ALL Web Leads shared my contact information to insurance provider and they keep calling. This is truly unprofessional to share contact information to insurance company without anyone consent. Beware from these unprofessional people.
I have been a part of this great company for 4 years now. The culture of this company is amazing and everyone that I work with. Great benefits, family oriented and fantastic perks! I love the fact that there is a good work life balance. Upper management are real humans that collaborate regularly with the entire company to be as transparent as possible. We are growing by leaps and bounds and I am proud to be a part of a winning team!
I've used most if not all of these companies...All Web Leads does a nice job and I have been successful using them for the past three years.
I am astonished as to what has occurred today! I was told this was a company where you are able to work from home, and it is, if you are even given a chance. I kept having a funny feeling about this job and now I know why.#1 Going through training everyday they were pulling people out of class left and right, some of the people were caught by surprise... you couldn't help but feel for them..anyhow by the end of the week half of our class was gone, some drove a long way too #2You are sent home with equipment and trainers evaluate your protocol and calls , I was told I was doing great until tragedy struck, that day to me was awful and I kept pushing through, my fear was, it was still training and that they can still pull you off the phone, I was assured by Tamra Samuels that I would not be in trouble or fired, I am doing great and it is our job to help you!#3 I had to take time off for emergency reason, so in meantime it was approved by a secondary supervisor and I could make my time up the following Saturday. #4 Unfortunately little that I knew I was going to be terminated! Carrie from the team stars called and said one of the trainers said(Tamera Samuels) that you wasn't a good fit for our company, you are not following procedures...Just to let you know all you have to do is read word for word from the script its not hard at all, quite simple, and that she recommended that they let me go. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I let Carrie from the team all stars know that I was told by tamera that I would not be fired and it is in pm( personal message).. her response was " What.!!!!!, Tamera Samuels is a trainer and she doesn't have the power to fire anyone and I am actually over her and she's the one that recommended it, but I'm going get down to the bottom of this, I'll contact you shortly.#5 I thought to myself I am glad I have something in writing to what it looks like to secure my job, (one wk in) . So now I'm thinking OK its going to work out.... No, I receive a call back from Carrie saying Tamera is out sick for the day and she told another trainer the same thing...." so now it looks like someone unknown making is a unauthorized decision on my career as well too," she followed it by saying well it doesn't matter you missed and it was crucial and I'm firing 2 more people as well. Not behind the Same circumstances but because they missed wk as well reasons I don't know..I dont think that was professional of her to let me know this, but she did!!!!!I received too many stories today and I don't know who is Creditable????!!!! ,, AWL you are suppose to be a company of integrity and honesty to the consumers and customers. Yet failed to stay at home moms, students, second jobbers anyone that may need to work from home.Shame on you! Tamara Samuels, Carrie, you ladies should be ashamed of your selves, it seems like their is alot of miscommunication, misleading information, and most of all liars! One thing I can't deal with is people with no morals, or values, and if I was you AWL you should reevaluate who is representing the company!!!
I just celebrated my 5 year work anniversary with AWL and I couldn't be happier with the management and support I receive at work each and every day. AWL is transparent and does not hide things, even if the news is not all sunshine and rainbows. While this was surprising at first, I am thankful to know where I stand and how the company is performing.
Worked for almost two weeks reached out to leaders numerous times and was spoken to rudly or ignored then was terminated for the exact thing i was asking for help witj. So these people dont give a dam about who works for them to them your a nother number. Its discusting. Only gave a star cause I had to
Stay away.. 99% of the leads are either fake or the person didn't request information or quotes. I have returned all but 2 leads that I have received from this company. And some of them, I didn't even get credit back for although the numbers were wrong or the person on the lead had no idea what we're even talking about. Why pay $14-$20 on leads that 7 other agents receive at the same time you do? I should've seen the signs when I realized that most of the leads, the client was asking for $25,000 term.
And if you call to cancel your account, they keep you on hold for a really long time, unlike if you're trying to open an account. I've had to leave a voicemail and let's see if anyone will actually call me back.
Its best to stay away from this company. The leads aren't reliable at all and you'll just be wasting your time and money.

