All-Star Music Review

Very nice place to go with family with boys. Great experience if you have included the meal plan.

We initially were told that we would get to stay in All Star Movies, but there was a weather problem on the east coast preventing many Europeans from going home. We got bumped to Music instead. Not a big deal. I love these resorts. They are much more affordable than the other high dollar ones. For the inconvenience, we were refunded one night and I didn't even have to ask. Very professional service from Disney. I had a great time and will visit again soon!!

Want to start off saying the manager Joshua extremely has good customer Service. We had a really bad experience on September 15 trying to get to the Cinderella s castle for a 7 o clock reservation. Don t wanna go to details on this review because this review is about what that was done right. After talking to the manager Joshua because I had a magical experience going on the next day at Hollywood studios at six in the morning. He managed to contact his boss and drive a straight to the park. Just want to get back big shout out to Josh regarding the service. And will be doing a bad review on the Disney website About the mess up on September 15

Our room wasn't cleaned the first day. We asked for 2 cribs cuz I have twin 2 year old girls and we asked for it online. Next tady we went to the front we talk to someone and they said we will send them. We get back at night to find only one had to call and have them bring the second. For some reason to even unknown to employees but the last 3 rows were blocked from parking with my luck that's where my room is all the way in the back. So I had to struggle parking further due to everyone squeezing in with less parking. The blow dryer they offer somehow sets off their own breaker on the outlet. Other than that everything is great so far.

Good value resort but the bus sharing with the other 2 All-Stars is terrible. Each resort should have it's own bus to the parks.

My 6 year anniversary and it was pretty much ruined by the service here. Due to lack of communication from the staff we thought we were being charged $300 for the two nights we stayed on top of the $155 we had put down. Turns out if you put a downpayment with a debit card they will still charge you the full amount and then refund you what you have put down in the beginning. Javier at the front desk told me this could be fixed by removing the card, refunding the secondary full charge and to pay the remainder. Once that was done he said it would take about 48 hours for the $300 to be put back into my account... so my room is paid off but disney is holding my OTHER $300 for 2 days. This was not a solution Javier I went from you guys holding $150 extra to holding $300 extra. .

It was rough. The food was terrible. The heat. Oh god, the people too.

We stayed in this hotel when I went to Disney last month. Great service, Food was amazing, Pool was relaxing, Comfy rooms, It's just too magical.

What is the hotel, the room, the bed ... Pretty good, in addition there is a small fridge. The bad thing, that if you do not have a car you can not leave Disney, since there is only road, and Disney over there abuses that with the prices of their dining rooms. A fruit $ 2, an omelet with $ 10 potatoes, a small glass of fruit varied more than $ 5 ... So with everything, a total abuse knowing that you can not leave. Also a very unhealthy food offer. The only free water and if you buy the case of Disney to fill free, only applies to hotels not for parks. A lot of junk food and little real food, and after two weeks in NY and Disney I have not understood that it is for them something vegan, because either they put meat on you or they ask you, and that they offer it in the places I ordered.
In short, very nice Disney, it is worth it, but very expensive to eat and offer junk food, excessive consumption of meat.

The resort is ok, but nothing special. Very cheesy and compared to other Disney properties, low end. And it was very loud. The rooms next to us were partying until after 2 am, keeping us up. And there was no coffee provided in the room. We would not stay here again.

It is a wonderful place, good service, the human quality is excellent always are pending to collaborate in what you need. The super recommend its facilities, the people everything is wonderful.

One of the cheapest hotels on Disney property. The rooms are fairly small and nothing spectacular but it was clean and felt safe. The restaurant inside is good and prices are decent. Some rooms are a long walk to the bus stop though. Overall good resort would stay again

I didn't have one negative experience in the hotel. Got what I expected after reading up on the hotel. Room was perfect but I rarely found myself staying in the room therefore can't complain about it. We often tidied the room ourselves, in hindsight when checking in the offer a gift card to clean the room yourselves rather than getting a house cleaner to do it and we should have taken this offer up as we often tidied it to our needs and found the housekeepers rarely did any more then we were capable of

Room service is super nice, food is good and it's not expensive to stay in.

