not even close.
Went to the monster jam here , it was really entertaining .
Had fun at Chris Stapleton concert. The staff were friendly. The only downfall was having to walk over 2 blocks and was charged $20 for parking.
Still in good condition. Parking is a bit extravagant.
My only complaint is that they don't clean there floors and it's always sticky
Love the concerts but hated being shoved outside on very small balcony to smoke. Not enough room and people were packed on balconey. They only had one balcony open to smoke on.it was very disheartening
Great experience. Security wasn't too bad. Better bring some cash though. Sodas are around $6.00.
Millenium Tour was one of the best concerts I've ever been to
Friendly Chapel catfish supper for the soup kitchen.
It was wild game that I ate
It was great. For just 10dollars. Thanks to the church. We had a good time.
Like any arena the food and drinks are expensive but that is expected. Parking can get difficult and all around there it is $20. The arena is kind of small so all seats are decent.
Nice arena lines aren't terrible at concession stand.
Nice and huge venue but I really hate the way the upper seating is tilted. It gave me vertigo.
The Korn concert was awesome. The staff were more than accommodating. I'm going today for my fifth time in a month. Oh yeah! Lots of fun things to do as a family or by yourself.
Lots of walking. Getting out after a progressive is a serious issue. Traffic jam!!!
Went and saw Building 429 and they were awesome. They keep getting better and better!!
Went to 50th Alabama & Charlie Daniel's Concert. Great show. Two of the best bands ever.
Verizon needs to make more Handicapped parking available to handicap.
They seem to be Reserving lot next to Handicapped entrance for paying customers and making handicap park along River & under bridge, that's quite a walk.
The floors were sticky, nasty and disgusting. I almost lost my sandals on more than one occasion because they stuck to the floor! Gross!
The only place in town, I guess it has to be the best. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. Concession stand lines are terribly long during big concerts.
Getting in and out of the building was easy and efficient. I appreciated the ladies room monitor, didn't miss a song Had a great time!
Me & my wife had an awesome time at evenged/breaking Benjamin concert!
The lacking of parking at this venue is very sad I would have gave it 4 stars if it had better parking Plus the angle that the upper seats are made is very steep and kind of scary for people who are afraid of heights otherwise it's a very good Arena.
Great venue for a concert. KISS always puts on a great show.
Took our son to his very first concert - he wanted to see Jason Aldean so away we went! The venue is nice, yes there are long lines but...you're at a concert. It happens. We purchased tickets for the VIBE Room thinking we'd treat him to something of a VIP experience and boy is that ripoff. The only advantage is it did save us time getting into the building, but the drinks were smaller AND MORE EXPENSIVE than the other vendors. I would not recommend wasting your money on the VIBE room.
As always we had a wonderful time at the arena. Traffic can be a bit congested as most large events are but it's worth it. The restrooms and concession areas are always very clean, you can tell the staff takes very good care of the place.
Great place for concerts. But dang better bring coin for the extras.12/21 went to the HOG game great atmosphere last night also check out the Arkansas Hog call n. :). Video..
I went to watch the Harlem Globetrotters, best arena I have ever seen, I want to meet the manager and tell him he is a smart man/woman, and I want to go every year
We, the grand parents went to spend the day at Disney on Ice with our grandson and his school. I sure as hell was not expecting to need a home loan for the concessions. I mean a funnel cake, pretzel and water cost less than the $15 cotton candy candy bag I bought for my grandson. Really just because you put a stupid, cheap plastic Mickey ear crown from China on the bag and it is bearly Disney logo gear. I call BS, "WE ARE THERE FOR THE KIDS, QUIT GOUGING THE ADULTS"!!!
Nice size college basketball style arena.... if you're over 5'8" the seats may be uncomfortable
Its nice but needs more ramps and more help with handicapped rides
