it is a decent hotel...my biggest complaint would be after spending the day in scorching heat at the parks, not being able to adjust the room temp to below 68 degrees...could not get the room cool enough for a good night's sleep...the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean...would not hurt to shoot a shuttle service for guests in the outer buildings ;-)
I did not do enough research before boooking this resort. I did not realize that there were no hot tubs. After a long day of walking a hot tub would be well worth going to better resorts. Our beds were so uncomfortable we barely were able to sleep! The toilets are so low to the ground reminded me of an R.V one. The shower was not separate so be prepared to step over the tub. The good points were the staff. Always friendly and never walked by without acknowledging. We ordered room service and one night was awesome. Pizza was good and hot. Next night we ordered chicken parm w marinara but barely any sauce. Noodles ended up almost plain. Delivery both times was excellent! Also sat on the beds to eat and watch Tv. Not much room to move table to a better view. Not my cup of tea staying here. But young families might not be able to afford the higher end. This resort at least gets families on property.
A good hotel room for reasonable (on Disney property) rates. The room was very quiet compared to real world comparable hotels. Comfortable beds and all the tv channels were true HD. We didn't use Disney transportation but it was quite available. We would go again.
So far, everything has been great. Restaurant close too early though. Also, feeling in the room has some spots, and room is kind of tight for two beds.
Great resort, good breakfast selections, great pool.
It located near Disney's Animal Kingdom. Rooms were comfortable. Had a problem with our air conditioner, but they had a maintenance worker up to our room within 10 minutes of reporting the problem. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
My first time coming to Disney World and happy we could stay here. This place has 2 pools one for the kids that offers entertainment for children, and another for a more relaxing time.
Each resort has bus available to get you to and from the parks with ease. As well as a gift shop stocked with great items to get loved ones.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, you and your family will love every minute
I stay at Disney Resorts often. Of all the ones I've stayed at, this one is shabby. I've stayed at All-Star Movies and they have updated rooms that a very nice. These have not been and DEFINITELY need to be. Also, don't believe them when they tell you they've upgraded your room--they tell that to everyone. So disappointed this trip.

Our family of 4 (2 small kids) stayed at ASM for a week in May of 2015. The room was definitely on the small side, but we expected that. Be aware that it may be too small if you have older, bigger kids. It is an older resort, so we expected things to look older. The room was clean and up to expected standards. The members of our family are huge fans of the Three Caballeros and we enjoyed the pool. We did have one hiccup: We brought some snacks to store in the fridge, but the fridge turned out to be broken and our food went bad. I called the front desk and found the customer service to be wonderful. They asked me the approximate value of the spoiled food and added a credit to our account in that amount. It didn't get us the organic food back, but it was really the best they could have done. They also replaced the fridge. I feel the need to include this since so many other reviews bashed the service. I can't speak for those people, but the staff took care of us to the best of their ability. Our room was quite a walk into the resort, but we really didn't mind the walk. The food court was pretty much what was expected given that this is a value resort. If you go expecting the space or amenities of a higher tier resort, you will be disappointed. But if you go expecting a value resort, you will be fine. I do have to say, we paid the same rate for a Days Inn off property 8 years ago for a much dingier room and paid parking on top of that. We really did find good value in staying at ASM and would happily stay there in the future.
This is a cheap Disney hotel and it shows. Room was clean but is super small, no coffee maker but has a mini fridge and a safe. The food court is typical cafeteria food and is just ok. To get to our room from the lobby/food court. The pools are very clean and water is warm. I would recommend this one for small trips (like the one I'm on) but wouldn't stay here for a week.
Unfortunately there was mold in our bathroom and every time we came back from the park we got stuffed up. All of us woke up with headaches at night, it was not a pleasant experience. Room needed a make over badly. We ended up moving to Coronado Springs for the last 2 nights and we're much much happier and healthier. Do not choose this hotel to save money. It really lowered the quality of our vacation unfortunately.
Rooms are small and very outdated. The pool is decent and the food is surprisingly good in the cafeteria/food court.
Fifth time we stayed at Disney's All-Star hotels ... these are budget hotels within Disney serviced by the resort's transportation system and if you rent a car all the parking lots are included ... sensational ... we go back every year.

This is a great value resort. The buildings are conveniently located close to bus transport. Nicely appointed rooms for a reasonable rate.

I started here the night before the WDW Marathon. The room was clean, we were in Country Fair, so nice and quiet. I only stayed 1 night, so didn't use the pool or walk around the resort much, but it was nice to not worry about getting to the race in the morning.
If you are just looking for a place to sleep after spending tbe whole day at one of the Disney parks, this is a good place to stay.
You get the same service as with the other resorts. The beds were comfortable and the cast members were there when you needed them for help or information. Definitely would stay in one of the value resorts again.