It's a value resort so there's not any extras in the room. No coffee pot and only plastic glasses.

Suite was fabulous,bar staff incredibly friendly,but food staff not the best as food was cold and raw burgers on several occasions during two weeks but family would return as we have had wonderful experience....

Part of the "All Star" group of Disney hotels, All Star Music was quite nice. Beds were comfy, pool and other amenities more than you would expect. Good for kids and adults!

Great place to stay for a Disney trip. Plenty of options and pretty close to the parks. Transportation is provided so everything is easy to get to.

Love it, rooms and facilities are clean...as are all Disney properties. Beds are comfortable and the new refillable inroom toiletries smell very nice and clean great. Wish they would add on-demand movies for the tv!

Good choice of disney resorts without costing you much

The location was great for getting to tge parks and surrounding attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. We really liked the commisary with bar.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely swimming pools and clean rooms. Just disappointing that housekeeping only visited late afternoon when we were coming back to the room to freshen up ready to go out for the evening.

Rooms need a major make over not enough storage in rooms rooms smelt of damp pools ok but not great meals are not nice at all pure grease all the time would pick somewhere different next time

Very helpful staff. They attended to every question and concern right away and fixed any problems we had. Transportation to parks is easy and convenient. Food court has a lot of options.

It took about two hours after the set time for our rooms to be ready which kinda sucked. But the food there is great, the rooms are pretty nice, and all the staff are super nice too

Excellent amenities, centrally located near Animal kingdom and blizzard beach. Food court gives excellent options. Pool is incredible and they offer wonderful activities for all ages. The movie at night is always fun!

Not bad, not outstanding. It was an okplace for a value resort. Nothing that included any whistles or bells. I would have rather paid a little more and been treated better at another resort. Overall, I feel it was a little too pricey for what you get.

Service is excellent. Responses to requests are immediate. Rooms are typical, nothing special. Water is very hot, even after a number of back to back showers. Food is average.

Great value resort! It has everything you need, a bed and a shower and somewhere to get food! You spend most of your time in the parks after all!! The only thing is the elecrical sockets, they seriously need updating to USB spec. Other than that, excellent!

Over all, one bed 2 bath was nice to help getting everyone ready. We fit 6 people. No problems with service and all employees are super nice. Huge pool and nice designs.

We moved to this motel from the movies themed one and upgraded our room to "preferred" which turned out to be pool side. The room was a little nicer, the beds actually gave in a little, the dresser had a bit more room in it and the carpet wasn't as beat up. Still very dated and worn, just not as much. Feel like sleeping in? HELL NO! they started blasting Hanson, (of all bands) at 8am. Moved to Back Street Boys soon after and didn't let up all day. The customer service was on par with every other place we've been to in Orlando, a mix of "I have better things to do" and "you're a burden on my day". I understand this is Disney's cheapest resort, but this ALL Star place fell WAY short of the standards I've come to know of the Disney brand. Felt more like a Disney themed motel 6. In fact, if someone would've told me that beforehand, I would've been better prepared. Hopefully you are now.

Disney takes care of everything you might want. Best vacation on the planet.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The rooms were clean, and overall everything was pretty quiet. There were a few mix ups with our magic bands, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate that. Even until the last day were they making sure we truly had the best vacation ever. They were all very informative and gave us fast, quick, and genuine customer service. SHOUTOUT TO ANDREA AT THE FRONT DESK FOR GIVING WORLD CLASS SERVICE. If everyone was like her, the world would be as magical as Disney. Also thank you to ally (not sure if that was the right way to spell it) and Santiago. You guys were all so wonderful and full of life. Definitely booking our stays here from now on.
