First time to Disney for our family and we loved it
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Convenient shuttle
Food courts need updating and food choices changing regularly - us Brits on a 2 week holiday get fed up of seeing the same menu day in day out!
The room I was in was smaller than I expected. I also didn't like the shampoo and conditioner. It seems like an odd thing to point out but you should pack your own. I wish I had. Otherwise nice hotel, maintained nicely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh and I didn't have an in room microwave, which was a bummer with a baby since I had to walk to the food court to heat water and keep it in a thermos. Maybe I could've requested one? I don't know. But I would stay here again.
This resort is spectacular. The attention to detail is astonishing, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean and the service is great.
Your peace of mind and your good treatment to the guest
Staff were fantastic, the room we were in was dated but there are in the process of redoing and remodeling the rooms while we were staying
Very clean, they work around the clock to make sure it stays that way.
Would not stay in another Disney resort, they have you trapped so you jave to pay the over the top prices,
The hotel is very nice, very clean and great accommodations. It has a nice thick door that separates the bedroom from the rest so I can tune out the kids better! The pool is nice and has a bar right there with good drinks!
Amazing experience! Affordable option with the same magical service as all the other hotel on-site
Great room and great perks for a great price. Beds were great after a great day at the parks, showers were hot and water pressure was good. Room was very close to all parks and so we drove, but park transport was available and accessible. Extended hours for resort goers was awesome! It acted as a fast pass of sorts as we got to see Pandoras Banshee that night and toy story in the morning for shorter than usual wait times. An excellent visit.
Great place for us to stay! Staff were amazing. Rooms are perfect for staying with disney at an affordable rate!
Fun and quality place to stay on the Disney grounds
it is an older resort, but it is clean with lots of amenities. Good location. I would highly recommend it.
Hotel very basic and too expensive for the limited services it provides.
The rooms are clean and count with wifi connection and air conditioner. The common areas are great and safe, the pools and the activities through the day are great too. It's a great affordable option if you wanna take advantage of all the Disney quality of service
So I come every year without fail and stay at the all star music resort every time. I've never had any issues until now. I stayed in a family suite and it was completely dirty. Stains all over every single chair and couch in the place. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. And the disgusting musty smell is absolutely horrible. The refrigerator has more dents in it than I have ever seen. It would make the world of difference to actually clean the place and update a bit. Considering the amount of money this place makes i dont understand why it's such a mess! It's safe to say Disney has fell off a little bit that's for sure. My wife and I won't be back.
This is the worst Disney resort I ve stayed in. All-Star movies was better by far. Holiday inn express has nicer roomsThan this. Extremely basic. When we got here I wasn t pleased to realize how far our building was from the lobby. I m not kidding when I say I d bet it was at least half a mile from the lobby.
Plumbing is very loud. Every time a toilet flushed in the building it woke me up which seemed nearly constant. Fan will not run loudly, makes no sound, so there is no hope of drowning out noise.
The transportation is terrible. We d wait for the magical express and see other hotels get 3+ busses before we ever got one. We waited 45 minutes at Epcot and a bus only came for our resort when people in line started calling the hotel to complain.
I d never stay here again.
Great Disney Resorr if you are on a budget. Rooms are small. Be sure to spend the extra money to get a Preferred Room (close to front building and way shorter walk to breakfast). You can still use all Disney transportation and any other resort, especially if you like the bigger pools.
Good things, fine pool. Not Disney's best but it services for the price
The trivia at the pool was great and the staff was all pleasant. The food was good and the rooms were well taken care of by housekeeping
Location and price are great for staying on Disney property. Rooms are average for the amount of money that you are paying for but the staff is extremely accommodating and responsive to any requests
Exceptional service, great food, beautiful setting. 10/10.
Base rooms were relatively small. Staff were very nice. Food was mediocre.
Nice for a value resort. Showing some are, but honestly we are not at the room long enough to matter. Room is nice, fits my large 6 person family.
Had a Ball here. They have Transportation to & from the parks. Great resort fun for families
Pool, ambiance, music, great sleeping quarters. Clean, clean, clean!
We are in the family suite, it is very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. Two bathrooms and a bedroom with a door that closes. We are enjoying our stay!
Very old facilities, I knew I would be in less category than other Disney hotels but I really did not think so much, I never thought it would be so bad; At the check inn we lasted 2 hours and all bad; We rented 3 rooms and told them that we wanted separate accounts but it was a problem because they went through everything, the accounts of the rooms and the bands (MagicBands); In the end we had to break down all the expenses ourselves and divide the expenses of each one; besides that we had to go to the front desk 3 times because the bands did not work, bad experience, I do not put less stars because there is always the good advantage of being transported in their vehicles at any time, in addition to the early entrances and late departures of the parks
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the room was great...but the family suite could be a little bit bigger. This was our first time at Disney and it was awesome!
Decent room and service. Relatively cheap. Great for people who want to save up some money on hotel and spend it somewhere else in the park
A great way to save a little money but still be immersed in the magic. Front desk was very helpful and never waited very long for buses. Also got us to Hollywood studios early for the extra magic hours without a hitch.
Very stylish and excellent service for the cost. Transportation is very convenient with complimentary buses to all Disney parks and airport. You don't have to drive at all to experience all of the Walt Disney World.
You get a restaurant operating at most hours full of GREAT foods.
However the amenities are not quite impressive compared to Universal's Cabana Bay at similar price level, especially for its pools.
Nice place. Disney has much fancier hotels, but we never spend much time in our room, so why spend the extra money.