Awl is a very mismanaged company. They don t care about your License status. They will let you sell for them for months and never give you feedback on compliance resulting in your license being permanently revoked with carriers they use to sell. Then they fire you with no warning. Like you never even existed. Even while you are on a call! Do not work here! Please take this advice. As a licensed insurance agent for 7 years my license is my well being, how I provide for my family. Now I m paying the price. Don t make the mistake I did. Stay away. Go work for a legitimate company.

You guys strive for excellence huh? Ok what about never giving any of your employees any call reviews for over 8 months? No one cared about our licenses. They use you up until you are dead tired and then they fire you for whatever reason. I got fired from AWL for their lack of accountability and when I filed unemployment they told my case worker that I Committed Insurance fraud!!! My case worker gave them 3 weeks to provide proof that I committed fraud and they never again responded losing their case. Why, because they had no proof. They are a lying company that cares about themselves only. I still can t believe they said that I committed fraud! Bunch of liars. DO NOT WORK HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK HERE! KENT IS A LIAR AND WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD BUT ALL HE WILL DO IS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU THEN DUMP YOU ON YOUR BEHIND.

I never take the time to write reviews on anything but when it comes to people stealing your money, I feel it is my obligation to try and prevent this from happening from someone else. This sounds like the Leon the guy who set up my account makes this company sounds like BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD when this was the BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. I returned 99% of the leads that were sent to me. Then when I went to cancel the account (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes) Samantha tells me that she will give me two FREE live transfer leads while the returned leads are being reviewed, what she didn't tell me was that she had basically upgraded my account so after those two FREE live transfer leads, I'm paying $60 a lead for AGAIN TERRIBLE LEADS. I will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. My money was never returned. SCAM ARTISTS
I had a major billing issue with All Web Leads regarding a ghost account they continue to bill even though the credit attached to the account was no longer valid. The bank is ultimately at fault and will have to eat it! However, This company is a blood sucking off the hard earned money of insurance agents. First off , the quality of the leads are beyond poor. Secondly they have their billing cycle set up to exort money out of your bank account, Don't do it. Thirdly. look at their customer service record. Instead of being honorable company they chose to ban my account. Thank You!!!!
They are not an insurance company, they are a lead generation service that misrepresents themselves as an insurance company. When you ask for clarification before transfer, they will hang up on you. Highly unprofessional and shady.
Horrible place to work for! They have such a high turnover rate! They hire before running people's background checks. Then they fire these people, after a month of working, depending on what HR says. So some of these people may have serious criminal background history and see personal information. Such as name, address, and telephone number. The training class is only four days. It is not enough time to learn Scripps and it suggested responses. They spend the first three days talking about the company....... There is beer in break room for the techs..... that sit behind a desk trying to fix tech issues while drinking beer..... I quit after a week of working..... I do not want to be apart of a place that doesn't give the proper training. I do not like the ida of beer being on premises.

Absolutely worthless. They charged me $300.00 for the leads and none of them are any good. They then charged me $33.97 for a service plan fee that I never authorized to turn off bad leads. They also will not credit you for bad leads. When you call them they put you on continuous hold to tell you they can not help you. Whatever you do don't waste your $$ with this organization.
Stay away from this dishonest unethical company. My rep trevor cleworth basically chased my business and called me and emailed me several times telling me that the leads are exclusive and that they are all prospects who actively initiated interest. I sign up and get
20 leads of which 13 were disconnected 4 had no idea what i was talking about. They sell pure garbage fake leads. Called trevor several times and hes nowhere to he found the moment after i sign up. Im sure this lying snake knows what he did and im sure im not the only one. I even tried calling the 800 number to cancel and cannot get anyone on the phone. Ive dealt with many unsavory lead companies but all web leads Hands down not even close takes the cake. Stay away from this company.

