Very tight parking lot for semi. My load was ready, but I was loaded after 5 hours waiting. Workers are lasy.

i had great experience, appointment was at 12am, I check in at 2:30pm , out at 4pm..

Came in time. But load wasn t ready plus 2 forklift drivers were very slow. Be ready to stay here for a few hours.

ATTENTION. DO NOT PICK UP FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY LOAD READY. THEY ARE DISHONEST WITH BROKERS AND CARRIERS. THEY WILL LET YOU WAIT ALL DAY FOR LOAD AND THEN THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU. THEY DON'T VALUE ANYBODY'S TIME AT ALL. Business what they run is a North Korea business. MOVE YOUR BUSINESS TO NORT KOREA. WE DON'T NEED YOU IN USA.

Great place to load, no real parking here though! I have never been here longer than an hour to get loaded!

On time for pickup, find out load not ready, nobody knows when it s going to be ready. Unprofessional

A noon appointment, got to dock 2:47, 4:40 pm still waiting

Decent place to work worked there for one week before i was fired for missing 1 day. If you like strenuous work and long hours its a great place.

Do not pick up from this place. Period. They ordering trucks and shipments are not ready. They will let you wait all day and they will cancel your load end of the day. They don't value drivers time at all.

The product is not ready 6h waiting and continue....why they order a truck when the product is not ready?????.

I must have rotten luck judging by all the happy folks w their 5 star feedback on here . My experience is a bit different however. I got here on time (Fri at noon), then had to wait for 5 1/2 hours to be loaded. That basically meant that I hit rush hour leaving this dump, and got to sleep on the road and in my truck instead of at home and with my family. Thank you wonderful people of Alltech for wasting the better part of my day and crapping on my weekend , I m sure you ll understand if I don t rush back. If I could give you negative stars I would !

Real nice people here in shipping. No stupid dock rules.
