This clinic does not care about you, I guarantee it. In the past year they have done absolutely nothing to help me or treat me. Earlier this year, I went to the ER because I was experiencing a very excruciating migraine. The doctor there told me to go on a diet and drink more water and left it at that. I was basically told I was fat, dehydrated, and left untreated. A few days later I went back to the ER but at Fairview. While there, they gave me a shot to relieve the migraine, administered a pill to help with the nausea, and the doctor there ordered a CT scan. The people at Fairview were more sympathetic to my problem and proactive at figuring out what is going on with me. In all my years of going to Allina, I have never felt compassion like this. Because my doctor left at Fairview, I decided to see my previous doctor at Alina. My attempts to have my prescription refilled has been unsuccessful even though I have been on this medication for several months. I have been going through this issue but usually with Fairview, and within a day or two, I get my medication. Allina has never tried to help me or treat me. It has been one false diagnosis after another and multiple attempts to treat whatever ailment I m experiencing left untreated. I am tired of their careless practices and it must stop. I have spent exhausting days if not weeks making phone calls and emails to them to get medications refilled, and during that time, my health declines. By the time I get my medication, I am starting over, and I get sick from taking such a high dosage after days of not taking it. I will be seeking a lawyer for medical malpractice.

I made an appointment to get Covid tested here. I have been waiting 30 minutes and no one has answered the phone. As an Allina employee myself, I am embarrased to be represented by this terrible service.

The nurses here are great but I ve only dealt with one doctor so far for my pregnancy and personally I think she is rushed, forgetful, hard of hearing, and needs to retire. Dr Peterson is an older doctor and I was okay with that until I had to start repeating everything I already told her. She ignored the two contractions I had on my nonstress test and when I have a concern she rushes in and out of the room and doesn t acknowledge them. And she also ignored me when I told her I was having sharp pain in my belly while in an appointment with her. She also forgot to order a growth ultrasound for my child so now I can t even schedule that.

Terrible communication between doctors and specialists worse communication from specialists to patient I would never suggest visiting or using cambridge allina to anyone for any reason terrible service for years my fault for putting up with it.

Doctor awesome-billing-insurance and business office horrendous. If you owe even $50.00 and do not pay within 3 days of receiving bill watch out-collections will be after you. And people in office are terrible. St Croix Regional Medical Center is so great-Cambridge Medical center office and admin-needs help

Horrible ER! Better off driving to the farthest hospital in MN and still be faster service. Slow staff that doesn t put patients first. Was told someone would be in shortly to get X-ray. Was over 1.5 hrs and pushed call light and took 5 minutes to answer. Asked when would the X-ray be taken and answer was ahh um I don t know. Over a hour later before someone came in..

I have the best doctor I have ever had here. Someone who actually cares and I can talk to everyday if needed. I love it here. I feel just as comfortable here then I would at home. The doctors and nurses are amazing here.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Don t waste your time or energy going to this clinic.

Simply calling to get an appointment was a hassle as the front desk staff in each department had an attitude and did not know what they were doing.

Calling for an emergency to speak to a nurse? Don t even think about it. They don t answer the phone.

Calling a nurse back? Gets you nowhere! All the phone does is ring and ring and ring. The operator s only option is to patch you through to the ER.

Being told to call and leave a message for a nurse and they will get back to you within 24 hours? TRY 3 WEEKS!

The doctor and nurse tell you they are going to call you with the lab results you NEED, don t get your hopes up. They don t call.

Calling to file a complaint over the horrendous service gets you nowhere.
I don t see HOW a patient feels safe and comfortable with the extreme lack of communication and lack of professionalism.

I was told by more than one person that it s Aliina Health s issue for trying to manage all communication offsite at a call center but at the end of the day, all it is excuses.

Oh also, then calling to give them the decency of a notice that I am no longer a patient there, the receptionist gets defensive and mad and tells me I have to call each office and let them know because she has no way of contacting other departments in the same clinic (like for real?).

Zero stars. Go somewhere else.