Out of $1000/ I haven t had 1 buyable lead! Problem is I did prepay so I wanted to cancel after the first 20 bad leads but couldn t! This is an absolute waste of time and money!!! Pick up a phone book which doesn t exist and you will have better luck!!!
I can't say enough good things about the management at this company. I have always felt valued and trusted. I've never been micromanaged (because I do my work and I do it well). But the leadership here can recognize talent in people and they quickly move them along to greater things.
I absolutely love working here, I love all of my superiors and the CEO. They're very down to Earth and fun. Also, there's a bar in the office and a ping pong table. Do your work and have your fun!
ALW is a pretty outstanding lead source. I enjoyed a nearly 20% closing ratio through this lead source. They rarely let me down.

Fraudulent leads. We have tried them in the past and it's always the same. Fake phone number. Mickey Mouse household, or never even requested a quote. It would almost be comical if it weren't complete fraud.

All Web Leads is a terrible company. Poor quality leads. Poor customer service. Poor billing. I can randomly cold call people from the phone book and get better results. They should be embarrassed.
I have to blame myself. I got fooled twice. A couple of years ago I tried them and had zero luck, the leads were terrible. They called me a gain a few months ago and said they had improved the system and were generating the leads themselves organically. In a moment of weakness I gave them another try. The leads started flowing right away, and were just as bad. Most were recycled with the people that I got on the phone saying that their request was 6 months old or older and they didn't need help anymore. Some just yelled at me and hung up. Now I have been trying to cancel for 2 months. I send them emails with no luck, they say you have to call in. You call in and get put on hold for 15 or 20 minutes and then get cut off. I can NOT recommend them.
It s almost painful how fake the leads are that come through and they re definitely selling each one to 10+ agencies a piece. Not worth it. Haven t sold a single lead from them so I shut it off. Try QuoteWizzard. Better luck than these false leads.
I purchased warm transfers based on the sales pitch that, not only were the leads ONLY from people filling out online forms and ACTIVELY looking for home insurance, but they were also vetted and transferred to me with the consumer on the phone. After three months of receiving auto insurance leads, renters, home mortgage refinance leads, or people simply not looking for insurance, I called in to complain. It took more than 24 hours for someone to reach out to me. The lead I was most upset about was reviewed and the manager told me it was handled properly. However, at no point in the recording did the rep ask if the consumer had, in fact, filled out the request. When I pointed this out, his response was, "That is not part of our process to ask if they filled out the form." I have had problems with this company before and was hoping warm transfers would help keep them honest. My last month, I returned 50% of the leads I received and they only credited back a few. They charge more than twice as much for the same garbage you get from every other lead company. Waste of time and money.
What a nightmare!!! I was looking For health insurance today online. I just put in my name email and phone number to get a quote. Not even for this company I don t even know who this company is? But when I read the crappy terms of use this is the name that popped up in the FinePrint. Either way today at work I had over 30 phone calls and voicemails within one hour! All bloodthirsty insurance agents they are still calling my phone and texting me it s insane!Oh look I got another call just since I was writing this review! Then when you try to call and cancel they send you to all different voicemails on the run around! What a nightmare!
Looks like all the agents buying the leads are giving them a 1 star, very poor rating. And All Web is having their employees writing reviews giving THEMSELVES a 5 star review. In order to drive up their pathetic rating to almost 2 stars. And a lot of these 5 star ratings are within the last week.

These people somehow got all my contact information and are selling it to insurance companies who are calling me daily even though I have NOT made any such request. It sounds like they are just padding their profits at my expense. I have called their 800 number and there is no way to talk to a person, so I left a message requesting they put me on their Do-Not-Call list since that seems to be the only option available.
I worked as a CCA at All Web Leads for 7 months. Never had bad calls, never late, never had a returned call, always good numbers, I even volunteered to be an assistant trainer. Never was offered full time, bending over backwards to make it known I was willing to be FT. My production supervisor Donna ignored my three emails in regards to my willingness to grow within. This Was extremely unprofessional, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I have since found an amazing full time position in the same field I am thrilled about! It is sad, AWLs loss.
Use someone else and read the reviews. If it wasn t for employees giving 5 stars, this site would be rated 1 instead of 2 out of five. Just don't use them! There are plenty of lead sources out there and it's easy to put your money in another area to get more bang for your buck.
Allstate corporate recommends we utilize them as a preferred vendor but they fight us tooth and nail for credits on useless leads that don t meet our one filter.

