Unprofessional as HELL. Employees decide not to show up whenever they want, and sometimes show up half-drunk from the night before. Shirk responsibility to play games and slack off often, and favoritism plays a larger role than job performance.
Poor management, even worse fringe benefit package, basically bare bones. Nonexistent respect from management toward employees. High turnover rate of employees. Employees are not assets, But merely a means to an end, and expendable.
The security kick you out from the waiting yard at midnight without any notice in advance even though your time is over and nowhere to move. They don't care about their partner nor contractor who has full load of their products. Very unprofessional
Terrible. Don t come here if you can avoid. 3 hours sitting and waiting. 30 mins early for my appointment and still can t get unloaded.
Not well organized place to pick up in morning you better off picking up in afternoon!
