This place is always good to see shows or a concert!!!!

Always run out of beer during concerts when I've been there. Parking isnt great even when you arrive early.

Metallica was Amazing!!! The acoustics in Verizon Arena are terrible. Always has been that way. The cashier at one of the food vendor areas was very pleasant.

Was just there for the MercyMe concert. Great experience!

Great place to catch a show but don't like to climb so many steps and I can't afford to pay for the better seats

Parking is a nightmare, especially with your elderly parents. It's not located in the best part of NLR. The acoustics are sub-par and beer is way beyond what I'm willing to spend. The staff is great and very helpful, super clean all around the arena.

A fine facility located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Parking around the arena is never a problem unless you don t have a twenty dollar bill. Easy access to the building with as many as 15 lines for admission. Many fine acts are booked throughout the year for all types of entertainment. Clean and modern atmosphere in the quaint little Argenta community. Lots of apartments and restaurants coming soon to the growing area.

Came here for Monster Jam 2019. Parking was easier than I thought...$20, parked at the US Bank lot. Small track so not much space for the trucks to do tricks, but it was still quite a thrill. We sat in section 207, row 1. It was the perfect spot for the price. Frustrated they wouldn't allow us to bring bottled water inside. Overall, I'm grateful a facility like this exists in Little Rock. My 5 year old had a blast.

My experience would have been better if they hadn't had a barstool with a bent leg in the bar that I went to sit on and it fell and so did i! Was very dangerous and they were quick to get it removed before any pics could be taken of it.

Saw Kieth Urban on the floor and it was one of the best nights in a long time.

The arena area for truck show i felt was way to small. The parking was expensive. Otherwise was ok.

Like the building, I was there to see my son graduate. But, whatever you do don't buy the water it cost 4.00 dollars.

The seating is too tight even for me and I'm not a big person. I bought tickets 6 months in advance and paid $400 for 2 tickets to get the best seats in the lower circle, only to be informed when we tried to go in that we had to go to the ticket office. There we were told that they were giving us different tickets for some reason that was not explained. We objected to no avail and were made to feel it wasn't anything we could do except sit wherever they decided to put us. That's the last time we will go back there.

Was there for Martin Lawrence comedy show and it was great

The seats were in a great location after being moved. Willie Nelson is the all time best! The folks changing our seats were extremely pleasant and eager to help find better seating since the stage had moved from the original plans. The VIP area was amazing and I hope to experience more very soon. Not to forget, the ladies kept the bathroom very clean. They deserve recognition.

The employees are very nice stores kept clean inside and out need to work on more specials need to have more options

They have good concerts, handicap accessible, parking good but they do charge 20.00 on top of tickets, the thing I don't like is they haven't had the monitors on for the last three concerts, learned from Chers concert no sense in paying for floor if seats are there unless you are in front row, everyone stands in your way, so no matter what you pay for unless monitors are up your not going to see, Bon jovi , Reo, Styx, Ben, Felder, and so many more couldn't see, now whats happening with fall out boys? Monitors or not. Floor is good if no seats, get there early to be by stage. Kept moving and had good zoom camera.

Forever will be one of my favorite places to see concerts (i miss the BFMV concert that happened here. It was my first concert I've ever been to). Anyways, rock on

The tickets were cheaper then what I expected and the stage area is good size. Can't wait until the Feb.2 2017 concert

Pretty much came for what I wanted to come for (Metallica concert). Easy to get in and to get out

Very good venue very time we go we have the best time. A little HOT they could turn the air on before the venue so it would be cool during the event will greatly be appreciated

Parking was ridiculously priced. Twenty dollars for a parking spot on a weekday. Security seemed to be unimportant. People were herded through metal detectors that seemed to not be on since they never went off. Restrooms were clean but the automatic sinks did not work in the restroom I was in. They just had a slow constant drip. The show was great.

This was my first time at this arena and too see Metallica for the very first time....what a great experience!

Seating is horrible. The seats are old to the point to where if some laugh hard, a portion of the row will move.

Senior graduation was located here. Very organized.

The staff is always welcoming. The best customer service, which sometimes is a fading thing, but here they treat you like family. They're the best.

Good setup and security was quick and efficient. No complaints. Would be five stars if the security on the floor would relax a little and let people have a good time.

Amazing show!!!! but the seating sucked.. been to alot of different arenas and have to say the seating here is really bad... very uncomfortable!

Went to Shania concert...also bought tickets for Vibe room...pretty nice...had good refreshments

Currently sitting literally sitting on the concrete waiting to be let in for the Carrie Underwood concert that starts at 7pm. It's now 6:41pm. This is ridiculous!! Will never come here again for a concert. We have been standing in line for almost 2 hours, people are being put in wheelchairs!!

I had a blast at Verizon arena. Of course it's going to busy it only took 5 minutes to get are seats.

It was wonderful we had a big time and would go back every chance we get

Affordable food and drinks. The only arena I've been to in years where you can go out and smoke and they even offered $2 refills on large drinks.

Just seen Metallica last night awesome place to see concerts

Winterjam was awesome. The staff at Verizon Arena are second to none. They go above and beyond what they are asked to do to make your experience great. Besides a female security guard being unprofessional it was awesome.

Everything was good untill a security guard jumped over the barriers and landed his knee right in my left sholder and neck. It knocked me forward. Then he didn't check to see if I was going to be okay.
I'm not okay.
My left arm is numb and I am in pain.