Called to get a price for eye exam before my appointment and was shocked when I received an additional bill in the mail for a charge I was never told off They failed to mention that along with my eye exam there is also a refraction fee as well which I was not told about. I am very upset about this. When people call for a price of a service so they can budget it when paying out of pocket ANY and ALL charges being billed should be mentioned. Both when I called and at the eye clinic I was told I only had to pay an eye exam fee and a contact fitting fee NOTHING was said either time about a refraction fee. Due to this I will never be going back to this place again and will never give anyone a good review of this. This is unacceptable.

My wife has had three kids in three different states and this hospital was the best of them. They pay attention and go the extra mile for their patients. Her OB just about died in a car crash to get to my wife and help deliver the baby.

I had a billing issue and was treated so rudely by jona tried to talk to her supervisor when she then blew me off a month later still waiting for that call back being told that I m not a dying cancer patient and was told how to handle and and she completely lied after a talk with corporate still no one will listen I chose Allina and drive an hour each way to come to a specific doctor that I can no longer see now and no one cares for to listen return calls and so far who I have talked to ended up leaving me in tears !!!!!!!

Went in for a same day appointment, after checking-in in the reception area when you first walk in I sat down, about 5 minutes later the lady looked at me and said oh you have to go to waiting room C i also told her when i talked to her i have never been to this clinic since i had just moved to the area. so I walked down the hall, took a seat sat there for 20 minutes before the lady asked if I was Jessie I said yes she told me I had to check in, im thinking in the back of my mind didn't i already check-in, apparently not, the lady then told me she has some paper work for me, i have been to allina clinics before they have all of my info. Not at all impressed by the way this clinic is ran or set up. I will never go back even if my life depended on it.

Inefficient and disorganized. Waiting times of over 2 hours. The good doctors are booked out months in advance so if you need to see your PCP when your actually sick your SOL. Walk in can't do anything so they send you to ER to wait an additional 2 hours.

We waited over a year for three different dates of service to be processed through our insurance because Allina lost the payments that the insurance submitted. They tried billing us the entire amount through out the entire year and threatened to send our balance to collections. Once Allina found the payments, we received our correct balance but only after calling to check if anything had been processed. Allina never tried to contact us to let us know that everything was fixed. Our remaining balance would've gone to collections had we not called to check. We began paying on the balance and received another call that our balance would go to collections if we did not set up a payment plan. They did not even apologize for all the wasted time and phone calls. Not to mention they were very rude every time we would call to see if they found the payments. I sent EOBs that Allina requested through the mail that they claimed they never received. I even sent the proof of payment the insurance gave us. Again, they claimed they did not receive these. If you don't have to, do not use Allina. They are the most unorganized medical facility I have ever dealt with.

I see several doctors in this clinic. Some are good, some are great and I have run across one that was a very controlling and was wrong in his diagnoses and his bedside manners were the worst I've ever seen in my life. He was not very "human/person" orientated. All in all I think its very organized, whereas Fairview is totally dysfunctional at a organizational level. The people who are at the desks in the varying depts. at the clinic are not very friendly or personable. A couple are but most seem not to be. People in general don't seem very happy in their jobs their or something. They are just not friendly or I very seldom see anyone smile. Allina has excellent cardiologist at Abbott that come to Cambridge and the infectious disease and neurologist doctors are also very good. They don't have a women internist so I don't go there for my primary doctoring. Olson (women) who is a family doctor is excellent. Need more women there. So in general I do think Allina at Cambridge is very good at each level of the organization as much as any medical clinic can be now days. Lets face it. Its all about money for all of them but its true for Fairview and all the rest of them. That's why they need to be smiling, happy, like their jobs and have good bed side manners for us.

Just had the worst visit I have ever had at this hospital. I went in for a simple 20 week ultrasound. I was expecting a wonderful experience because a baby is a beautiful thing. But instead I had the worse visit of my life. During my ultrasound my tech freaked out on my husband for trying to take a picture of me sitting there. Now it isn't posted anywhere that you can't do that. Nor did the tech say that you can't do that. So for her to freak out like she did was very uncalled for and very unprofessional. I bursted into tears and balled through the rest of the ultrasound. Then she actually had the nerve to say she was sorry if I was upset that we couldn't have a picture. So I let her know I couldn't care less about the picture. I was upset at how she acted, ultrasounds are supposed to be beautiful and that lady ruined it. To top the cake she tried defending her ridiculous behavior. That was my husband's one and only ultrasound he will see and that lady destroyed the experience. Seriously considering going to a different hospital because I could tell the lady didn't care one big. Just another job for her.

