So disappointed that screens were not up for Alabama & Charlie Daniels. Couldn't see the stage for all the people standing up. Would have chosen different seats had I known. Sound was typical, a bit too loud and unclear. My last concert at Verizon.

Here with Disney On Ice. The people who run the and work for it are all extremely nice. True southerners here... Hospitality abound...

Great for all events! The people there really have it together.

The bathrooms are clean and everything in the building is easy to find.

Enjoyed the Katy Perry concert. Only bad thing was the parking wasn t free. I would not mind paying to park. But they didn t have anyone directly traffic after the concert.

OK but would like a bigger arena especially for truck and motorcycle events

I love events here, but the wait time in lines for food and drink is insane.

Lines very long for the concert and I was very disappointed when I had to stand the entire concert because all the drunks in front of me were standing. I know the policy said to please remain seated, but apparently all the others didn't read this. It was very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. But if I'm gonna pay that much money for a close seat then I don't want to stand the entire time.

Went to see he Def Leppard/Journey concert. It was awesome

The seatings kind of small you think it would be better, isles are small defentily not the best place to go.

Nice venue, huge bathrooms, prompt service at the food counter!

I'm a Uber driver, I was only there dropping off or picking up riders.

No designated handicap parking in 2019? luckily I got to the event (graduation) early, but when I asked where the handicap parking was the parking attendant said they didnt have any (not they are full) which is disappointing.

Every seat is basically a good seat. Disappointed that parking for a graduation was $10

Went too PBR and was extremely disappointed. Our little rodeo is better.

Great! Got cheap tickets to Breaking Benjamin and Five Finger Death Punch. Had a blast!

This place is a nightmare for disabled people, and healthy people alike. No parking, so you have people getting you to pay all sorts of prices to park in all sorts of places for several miles away. Then you walk several miles in some cases to stand in line, a line a mile long in some cases.

That's not the worst of it, food prices are 3 times higher than any other venue I have gone to. A glass of wine 19 bucks? What are you thinking. Worst of all is the top level, the numbers and or letters are faded and impossible to make out, and there is no room to walk down the rows easily. It honestly feels like you are leaning out over the lower seats.

It was difficult to get to our seats, and uncomfortable to say the least. Then the band, Metallica came out an hour and 45 minutes from starting time. That's after doors opening an hour and a half before showtime. So sitting there 3 hours before the band even came out to start the show. The audio was so loud you couldn't understand anything being said or sung. Overall it was the worst experience we have ever had. We left 3 songs in because we drove 2 and a half hours to the venue, and after 3 hours of waiting to see the band, it wasn't worth it and we had a long drive home. Horrible.

Didn't sound Bon Jovi. They put on a great show. The facilities at Verizon were top-notch.

Nice facility for various venues. Clean with plenty of restrooms and vender booths. Easy to climb bleacher staircases. Excellent lighting.

It is exactly what you would expect from a Box Office.

Go to concerts here often & it is an Awesome venue !!

The security there sucks. I had some food I was eating and they made me trash it but they were on the inside eating. I'll NEVER go there again

Overall, a great venue, food & drink is expensive though

It is a large place and I have always been to the graduations there is a lot of order and security!

Parking is a pain and the arena is in a terrible location.

Attended Monster Jam here and the venue was great! Concessions offered were tasty and great view from the seats!

The seats and venue were great. However, my last two trips to this venue I've had broken seats.

Went to the J Cole show, had a good time. Staff was pleasant.

Eat before you get here. Funnelcakes are greasy. Pizzas aren't as good as the ones in your freezer. Margaritas are tall, but for $15 they need to be taller. The only stand worth visiting at Verizon, is the nut stand. Cinnamon, pralines, chocolate dipped, and Chipotle roasted almonds, pecans or cashews. I recommend the Chipotle. All are delicious. But again, that's the only food in the place worth eating.

Tiny seats, steep, hard for unstable big top heavy tall guys like myself.

Nice arena and always kept clean. Concessions are overpriced...but that s everywhere nowadays. Wish there was a parking garage or structure specifically for Verizon. During big events it can be difficult to find a nearby place to park.

Bathroom had plenty of changing stations and were kept clean, chairs are comfortable and employees were nice.

Had a nice time, the seats are to close so I wasn't as comfortable as I would like to be on the front row

Nice venue but do not get margaritas. Not very good and very expensive. Also highly recommend uber at this venue. 5 dollars will get you and friend from down town hotel to venue.
