Checked in early on my Disney experience. Never was assigned a room. Had to wait over 30 mins for front desk to assign a room at 12 am. Unloaded the car and went into room that was dirty. Beds are super uncomfortable. Time to renovate Disney.
One of our favorite places to stay in Disney World. Room was clean and quiet. All the staff from management down is always helpful and courteous. Getting the dining plan worked great in the hotel as well as the parks. Definitely recommend the refillable cup.
Room was clean, decent. Get what you pay for, nothing more.
Friendly staff, great activities. The theme was Fiesta Friday and there were many different things for the whole family. My favorite was the movie by the pool. Very well thought out and more importantly well executed. Bravo..
Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. It's convenient to take the shuttle to and from the parks.
Not the greatest hotel that Disney owns but still massive amounts of Disney hospitality and customer service!
My family and I had an experience of a life time! We love every bit of our stay here. Everyone is very friendly and the location is very clean!
Love this place it s amazing foods great, service alright, but the rooms our tv didn t work and in the room the outlets were installed upside down and they were super loose didn t really hold the plug.
It ok so far it's hot in our room but we will see how the rest of our week go's
Great bang for your buck. All you need is a place to rest before you hit the parks again. That's exactly what you get here.
Their food and service was amazing and their pool is so cool
Room claimed it could sleep 6 and it did with barely any room to walk through. The house keeping service was great and very the pool was good fun too. The major fault in this room was the fact that when we cleaned up a hot chocolate spill with a towel and tossed it in the tub for housekeeping to replace it attracted a couple of roaches.
We stayed here for 9 days back in August of 2014 and the resort did not disappoint. It was a pleasure staying at this value resort and for the money, it was the best for our budget. We stayed at one of the family suites and it was perfect for our size. We had 6 of us and it was just perfect for our sleeping arrangements. Plus 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. 2 incredibly themed pools, an enormous dining hall with very good value food, and a large arcade round out the features. Definitely a place you should consider if your looking to save a few bucks and still get to stay on Disney property. Travel to all the parks by bus.

Small rooms and beds. VERY CREATIVE! Pretty magical to say the least- OH and housekeeping folds the blankets you brought into bows on your bed.
It really is a motel 6 without any of the issues. Very clean rooms, the bathrooms are spacious. The beds are supportive and comfortable. The lobby has a very convenient quick service restaurant open till midnight. There's also a gift shop and arcade. The best part about staying on site in a Disney hotel is the transportation to and from the resorts that leaves every 20 or 30 minutes from the front of the hotel. The right to animal kingdom is only 6 minutes away. The only negative is the amount of children that stay here oh, so you may find yourself awake at 7 a.m. with screaming children outside of your door. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Room service is also available and reasonably priced. Items include family size pizzas chicken nuggets and other typical family favorites. The staff was very kind and helpful when it came to everything from the front desk to room service, never did I once have a bad interaction with anyone. I was very pleasantly surprised with this resort. The pool is gigantic. Very positive experience for a Disney budget resort.

Of all of the disney hotels, I am very disappointed at the all-stars. It seems like the dump of the property. The last time I wanted to take a short vacation, I stayed at the all stars and there are lights out in the rooms and nobody does anything about it, its a lot dirtier and people arent as friendly, very poor, same on disney for allowing their hotels to get like this, even if it is the all-stars

It was alright I guess, food wasn't too good but the staff were friendly and helpful, the scenery looked good.

I have been coming to Disney World for 30 years. This is the second time I ve stayed at the All Star Resorts. The first time being over 15 years ago. I was recently let down by my latest stay. Disney has really let this resort go down hill a bit. They have made little no improvements/updates to this resort since I was last here 15 years ago. The rooms are a bit dingy. Our room had paint cracks in the walls, worn carpeting, sinkholes in the beds and our pillows were flat as pancakes. Disney charges an arm and a leg for these value resorts but doesn t invest much back into updating these hotels. More room con s: the walls are very thin between rooms and we had noisy neighbors so you could hear them all the time. Another really annoying thing was the thermostat in your room will not allow you to lower the air conditioning any lower than 68 degrees, which I think is pretty cheesy of Disney to do. If I want a chilly room at 65 degrees at night I should be able to have it! Other cons: the outside grounds need better landscaping. Bushes in main areas where overgrown. Paint is faded on the buildings. Lights are out on the hotels themed marquee. Some of the staff was unfriendly. I passed by a maid one day and said hello to her and she just gave me a nasty look! This was the case with the workers in the cafeteria as well. Unfriendly. They acted annoyed when my daughter asked for hot chocolate when the machine was out of it. I guess Disney doesn t impress upon their workers to atleast be friendly anymore. The parks where just as bad. We counted 2 cast members that actually were super friendly and went out of their way for us. There is one Pro that I can say about this resort and it s the buses to the parks. They were very timely and we never waited more than 5 minutes for one. All in all I would give this resort a 2.5 because it needs some major updating, better staff or lower their prices. I compare it to a glorified Econo Lodge.
Great place for its value for Disney annual pass members. The only thing sucked was drunk prank phone calls from other people.

We stay here during of first trip to Disney and it was just a ok place to stay. The only thing I wish I would have like to know before hand was that the main building was a long walk from each building were the rooms were located.
Great for what we needed. A comfortable, affordable room. We rope dropped the parks and came back after parks closed so we didn't need much from the hotel. But what we did use, we were happy

It was an amazing experience, the bar and pool area are amazing. The only draw back is the whole place needs updating its very tired looking
Affordable and clean. Didn't spend too much time in the room. Stayed in the Broadway area which is pretty far from the bus stop and food court.
Great staff, very polite. Room service is great as well, they placed my kids toys in different places which is something they were excited for when we came back everyday. Very clean place and prices are great
It's affordable, considering the cost of the other resorts. My experience, the resort is clean.
We had our hotel room towards the back which was my only complaint. The rooms were decent and not too bad of a walk to where the buses load up. The shampoo in the room was incredible!!!
Great economy resort. Free busses to the parks is an added bonus.

Cute theming, kind employees. My only complaint about the rooms is that the shower curtains creeped me out a bit but that may just be a personal thing. The food court complex is great and helpful. By far the best option for lodging when visiting Disney in my opinion.
Great place to stay, customer service was nothing short of Amazing! Staff very attentive to needs. Great with small kids.
Get bused to the different parks, can shop in small gift shop, nice pool, clean room, shower has plenty of pressure and so much to eat on the Disney meal plan with large dining area and a very friendly staff.
For the price you can't beat it. You don't go to disney to stay at the hotel anyway.
The all star resort is fine but the busses can be late.
Cozy place at a fair price. Very good transport service to the parks and the airport and is free to stay here. The food is at the average price of the surroundings but it tastes good. The security is excellent so that we do not worry about the children.
It's ok, but not refurbed, so no charging spots like at pop century. Also severely disappointed in the parking charge.
Good Value resort. Basic themeing. Good option if you want to stay in the Disney bubble but not break the bank. Rooms need updating.

You get what you pay for if there is a special, never pay full price, buses seem to take longer, pools are decent, layout is decent, the room we had recently was not updated ,Broadway section.

Amazing!!! The grounds are beautiful but the staff is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm here for the first time and it's my birthday!!! They really rolled out the red carpet!!! It really is the most magical place in the world!!!!
Excellente and super clean and courteous. Pool, lundry, shops, best tranportation. Great two bed room with fridge. Great pool area, selection of food and kids game area. Best transportation to the parks. Open areas are beautifully.
