This company is a scam, they just take your money ...

This company is a scam, they just take your money and are not helpful at all. The employees are rude and don't care about the clients, they just care about taking your money. And to try and cancel a policy is a joke, they will keep taking your money every month knowing you want to cancel. Don't use this company..... THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!

We used to rep this company. They will steal money from your clients. They make misrepresentations and won't give you honest information. You can't even get a policy specimen from them if you lose your policy. Stay far away.. you've been warned.

Always got the wrong answer or some info was left out everytime I called. New info added that wasn't told b4 that should have been,especially dealing with death and insurance for families, it is important to be thorough.

I've worked for Baltimore Life for 13 years and it's a very family oriented company. I've learned much about marketing, branding and helping families build strong insurance and financial programs. Good company to work for with many branches and opportunity for growth. Agents are paid to train and have access to full benefits, 401K and so much more.

I have had a policy with this company for 35 years...

I have had a policy with this company for 35 years & I missed 3 payments due to a tragic event in my life causing me to have to travel & put my mail on hold. I wasn't in the right state of mind to have them on my first list of things to do as I was dealing with something much more important.

Then when I returned home, I had a pile of paperwork waiting for me & even after calling 4 times to explain & make my past due balance, they denied me & stated I had to have a review of my account all the while speaking to me as an ignorant child.

Each call in since I have been treated worse & worse. I am NOT filling out their interrogation form & I am cashing out my policy for under half of what I have paid. (They are doing everything they can to drag their feet on that as well!!) I am about to call again & demand that they cash out my policy. I will NEVER do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone to do business with them as well!! They have absolutely NO customer service manners & don't know how to listen to actual situations. Just read what is written on a sheet whether it applies to the person on the other end of not.

I've worked for Baltimore Life for 6 months. And having been in the insurance industry for 15 years. I can say that Baltimore Life is a great company to work for. They care very much for their employees and provides great training to make sure agents are successful. And is always there to help with any issues or concerns.

I wouldn't do business with this company. It's run by evil people one named Stephanie Baker. She will fire you without any reason at all. Stephanie Baker fires people that work hard and offer employment to family members. This woman is evil!!!!

They Are No Good I Wouldn't Recommend Anybody Use Them We Did What The Representative Told Us To Do The Day She Put Us On The Phone With The Insurance Company She Told Us Whatever They Ask Just Say. No To Everything So We Did My Husband Died 3 Weeks Short Of 2 Years Baltimore Life Didn't Pay The Policy And When We Got It Nobody TOLD US IT HAD A 2 YEAR STIPULATION ON IT

They deserve no stars at all. My mother passed away they were still charging her and my fathers bank months after her passing
I called and they wanted a death certificate so I sent it, then sent a letter wanting her doctors reports (which is they're job) but I sent it to them, then they sent another letter wanting something else!! If they needed all these things than why didn't they send it all in the first place?! They will give you the run around to no end. These people are the definition of crooks.

We had no problems with this company until we tried to close our insurance account with them. We paid our bill every month never needed anything from them so everything seemed just fine. We tried closing the account in October of 2019 when a month later we still didn't have any correspondence about the closure we called. When we called, a woman (we have never spoken to our actual agent?!) sent the paperwork, we filled it out sent it back. It took them another month to tell us that it was filled out wrong. The whole time they're still sending us bills knowing that we're trying to close out our policy. It is now the end of January 2020 still trying to close out this policy, and I just received in the mail a notification of our policy lapsing due to lack of payment. I am now fully convinced that it is part of the training of this company that everyone only operate using their feet, as their thumbs are shoved so far up their behinds they are incapable of operating at even sub-standard levels of customer service.
