This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt...

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.Held hostage by having no choice in using them is the worst part.You must wait an average of 30 min on hold just to get thru to someones voice mail and be told someone will get back to you within 48 hrs, I have waited much longer.....really who has this amount of time to waste.The entire system doesn't work!!!This is a company the State of Connecticut uses and WE HAVE NO CHOICE.......

HORRIBLY unprofessional. Claimed they mailed W2s to new address, later claimed they didn't have new address. Left numerous numerous messages with them to send copies, NEVER ONCE returned calls. On hold for almost an hour at one point, told to fax request, then they didn't give fax number. Finally faxed them with correct info, never heard back from them. They claimed later that they never received faxes (even tho we had confirmation number). Been trying since March to get W2s, it's mid-May now and still no luck. Next step is report them to IRS. Completely ridiculous.

If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars I would. They never pay on time. I had an issue that never was resolved from months ago where I was missing a check. Very incompetent company who should be shut down. I can't even explain how frustrating it is working for them.

I wish I could give them less than one star. I've more times than not have had issues with my payment. They've messed up my taxes and put me exempt half way through the year without me filing that status. They've withheld pay for errors without notice. They're only job is to issue payment...

They are constantly saying they are not receiving ...

They are constantly saying they are not receiving time sheets when they have been faxed/emailed multiple times. Almost every week I have either not been paid or paid the incorrect amount because they claim they didn t receive a time sheet. Customer service is useless, every time I ve called I ve had to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes only to be told that they apparently did not receive my time sheet. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, MOST HORRIBLE people I ve ever had to deal with EVER! I don t know how they re still in business after all these years ! This is a disgrace! They don t pay people on time. They don t pick up the phone, they don t explain things properly. Never in my life have I seen a more HORRIBLE company.