During the 50% trial the leads you get are old leads non of whom you can reach. If you do they are yelling NOooo or they didn't sign up and hang up.One of the few prospect I was able to reach served up a DO NOT CALL cease and desist. Apparently they are doing good business because you cant get a return call. Service fees for what turning on and off your leads. They bill twice a month and yep that is the only activity I got from this service. BILLING!!

I was brought to tears in frustration over lack of service with these people. One account manager (the 3rd I had spoken to) called me a disrespectful woman for demanding someone give me an answer about my billing after waiting 4 days to get a response from anyone. Litterally told me there absolutely no one available to assist me and to stop blaming him. Do not waste your time and money with these unprofessional people.
Bad business practices. First they "forgot" to match my account fund like they said they would. Second trying to return leads is almost not worth the hassle. But when you pay over $100 bucks for a qualified live transfer it is worth it, especially when the person has multiple issue and isn't even qualified. We where told that leads are vetted so we only get health people with a reasonable income. Turns out one live transfer that we paid over $110 for was a Paraplegic and made a little over 15k a year. AWL said it was a good lead and would not return. We resubmitted the lead and after 3 attempts we finally got a credit. The platform they use to pause the lead system is deliberately designed to mislead the agent. They have a pause system that is only allowed to be set for a specific period of time. If you're busy and forget to re-activate the pause they will instantly charge the account on file. If only they would refund as fast as they charge. I called to have a $45 charge disputed and my account was placed on a banned setting (Brandi). Apparently when you call them and let them know that doing business like this is not good they will ban you. Brandi a account manager with AWL, told me that I had to be accountable for the time it took to call in and resolve this. All my agents will no longer use this company both now and in the future, and I urge you not to as well. BBB complaint filed as well.

To be fair some of them are decent leads, people who are actually in the market....but the bad ones are really bad. Half the time it's not even the same person. Its as if its a totally made up lead.
You can't really expect much when you're paying close to nothing for 10 day old leads. Most of the people I've called already put an application in elsewhere.
The experience I have had in dealing with the customer service has been absolutely horrendous. They refuse to refund calls when my leads are paused and they decided to send in a live transfer. I also have specific filters set up specifically surrounding pre-existing medical conditions. 8 out of the last 9 calls I have received have not been healthy enough to qualify for a medically underwritten plan. They refuse to issue a refund for this stating it is out of their control. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

Try ANY other live lead transfer company.... I signed up with this gentleman and they told me they ask all these questions to qualify leads and this and that.... Selling me like crazy....
After I signed up the first leads came in..... Every single one either hung up the phone on us or were completely lost on who was contacting them and why and no idea what was going on at all.... I emailed the guy who set up me recorded calls of my team answering and no one being on the line.... Or saying they were not interested and had no idea why they were transferred to us. AFTER sending them recorded calls they fought tooth and nail to not refund me my money.....
The gentleman I emailed 4 separate times never got back to me or even responded. The girl I spoke with today would not transfer me to a manager. Then after saying I want to cancel my service they told me they were going to keep my money and not refund me.
I told them I would be sharing my experience on this page with other agents because of the issues I had.... To no surprise she THEN said they could be in a request to get me my money back. I told them to keep it.... I think we all know time is money.... I wasted hours setting up this account, being lied to, and then waiting to talk to someone only to be denied a refund despite them having recorded calls....
The kicker in all this is this.... The lady today goes.... I could help you get your leads better if we ask a follow up question... I go what follow up question is that.... She says..... "We will start asking if they are interested in getting a quote!" You think that may be a question asked when sending a perspective client to someone to GET A QUOTE....
Do not use this vendor. There are tons of live transfer places who charge less per transfer and are actually sending much better leads...

