Picking up and dropping off passengers as a Rideshare driver was easy and family members who stayed at the All Star Sports enjoyed their experience a month ago when they were visiting our area

Love the family suite. Two bathrooms are the best. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was clean when we checked in. I like the single bus stop. The quick service has plenty to choise from on the menu. We oppted out of housekeeping service for a gift card. They checked on us twice during the week to see if we needed anything that housekeeping would usually provide. The pool was warm and clean, as usual.
Our only complaint is that house keeping does check on your room once a day. During one of those check-ins our door was left propped open. Nothing was taken. The front desk checked to see who keyed in and gave us some fast passes for our scare. So no harm was done.
We had an overall wonderful experience and would gladly stay there again when we can't get into Fort Wilderness campground.

It is convenient to stay on site but the All Star resorts have zero amenities. These are budget resorts. Overall, the rooms are acceptable but very old and dingy. Can we at least get a coffee maker?

My family and I have stayed here three times. You absolutely can not beat the family suite. You get a little kitchenette and two full bathrooms and enough beds for up to six people.

If you are a family of five like us, this place is wonderful.

a good hotel within the disney complex ... the friendly staff ... rich food for various tastes ... excellent to stay since what one is going to do when seeing parks is almost the whole day being outside only takes care to sleep like this that to not pay of taste to sleep in more expensive hotels with this enough and surplus.

Overall, a good experience. Check in process was easy; received pins for birthday celebration and first time visit for my mother. We were assigned room 6619 upon check in, which is in the county building. We walked for what seemed like a mile from the main building before arriving to room 6619. We dropped our bags and walked back to the cafeteria style dining (wish there was a sit down restaurant); the pizza was less than impressive and expensive. We returned to 6619 and felt uncomfortable staying there because the walkways were not lit well (need more lighting for safety) and the room faced the creepy woods. We called the front desk and cast member John found us a new room located in the rock section which was much better lighting for the walkways and didn't face the woods. On the second day of our stay we got a knock on our door from Iris the house keeping manager; she wanted to see if a birthday surprise had arrived but it had not yet; later my mother received 2 balloons, a box of chocolates, and a picture frame. The birthday surprise was a very nice and much appreciated touch from the hotel. Thank you to John for finding us a new room so quickly and to Iris and her team for the special in room birthday surprise.

Affordable rooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests on Walt Disney World property that are clean, comfortable, and we'll maintained. We've stayed here 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to return again!

The service from the cast members was amazing (we encountered problems that required more support than most guest but the cast members went above and beyond). The theming is excellent and doesn t feel like a value hotel at all. I only give it a 4 because the food isn t as good as other food in Walt Disney World

I got to meet the most of the princesses and most of the ride lines went by very quickly. Only thing is that when you go to space mountain, make sure to have a fast pass otherwise you'll stand in line for like 2 hours or more

All-Star Music is my favorite hotel to visit Disney. The rooms are at decent prices and the typically wonderful Disney customer service. We like the direct transfer to the parks and the special hours for those who lodge there.

We were treated so well! We were upgraded from a standard to a suite. The suite was close to the lobby and very clean except for one or two hidden pieces of evidence that we weren't the first occupants. We are easy going and dont mind. Overall, we had a great experience

I enjoyed staying at this facility. I stayed at the Jazz Inn building. Besides the usual equipment the room had a TV and a mini fridge. Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and soap were also provided.
The food options were not exceptionally great but a good variety of choices was given.
If you are looking for a reasonable option at Disney, I would recommend this All-stars Resort.
The facility is clean and due to the stay on Disney property you can use the transportation options as well as the enjoyment of benefits for guests who stay on Disney property.

Rooms are a bit dated but functional. Rooms were both just far enough and just close enough to the parking lot. Beds were inconsistent, one a firm foam one a slightly softer spring mattress at a different height than the first and felt like just a box spring. It was fine for one night which is what we needed. A/C was very quick to respond and a pleasant surprise.

Great location to the parks especially animal kingdom. Great vibe, choice of food served inside and the most comfortable beds ever. The shop is really convient selling bagels, butter, etc then you can toast it in the canteen and you could buy stuff like a box of cinnamon rolls for the price of one in the park, so it's really good. Also collecting your park purchases from the hotel instead of carrying them arround the park was the best thing!

Room we stayed in did get dusty towards the end of our stay luckily we took a antibac wipes etc as we opt to get the $130 for no maids coming in to change ths sheets etc during our stay, so perhaps if you have asthma etc I wouldn't do it that.

I would recommend just buying one refillable mug as you can just use it to fill other bottles to take in the park, which is easier as the mug tends to leak if put in your bag.

The hotel and its facilities are bright, very well maintained, but I had 2 problems: one day I arrived at 0.15 and asked for dinner to the room and they did not want to take it, when a brochure that they left me, said: service from 17 to 1 Early morning, Amazon packages arrived and they wanted to charge me $ 6 for each one, after discussing more than 1 hour, with a translator on the phone, they understood their error and they apologized and did not charge me anything, but the bad time I passed and suffered.