This (if it could be) the worst hospital in the U.S.

Don t waste your time here if possible.

The doctors here just truthfully have no idea what their doing. They just diagnose you with whatever cause at the end of the day, their still collecting a paycheck.

What to say about this place. If I could give them no stars I would. With each visit and interaction I cringe more. There are some great Dr's and Nurses but be ready to be treated poorly from Administration, Scheduling or Billing. Its no wonder it has the reviews that it does, speaks for itself.

They refused to test my son for COVID because he was getting surgery at a non Alina clinic / hospital expect me to drive St. Paul .for a five minute test and to come back. We live in Isanti our primary physician is the one who referred us to children hospital now they are refusing to see us for a simple test because we are not getting our surgery at an allina hospital this is insane . I spent 2 hours on hold with Cambridge to be told no you can t come here unless he has symptoms. Beyond upset right now

1 star does not justify my experience with this ho...

1 star does not justify my experience with this hospital. Back in feb on the 24th I went to the allina er in Cambridge I had a severe fever For the last four days prior and was bedridden. I ve never been so sick in my life. The doctor gave me a flu test that came back negative for influenza a and b along with some info that my insurance wasn t valid. I was confused because my insurance was good a few days prior so I called to figure why it wasn t valid as hospital staff were pushing me out the door. Then a week later covid hits......along with a bill from allina a few days ago I noticed on my credit report that there is a collections flagged on it. It was reported to the Credit bureau on the 15th of July!!!! I m still making calls trying to be a single dad With 2 kids working to buy a house And I don t even get time DURING A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC! To even wait for everything to open up to contact people I need to about my insurance (btw was pre paid and should have been active)covering my bill. Nope. Not allina they just sent it right to a 3rd party collections Agency soon as I walked out the door??? Do the math feb 24 to July 15th and on my credit report!!! How dare you allina!!!!!!! Your supposed to be heroes?????? That s low and right at a time when I m looking to get a house thx for that allina me and my children thank you for delaying or possibly making it not even possible for us to own a home now because of that senseless and unnecessary hit to my credit. I would advise not going here this is by for the worst experience from any hospital by far. I took such a hit for for a couple hundred dollar bill that during a pandemic wasn t even allowed to figure anything out before they are selling off my debt to collectors???? Hey maybe give me a minute to figure out what happened with my insurance so I can get you paid allina.... guess not. Shame on you allina!!!

The prices here are outrageous!!!! I had the same exact procedure done at two different clinics. First Light bill $268.00, Allina bill $1,107.00. Quite frankly I'm embarrassed to say this business is a part of our community. As a place you go to for help, clearly they prefer helping to empty your pockets because that's what "insurance" will pay them. I called the financial assistance upon receiving my first bill, as I was sure there was a mistake made just to find out there is nothing they can do. Just like I thought.

Dated facility, confusing hallways. If you are looking for a psychiatrist do not come here for your mental health. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Marc Kelliny. He did not understand my mental health issues and prescribed me a medication with horrible side effects. Avoid this clinic like the plague.

My nurses and ultrasound tech were fantastic.. However, the doctor not so much! Went in with pain. Doctor ordered an ultrasound but didn t see anything. He proscribed me medication for pain and released me.. still have no idea where the pain is coming from! The most frustrating part is I will get a huge bill in the mail, and they didn t even give me answers.

Some good providers here if you can find them, some not so good ones too. Clinic managers care so contact them if you have a problem. Urgent care is hit or miss. All of our family s ER experiences have been great. Check out their Allina Partners Care program or ask your doctor about the prescription assistance program if you fall within the income guidelines. Our only complaint has to do with billing, especially Allina Home Oxygen (but billing practices as well). Charging $400 plus for a CPAP mask, where I can find it online for $90. Took Allina Home Oxygen to bill our insurance over a year one time, with us contacting them numerous times to try to get it straight (and us getting warnings it was going to collection because it hadn t gone through insurance and they expected us to pay it even though we had contacted them multiple times). See a problem here? This along with the other billing practices need to be investigated by the attorney general. Not sure if hospital charges are still more expensive than clinic charges, but posting this here so others know this could still be a possibility (ex. Labs done at the Cambridge clinic are considered hospital vs. a clinic not attached to a hospital).

