All-Star Music Review

We had a great time at Disney resort and the location was the best. Definitely get the meal plan. It was easy and more food than you could possibly eat.

We had a great time thanks to God. Very professional, attentive and friendly staff.

Serviceable. While not on par with some of the other Disney resort hotels I've stayed in, the room was nice and clean. I don't recommend the on-site restaurant. For short trips or trips with kids this is probably a good choice.

Was in a large group. Some didn't get their rooms till way past the time they we're suppose to. Other than that pretty good

I'm sorry but it's not worth the price they ask .. the rooms are very bad and the food is the same.

Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The resort is like a maze and since it's a part of Disney, everything is way more expensive than it needs to be. Overall great hotel, very clean, and great for little kids.

Dated but clean. Housekeeping is awesome but the suite we reserved was not nearly as set forth online. Be careful if you have older kids.

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a blanket. Just the sheet and the top spread.

Magical. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pools and playground were excellent for the kids. Mousekeeping was ok never at the same time and didn't vacuum each day.

We loved our stay at this hotel! When we first checked in we had a snafu with the card we were trying to use. Put a damper on our first evening and into our day at Epcot. Was resolved quickly enough to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend getting the refillable mugs. We were only there for 4 days but completely got our worth out of it.

Great placed to stay , lots placed to see and the food is good

It's good for a bed to sleep in but wouldn't want to just have a lazy day at the resort

Rooms could use a bit of a face-lift and amenities should be updated. The sound of a toilet flushing water is unreasonably loud and can be heard through the floors and walls from several rooms away... other than that, everything you'd need is provided.

I visited from the Movie resort next door as suggested by staff to vary the menu a bit. The choice of food was different enough to change from the repetitive options from the other side. Staff is always helpful and kind. Worth the visit.

Well located, it has good rooms and reasonable room service

There's no blankets on the beds, food is expensive, and we did not get our arm bands so almost 30 students sat in the grass for about an hour at 9 pm until the Resort fixed the mistake that they said was fixed that morning

Having a wonderful time! Got off magical express to applause and high fives with a red carpet treatment. Arrived early and spending one night at this resort. Bell services transports our luggage for us. Watching the movie at resort and cast member gave us a free bag of popcorn. Kids are having a good time with extra magic after a long travel day. Superb service with all cast members!!

We visited All Star Music Resort to celebrate my niece's birthday. The service at the food counters was very slow. The food was OK for what it was. The kids played at the arcade and we couldn't get them to leave. Overall, it was a good time.

It's excellent!!!! The deal is magnificent. Extreme cleaning and help you in everything. Most of the staff are bilingual!

Disney World on a budget. As good as it gets for a low price relatively speaking.

Resort is definitely dated and small. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Good value resort.

Food and drink have very limited selection and they are overpriced makes you feel they ripped off. Rooms are very small. they have no coffee machine. no mini bar. pool is nice and clean. I like the garden.

Good hotel for the price and still has that feel of Disney magic! Perfect hotel if you're planning on doing the parks for most of the day.

Perfect for those going to the parks, with round-trip transportation.

Poor experience for an expensive price. Room not cleaned every day, had to request the cleaning (service already paid). Even after requesting, they just make the best but definitely no cleaning + noway to fully stop the air cooling which goes on whenever he want. We ended our trip sick because of it.

I wish the buildings were closer together so it would be easier to get to the lobby. Otherwise, it's the same Disney magic you'd expect.

Staff was excellent and in perfect Disney cheer. The hotel shop employees were very knowledgeable about the park and always willing to help. We ended up in the Broadway portion of the hotel, and the look of the outside of the building was phenomenal. It was a great place to crash and recover each evening after a long day at the park.

Very nice and picturesque hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, without major luxuries. Breakfast is not included in the rate. It has parking. The staff is very attentive and kind.

Happiest resort on earth. Can shuttle to alot of places.

Outdated room at the back of the entire hotel. Extremely disappointed felt like some cheap hotel off Disney property. Will absolutely never stay here again. Room was dark, old, worn, so sad. We will not be back which is super disappointing. Will not consider this hotel for future stays. My teens were appalled as well. We have stayed on property many many times and I could not recommend staying here

Great hotel with friendly staff! They also recently introduced the vegetarian option of the Beyond Burger and it's fantastic.

Rooms are clean and neatly themed but the beds are super small

I was pretty displeased with this resort. When we arrived @4 pm only1of our rooms was ready. We went to our room that was and found areas of the carpet soaked with water. (We were on ground floor). Our 2nd room was next door. We waited and watched to see if anyone came in or out to see if maybe we could understand why our room wasnt ready. We didnt see a single person enter or leave. Its was finally ready around 7pm. We also ordered a crib for our room which was forgotten. The bathroom sink wouldnt drain and the shower leaked. After 2 nights I mentioned something to the front desk and they took care of us. All in all the resort itself was terrible, but the service was excellent.

Disney was absolutely amazing I can't wait to go back already!!!!

Had a problem with our room. They immediately could care of us, and have worked at making us super happy.

The meal and snack package is okay but you'll get stuck if you don't use it all...can't sell it back or purchase gifts with it

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this value resort at Walt Disney World. Though our room was far from check-in and the resort busses, the comfortable bedding and great shower justify the higher than average cost to stay on site.

From the moment you check in til you leave, the service and attention to detail is remarkable. I loved it. Would stay there again.