A great Disney experience at affordable prices. The accommodations are adequate and comfortable, but certainly not glamorous and that's okay. What you save on frills allows you to upgrade to a family suite (which I had during my stay). Plenty of sleeping space as the couch, chair AND ottoman convert to quality beds. The toilets are loud, and you can easily hear other rooms flush. Large pools, huge property. The food court is crowded, but the food is good quality. A good place for a family stay while visiting Disney. Again, this is a bargain-level property. Tempered expectations will result in a more positive experience.

A great experience. Check in was an easy process, particularly with the online check in. The resort is well kept and clean, as you would expect from any Disney hotel. If planning on staying at Disney an All Star resort is a budget option.

The rooms themselves were good, although for a family of four your standard room would become quite cramped. Obliviously the price is a little higher than your typical budget hotel outside of Disney but the proximity to the parks and the Disney buses are very convenient. Also the extra magic hours and other bonus offerings add to the overall price you pay.

This is the perfect resort for families looking to save money on accommodations to enjoy some of the bigger ticket experiences within the parks. I took my 2 kids (4 & 6), and the room was perfect for the limited time we were actually using it. The beds were very comfy and the room spacious enough to store the double side by side stroller in the open position without impeding movement. The WiFi was plenty strong for Skyping with dad before bedtime. We swam in the piano shaped pool and we loved the provided life jackets as the kids are still working on their swimming. The staff, of course, are AMAZING and made our entire week stress-free for maximum enjoyment!

The service at the Disney hotel was without exception very good. Every problem was fixed quickly. Unfortunately, you have the first morning the "awakening": The prices of the breakfast are very high. A bagel (without cold cuts) cost, for example $ 3.50. We also had the feeling that the shuttle service this hotel was deliberately neglected. Some return from one of the Disneyparks back to the hotel took 1 hour to arrive. The Disney flair we did not feel in this hotel.

The decorations and vibe of the hotel were just as I expected as they would be for the awesome all star music resort. The room simple and just what I needed for my stay. The drinks at the bar were also very good. Front desk was very helpful.

The service as always offers Disney! Pretty satisfied but my advice if you stay in block 7 broadway say no! Full of school contingents with night bustle. Bad reservations people can not accommodate families with groups of teenagers. For everything else ok

This place has been awful since we got here. We are pass holders and stay on site regularly, but we will NEVER STAY at this hotel again. This disney trip was a nightmare.
It started with my son (a college student in Orlando) who had student ID, collegian house letter of campus apartment and pay stubs with Florida address not being enough proof of Florida residency to get his Florida resident park tickets. Its the same thing he used 2 months ago! They made him pay an additional $400 to let him in the park.
Next, Cinderellas at Akershus Castle was extremely rude to my 6 year old. She tried to talk to her while they gathered for the parade and the character rolled her eyes and walked away. When other children gathered my daughter (excited of course) started talking to her about being a mermaid and how much she loved Ariel. Cinderella pointed across the dining hall and told my daughter "go follow Ariel then". When I heard that, I addressed the character and asked why she couldnt have stayed by our table until the procession began. She then stated to me " well she likes Ariel so much I told her to go over there. " Its not even her right to five my child permission to go clear across the dinning hall by herself!! I was furious.
Next, the hotel bands for my kids didn't open their door. I bought new ones thinking that maybe the bands were just bad. Nope. Nothing. They used their app to open the door. Ok, fine.
Later in the evening I went to customer service while my kids went to grab some toiletries from a local store. 20 min wait. The lady at the customer service desk was awesome, got them all squred awayI explained that my kids werent always with us and they would be stuck if they couldnt use the bands. The woman said " oh, just call us! We will come down and let them in!". Perfect. Now we are on track. Or are we? Went straight to the cafe at the hotel for our mugs. My band wont work. I have had my band for 6 months, it worked all day. Nope, not now. No dining package, no charge privileges, nothing.
My husbands band worked tho. Back to customer service I go. Another nice woman. Ok, great. 20 min scuffle, all fixed up. Perfect.
Go back to the kids room, try the bands, all good. Door opens, they are still at the store, I am headed to be. I leave there bands on the bed and head to my room. 10 minutes passed. My son calls. Their apps wont open the door. Wait, What?? Yes, seriously, I walk over, no luck. I call customer service desk, explain what happened. No problem they sad, someones on their way down. 20 minutes later and 6 other staff pass us -nothing. I go back in to my room, call front desk AGAIN, put on hold 10 min AGAIN. Someones coming 5 minutes. Someone showed up about 5 minutes later and let them in. This is NOT what I have come to expect from Disney. This is awful.

Not the best, but we justed book a cheap disney hotel for one night to give us earlier access into the park, so it did what we needed. Never used any part of the hotel other than the room which was very basic. I wouldn't have wanted to stay here for much more than a couple of nights.

The room I stayed in was just bearable, I have complaints but with reason of experience, starting with air conditioning, I could only get it down to 70 degrees, the beds were not cozy to me, and some of the lights didn't work, it was otherwise fine, even though the food wasn't five star restaurant, it was a step below five, not too bad but there is room for improvement, do understand that I hold no grudge for anyone, this is only from my experience.
