All year cooling exceeded my expectations. They installed a new unit in my property today and from the first service call on Friday night to the installation today I have had nothing but positive things to say about them. Our sales rep Bill Jones came out and was prompt, honest, and showed true dedication to his company and gave us a quote that was well below any of the other 4 company's we had quotes from. I dealt with the owner Tom Smith Sr. who also went above and beyond to assist me and answer any questions or concerns I had. He even called me personally from his cell phone on Memorial Day at 9pm to schedule my install and work out financing with me. The installers were professional and prompt. This company is honest, reliable and exemplifies what true customer service is all about. I would not use anyone else for my AC work and will recommend them to everyone I know.