I visited the Cambridge Clinic for the first time today, 2-20-18. Every person that I talked to was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The entire staff including the Dr.'s nurse were just outstanding. My treatment was very complete and everything was explained to me in great detail. Dr. Sovell is AAA+ in every respect. Thanks......

I had scheduled a same day appointment immediately before I got to the hospital. When i checked into there they asked me my daughters temp (was 106 at the time but I knew the ER would take forever) they immediately told me I needed to go to the ER and walked me down there. I was told to tell the Check in that my child had a very high temp and that I would be seen right away. I waited TWO HOURS to be seen. I was told by staff that I was essentially being dramatic and that she never had that temp.

I received my care from this hospital and clinic for over 8 years. It's filled with a large abundance of subpar and inexperienced physicians, with a few good ones mixed in; unfortunately however, organizational restrictions such as 20-minute maximum appointment times, prevents even the good docs from providing standard quality care. It's this scary combination of capped appointment times along with inadequate care, that makes Cambridge Medical Center a disaster waiting to happen, if it hasn't already!

After numerous undiagnoseses and misdiagnosises, I have now transferred my care to the cities. An hour drive each way to receive adequate healthcare is much better than the substandard, more often than not rude and condescending, low care quality that is routinely provided by this clinic. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Worst experience ever at a clinic doc n nurse were ok but everything was a nightmare had me running upstairs and downstairs 3 dif times 7 months along....no ultra sound.... Waited longer to get registered then I was actually seen...Kate her name was called me with the worst attitude telling me information and paperwork I had already received.... I'm in it ok lady few steps ahead of you and no I have no degree....I'll never go back do not go here!!!

This is strictly for receptionist review only. Recently went in due to ongoing health issues which are not diagnosed yet. With it, comes unexpected bills, less work = less money. Had an unexpected visit and copay of $30. Asked when checking in if it could be billed to me, she refused to do it, stating I had the last one billed (which is not true) and offered me to speak with a patient rep. May these receptionist or their family members never go through what I'm going through right now- but maybe they would be a little more understanding. And let's note, my bills get paid, never late, unfortunately that doesn't matter to them apparently.

I cannot say enough about the kindness and sincere compassion that Dr Wallace has towards his patients. As a fellow healthcare provider in the community, I have seen first hand how well Dr Wallace and his staff care for and listen to their patients. Dr Wallace and his team of nurses are simply wonderful.

The LAST thing you need when you have a medical issue is for your healthcare providers to be condescending and rude. I filed a complaint but I m sure my unprofessional ER doctor still works there. The ONLY time I am ever treated nicely by the staff is when my dad wears his Allina badge and comes with me. Not only was the ER dr basically accusing me of drug shopping, she was downplaying my 2 prior visits YEARS before and YEARS apart, like they were even relevant. I shouldn t have to live near an ER where I wonder if they d just let me die in a critical situation. Please watch your staff like hawks and replace them as necessary.

The lady working the registration desk in clinic D at 3pm on Monday April 17th was rude, informal, uninformative, and short with me. If this hospital practices AIDET, then this employee's performance needs to be addressed.
I also feel like my condition was not addressed by Dr.Mork at all. This is now the 2nd time with 2 separate conditions where the same doctor has ignored the reason I came in, only to pressure me to get extra vaccines and physicals.
Dr.Mork, I'm very sorry that your neighbor's uncle's sister-in-law's nephew died of the swine flu, but that's not why I'm here. Those vaccines aren't going to help my umbilical hernia or my sore back...

This is the absolute worst healthcare facilty that I have ever experienced. They neglected to take my acute pharyngitis seriously even when I couldn't breathe. I could go on about the terrible service and unprofessionalism and lack of organization, but that would take hours!

If I could leave no star at all I WOULD! The worst place I ever been in my LIFE. Your emergency is not an emergency to them. Everything gets done on their own time and they seriously don t care about patients. I can guarantee you I d never come here again. I d rather take a major risk & drive 2 hours away and go to another ER than to come back here because it takes 45 minutes to get even get checked and then they never come back. Please if you have a baby/toddler/kid DONT bring them here, it s a complete waste of time and you ll have to repeat yourself 1.5 million times.