I had 2 weeks to recover from a c section and handle my newborns arrival or else I had to repeat training. I was not notified of this until THE WEEK OF MY DELIVERY.
They say they coach and help... My team lead didn't talk to me for almost 2 months then called told me I was doing good then 3 hours later fired me. For doing a call wrong.
No warning. Nada. No prior issues.
The issue at hand was coachable and called for a warning probation period not termination.
Upon termination I requested to ship my laptop back...
I not only received my box but someone else's with their information but my address.
This is a unprofessional place to work. If they don't like you , you dont have a job.
How do I know? I wasnt doing anything different from my coworkers who get commended for it.
We get major conplaints from insurance agents saying we have stolen money, we have had people call back saying they gave out their card information and were charged over a grand but didn't have insurance.
I firmly believe this is a fraudulent company.
They get fire happy and teach the employees to lie for them.
There is no office number or way to contact them. I couldn't even get verification of my termination.
Loved working there but got fired cause my husband almost died and my brother in law did die in a car accident. They expect you to stop and email them right away... Sad reason to fire someone .

That part worked great.
But thereafter - I continued to get calls about every hour or two from all across the country. Maybe 80 calls in the last two weeks.

And businesess are buying my bad lead only to have me now block all their phone numbers.
They were kind enough to remove my number upon request.

Started with another company but AWL bought them. Instantly saw a difference, and not a good one, the old company had a handy app and AWL did not. Worse, they made it difficult to find my "lefacy" leads. Then quality got worse. I was converting multiple leads per week at first, when AWL entered the picture, I was lucky to convert one a month. The rest had not requested a quote, would not respond to phone calls or were just bad numbers/contact info. I spent hundredsof dollars on b.s. leads and AWL would not credit most of that because, they claim, they verified it before sending it to me. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Uou will do better cold calling from the phone book.
This company goes by a few different names. I intereacted with them as "InsuranceQuotes". The leads I got were absolutely horrible. I've never had an experience with leads being that bad, wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, people not interested and wanting to be on do not call list, not speaking English, etc. Out of about 20 leads you might get one person who had been genuinely interested in some sort of insurance, that was my ratio. I also found that their lead reimbursement system for bad leads, seemed like it would be easy, it was very easy to report bad leads, but not easy to actually get your reimbursement. I'm still fighting to try to get over a hundred dollars worth of leads reimbursed. I would highly suggest you try out any number of other leads sources before even considering working with this company.
They should get a new AV vendor. One that cares enough to use the correct connectors. Employees are real cool. Owner is a twerp. Wash my hands of their business practices. A legal loophole scam.
Spoke to a salesman about getting leads from them, told him to call me the next day. Leaves a voicemail as I was busy and I forget about it. A few days later I get leads sent to my email from this company... that I never requested. The employee that I spoke to on the phone argued with me that I did request these leads. I'll never use this company.
AWL is a great place to work. Staff is top-notch, excellent benefits and management is open to new ideas and suggestions. The office itself also has all the fun elements you'd expect from a tech company.
I am proud I say I work for AWL. I'm consistently blown away by how much my colleagues care about our company as a whole and how much pride they take in being able to provide a quality product. We are constantly working to improve call center training and processes so as to ensure the highest quality product is offered to our customers. The very best is consistently expected of all AWL employees, regardless of their level in the company.
the company claims its growing but yet cuts hours and is hiring. When you start they tell you you will get your hours but after starting they immediately start cutting hours that they said you would have. From what I see so far is a struggling company that has lied. If you apply just be ready to get part of part time. Good luck paying your bills.
I find it funny that the only positive reviews are from employees. I hope you like the company that pays you. If not, leave. If the review system is properly utilized and reserved for customers, I believe the score would be ONE star only because ZERO is not an option.
I have tried AWL twice, once for HO leads and once for Auto. Both times it was an absolute waste of money. Worse than that, I was baited in to one price and charged a much higher price. When I called to ask why my billing was so high, I was told by "John" that he wasn't part of the conversation I had with my sales rep and they wouldn't keep records that long - 2 MONTHS!!! Seriously?!?!
"John" created what he called a "phantom" profile to show me what I should have been charged, but if you create a profile, it states a much lower price. I was baited and then switched, the leads were absolutely worthless and my experience working with AWL was nothing but frustrating. I do not recommend AWL to anyone and will be passing my experience along to all 100+ Agency Owners I work with.
Got hungup on the phone when speaking to them initially. I have updated my review based on the reply from the owner. Went with another service however based on initial call.
I ve worked here for about 6 months now. Some of the most honest, open, and friendly people I ve worked with. Very happy to have found this company.
Beware their scam Facebook post regarding car insurance. Complete the form and you get nothing but an immediate call from one of their call center agents.
I used them several years ago and they are BAD...REALLY BAD. The leads they provided to us were of no value. Most people would not answer the phone or call you back. Several said that they did not request someone to call them. We did not sell one policy with them......SCAM ALERT
I used to use them when they were known as Insurance Quotes. Since ALLWEB is now in control.....they suck. Thought I would try again after they promised quality. Was told only 20% were the premium (more expensive leads). Only leads I received today (1st day) were Premium. I received 3 leads. One had a disconnected phone number, one was a 71 year old man looking for Part D Medicare, and the last was a woman who inquired in 2015. What a bunch of con artists. Run them out of business. DO NOT BE DUPED.
If it would be possible I give this agent Miss M. from AWL zero stars. Before I became her customer she was very helpful. But once I signed the contract she asked me about the routing number from my account. I told her maybe it would be easier to send her an email so she doesn't need to write down to avoid any mistakes. Because my initial payment for the auto insurance was very important. I signed the contract for the 31st January 2020 and my initial payment was also confirmed over Nationwide. But somehow the payment did not get through. I received on 7th February 2020 over text message from Nationwide that my payment is still not done. So I paid immediately over credit card. I tried on the same day to reach this agent but somehow she disappears. On Sunday as I check my account Nationwide told me my policy is cancelled. I tried yesterday 10th February 2020 to reach this agent but no ones answered.
I was so helpless that I tried to call Nationwide and AWL to help me. Finally I could switch over to another agent through the help of Nationwide it will be done in the next few days. But my additional expenses for these two days taking taxis is really inconvenient and not fair to me. Because I provided all the information to this agent at AWL.
Now I have to afraid about my bad credit score, because for the payment history at Nationwide I did not pay the policy.
This is all comes up because the mistake of this specific female agent at AWL. I hope they are going to reimburse me the extra cost during these days.
As the others reviewers wrote this agency has reviews below the average. I cannot confirm this but for sure I will not recommend this Ms. M. from AWL in Texas.
I am really frustrated about this case until today she has never send me a statement or an apologize.