This is our second time staying at the all star music Resort for a Disney half marathon. The rooms are smaller than average but well taken care of. The is a mini fridge in the rooms which is nice. The on site cafeteria is a massive rip-off, same prices as food in the parks. There are 2 pools, no hot tub. You can definitely find a nicer hotel for the money in Orlando, only reason to stay here is the Disney "perks" or if you are doing a Disney race because you pretty much have to stay on property for those
Not my favorite of the Disney budget resorts but still nice. I'm just not really into the whole sports motif honestly. Staff are super helpful.
Disney music was great, my son has an Egg Allergy, the chefs personally came out, talked with us, and prepared him food to avoid any cross contamination. Pool was warm and large, staff were great as well making our visit extra special. Food is a little pricy, woah Disney was more family affordable so we could have stayed the week, just too spendy.
We have an amazing view in the Broadway section (after listening to showtimes for 9 hours on the drive here.

We recently stayed for 7 nights in a Family Suite. It was perfect for our family if 7! The kids loved the pool and arcade, and the dining onsite was great. This was my second time staying at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and we will definitely be back!
Ok. So, we visited Disney after staying 3 days at Clearwater Beach. I'm going to be a downer and say that for the money I spent at Disney, there is no way I can give this 5 stars. The hotel room was smaller (not a big deal), but had a very distinct mildew odor. It honestly is need of a good renovation. The food offered was fine, just insanely overpriced. I did love the food truck services they had the night we got there. But, again, for the money, just not the Disney Magical experience I was hoping for.
Very basic accommodations. Pool had limited hours. Food offered was very fast food oriented, not a health item to be had. As a place to stay with free transport to Disney / Epcot, it was OK, but it is really just a very dated hotel designed to maximize the money made by Disney. A place to lay your head and that is it.
Beautiful hotel. Impeccable in cleaning, order, room service. The food is good, although it is not simple to manage the Dinning Plan since some things count as Snacks. The combination of colors and the balance of vegetation with buildings is precious. They should add more Spanish speakers in the reception because the process is long and somewhat confusing.

Fantastic hotel, the rooms are not very good, but one is not there for the convenience, but to go to the parks, staying in Disney hotels gives you the benefit of having free transportation to parks and special hours.

Decent room but bathroom very musty. Had episode with pool being closed for over 30 min due to bacteria in pool.
Experience so hasnt been too great. Arrived in florida at 1pm. Our check in time was scheduled at 3pm. Never received a email notification that our room was ready. Went to guest services and explained the situation and out of nowhere they gave us another room. Called to get our luggage sent to the room and the associate explained that it will be in your room in 15 minutes. Waited over 1 hour and still no luggage. Fed up waiting left the room to go to disney springs. After arriving to the room our bags were there. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Disney paints a picture that your experience will be seamless, but it wasnt.
For being one of Disney's least expensive resorts, All-Star Music still offers free transportation to and from the parks and airport. I would recommend getting a refillable mug from the food court on your first day to get the most value out of it. Along with access to fast passes for rides and extra hours at parks on certain days, resort guests also have the option of having souvenirs from the parks sent back to the resort gift shop so you don't have to carry them around with you all day.
Nice hotel, the room in our case met the needs but it was not much more than that., The attention of the people is excellent always well arranged, the food is varied but ends up being boring.
But without a doubt it is a magical place that you always want to return to

Disney All Star resorts are all value resorts for Disney. So let's discuss what the values means. Clean resorts, with friendly staff, with fun activities for kids including pools normal size hotel rooms, and all the good things Disney has to offer. Find courts that offer great food, play areas, and comfortable beds. So why spend more money at a higher price room,when these resorts are a great price. Have stated at these All Star resorts on 5 separate vacations, and I highly recommend them.

Nice and clean. Full of kids, which is nice if you have kids. I had my 7 yr old grandson, and we had a blast. We stayed in the Broadway section, and it was far to walk to eat and to the bus, especially AFTER a long day walking, but well worth the stay. The food was good, the room was clean and well-stocked, and the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because of the walk. We went at Christmas, so it was very very expensive, but hey, it's just money, and at Disney, money doesn't matter (that is, until you get home and calculate how much you've spent!) It's all about making memories!
Decent Disney resort. Where I usually stay for the prices and to have the advantages of a Disney resort. Small bathroom and the light in the bathrooms never seems to work properly when I stay there. But overall I have a decent/nice experience every time I stay

Broadway of all star music is amazing. It is far from the buses, but the theming is spectacular.
A cookie cutter cut rate motel to give vacationers someplace to drop their bags and sleep. Not a bad choice if that is all you will use the property for but lack of amenities and overly sprawling grounds leave this resort with much to be desired.
Transportation to the parks is great but much of the time you stand in a line for long periods of time with little to no shade.
Clean and quiet where we were. Not impressed with food court choices. Movies was better as far as food.

We had a wonderful experience at Disney 's All Star Music Resort except that we would have appreciated a microwave in our room. There was a refrigerator. But a microwave would have made it really easy to heat up stuff.
