Some good providers here if you can find them, some not so good ones too. Clinic managers care so contact them if you have a problem. Urgent care is hit or miss. All of our family s ER experiences have been great. Check out their Allina Partners Care program or ask your doctor about the prescription assistance program if you fall within the income guidelines. Our only complaint has to do with billing, especially Allina Home Oxygen (but billing practices as well). Charging $400 plus for a CPAP mask, where I can find it online for $90. Took Allina Home Oxygen to bill our insurance over a year one time, with us contacting them numerous times to try to get it straight (and us getting warnings it was going to collection because it hadn t gone through insurance and they expected us to pay it even though we had contacted them multiple times). See a problem here? This along with the other billing practices need to be investigated by the attorney general. Not sure if hospital charges are still more expensive than clinic charges, but posting this here so others know this could still be a possibility (ex. Labs done at the Cambridge clinic are considered hospital vs. a clinic not attached to a hospital).