I have had an account with all web leads since Jan. 2015. I am so disgusted by how they treat their clients. I pay over 2k a month for leads and they have the worst customer service. I had 5 account managers since I have singed up. They don't get back to, when you call their customer service line it take you right to a voicemail. The live chat option is not a live chat. I have submitted 2 live chats and they don't get back to me. The only way I got in touch with someone was to hit the option to open a new account and of course then you get someone on the phone. There are so many better lead companies out their that will carter to your needs, I don't even want to give this company one star but I have to post a comment.
Do NOT use this service. Horrible in every way. I didn't listen to the reviews and I'm paying for it now. Don't do it! They don't return leads. LIES LIES LIES. Please don't reply to this post with your standard, pre-typed response. ALL OF YOUR REVIEWS ARE HORRIBLE. I have been receiving leads with filters set and get denied returns when the prospects do not meet filters. I called All Web leads, the sales team, and they answered the phone immediately. I asked to speak with a human that makes those decisions and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I took my cell and called the sales team back, then they put me on hold again on another line. They finally hung up on me on both lines. They like taking your money on promises they do not deliver. Terrible customer service.

worst customer service I ever had! Explained I did not want any money coming out of my account till the day my insurance kicked in. instead was lied to and they took my payment 2 weeks before my policy took effect, now the representative is not taking my calls