Excellent economic option but full of possibilities, games, parking, swimming pool, bus to the parks!
Staff is amazing, always friendly and ready to help in whatever way possible. Rooms are super comfortable, easy access to anywhere Disney related.
We staped in the Jazz hotel. A bit dated, but a great room overall. Comfy beds and soft, small towels.
Great place to stay on Disney property. Very clean, wonderful hospitality.
I've stayed here multiple times! Rooms are always clean, beds are always comfy and staff is always friendly! :)
Only stayed one night, but no complaints. Didn't get to take advantage of anything at the resort other than sleeping for one night when I was there, but the staff was very nice and made checking in/out quick and simple.
It's a good place to stay. The meal plan and the bus back and forth to Disney makes the vacation more enjoyable.
A cute little resort and has all the amenities of staying on a Disney resort.
We have stayed at three resorts in property, Pop Century, Art of Animation and now All Star Music. All Star Music is definitely the least favorite of the three. Not only did we have issues checking (which we were given fast passes for because of the wait so thank you) but we also had to switch rooms which we were not informed of until we were coming back from Kennedy Space center. The cast member on the phone was rude (for Disney) and accused us of lying that we were not informed about the room switch.
We did the obvious thing and went to the front desk and we're apologized to and not only given $150 dollars back but also we were given an upgraded room - a family suite -
While I am obviously grateful for the upgrades and how nice almost everyone at the resort was I still was not impressed. It didn't have that same Disney feel as the other two. I recommend checking out other value resorts before going to this one, but if you do end up here you will enjoy yourself.
Pretty much a disney motel, it was pretty clean but the rooms fixtures were ancient and busses to and from this resort typically were a longer walk down the bus loop.
It is not my first place of choice to stay but needed on room on a busy holiday weekend and it worked!
I have always loved the service at all Disney World hotels. This is not the exception. Comfortable rooms and a good atmosphere.
I stayed one night here because I could not stay in Animal Kingdom. This hotel is cheap and it shows that you get what you pay for. The rooms are the same as the motel 6. I did not like it but I did not have another.
I so much love this place, can't wait to take my granddaughter back!! We had so much fun and it was her first time, so the loook on her face was just " priceless"!!!! Ty
For the price paid for an all star resort it's quite worth it. Friendly staff! Very crowded many kids though plus very packed buses! But it was a pleasant stay and would recommend for the price!
It is a simple hotel with no frills. The rooms only have a small refrigerator. They do not have a microwave or coffee maker.
The hotel has a restaurant with a dining room where you can buy refillable glasses for hot and cold drinks.
It has two large swimming pools, a children's playroom and a shop with merchandising
It was awesome! The rooms are normal hotel rooms but we got a gift card for staying there from the hotel. I left my shoes and they mailed them back without me even asking!!!!! SUPER HAPPY!!
We were there in 2017 during Hurricane Irma. Very nice facility, super friendly cast member. We felt safe at all times!
Pretty solid but the chlorine from the pool is still working my eyes over
Very basic no coffee maker or microwave, only a small minifridge.Full size beds not queen( this might have just been cause I got a value room).Room was quite small but seemed very clean and I never saw even one bug. Had to pay 12 dollars a day to park my car at the resort, but buses to all the parks are available for free.Over all was what I expected everything is overpriced and coming in and out is somewhat inconvenient because of security post at entrance, but I did feel safe.If you opt to not have daily maid service ie the room cleaning towels etc.you get a Disney gift card ( you can still call for towls and anything else you need they just won't come on their own).
We had a great time. My 4 year old daughter loved the hotel pools
Great hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful!!!!
The all Star music resort is a nice family friendly hotel with games a pool and other activities that's only a few minutes away from all the Disney attractions. The price along with the convenience of free park transportation makes place my family will visit again.
The hotel is 15 to 20 minutes from the attractions, 30 to 40 minutes from the airport. Standard American room, very comfortable and without exaggeration. It has legal leisure area, swimming pools, arcade. American standard food, water machines and 24-hour soda to have the Disney mug. I really enjoyed the hotel. Tip? Take a room near the reception because the hotel is extensive.
Clean, comfortable, excellent location with preferred booking.
Clean "affordable" lodging at Disney. The staff is super friendly, helpful and you can eat every meal at the cafeteria. The food is good and for Disney, affordable. They have pools for the kids. The rooms aren't fancy, the shower was like in a hospital, but lots of hot water and it was clean. You don't spend time at the hotel if you are here for the parks so why spend more? The All Star line-up is all you need.
Good service, but never book through Southwest bad service from day one with them.
Noisy with teen groups. Rooms very much in need of refurbishment (I think planned for 2019). Nice housekeeping and maintenence staff. Good, but Disney-expensive food court. Few healthy options, but a helpful manager and cashiers.
Good value resort with themed rooms. Not much on amenities, but we're in the parks most of the time!
A great family environment and lots to do around the resort, great music and activities as well, easy to get around to the Disney parks and great prices too !!!
Had a nice stay. The room was adequate and met our needs.
OK hotel but obviously the value resort. Clean room but it was dated.
The rooms are very similar to a nice hotel room with good costumer service and is in a rather well location.
Its a brilliant place to stay with buses to all the parks.
Stay was good. Rooms are very basic. TV was slow and some channels were garbled. Good food. Convenient transportation to and from the parks is a plus.
Rooms were fairly small and dated, but the grounds around the hotel are beautiful
It was great I was hoping to see more Disney characters like you do at the All Star Movies Hotel.
Love love love this place been there a few times the staff is amazing the rooms are clean plan on going back again soon love Disney
