I just wanted to say thanks to allowed dispatch for hiring Carolyn holsclaw because she's a great person to talk to on the phone awesome personality very fast with her job and getting them tow trucks you go girl I give you five stars and you give the company five stars number one agent in the building

I am 64 year old that's retired after 44 year career in management. I am only doing this revue hoping the owners will see it to maybe answer the question why so much turnover in help? I was told I would get 3 weeks training. You have to start taking calls at the end of the first week. That is not enough time to train someone like myself that is computer illiterate. The trainers are unprofessional. The training room doors stayed open all day with employees coming through the room all day. The other trainer in nesting, 2&3 week trainer, came in the room at least twice an hour to update, Lorinda I believe was her name, on all of the talk of the day. They once discussed actions they were going to take on one of there 2 & 3 week nesters for not taking a correct address right there in front of me in the training room. I decided to leave Allied before my training was up because of the unprofessional conduct and lack of patience for the computer illiterate. You will have less turnover with more professional training. I would have felt more comfortable in the main call area being trained with one of your associates taking calls with each of us having a headphone.

as a provider, we did a tow for Allied, upon completion of the tow, I ran the credit card, it was denied, I am calling their phone # to hopefully get it resolved, I have been on hold for 15 minutes. not getting paid for my time. not a happy tower.... after 23 minutes on hold situation was resolved. nice person assisted, working from home by the name of Cindy. next time i will just run card right away, that would avoid this issue

After you have provided on time & professioal services to one of their members they give an issue when it comes time to getting you the payment! & this is not the first time. It takes for me to leave a bad review to get the attention that the reps on the phone should be handling!
They are scaming local towing business! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ROADSIDE!

We are a tow company that uses Towbook. We accepted a call through the program that was dispatched by ADS. Even though we completed the tow and only got the license plate and VIN, because we didn't get the customer name or phone number during dispatch, they declined paying us for our services. The charges were $75. We won't be accepting any more tow requests from them.
