All-Star Music Review

I paid for all my family to have a holiday at Disney music Park. We had an horrendous time booking in over an hour, children tired and hungry. The man on reception didn't seem to know what he was doing, our rooms were mixed up and my granddaughter Sarah was not down as staying. As myself and my daughter Cathryn Smyth are disable we were a long way from reception and amenities. After this comment I would now like to say that apart from difficulties with the low toilet our holiday was lovely, clean rooms comfortable beds the staff were very helpful polite and went out of there way to make up for the awful start. The site is beautiful, the pools the children loved. Also the amusements and restaurant. Gardens so well looked after. What ever we asked housekeeping for was brought very quickly and a man from maintenance came and rescued my earing that I dropped in the shower and went down the plug. I would recommended anyone to holiday with you and thank you for the happy memories we now have.

The staff is friendly, our room was clean and we had a good time. The food is a bit overpriced but overall everything was good

Enjoyed my stay. Signs posted about alligators and snakes. Happy I never saw either...

Bus systems extremely flawed. Customer service terrible. Room not clean at 4 pm check in. Way overpriced for the value. I recommend taking your family and money to dollywood. I put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

The service could be nicer but it is nice that transportation to Disney is nice.

Decent beds, great housekeeping and other staff. Overall very satisfied with everything for the price we paid

A great place to stay when on a budget. The suite accommodated our family of 6 quite well. We were further back in the resort and the 5 minute walk to get to the main building a buses was a little far but not awful.

Was visiting a friwnd. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. The rooms are nice.

It was fine but our room smelled musty, possibly from a water leak? We don't know. We don't believe it is a fault of the cleaning crew. They do great. Perhaps it is a problem within the building itself.

Great service, location and cost. Will stay again next time

This is a super fun hotel for the price! The pools are very fun and the way the hotels are themed on the outside are pretty neat. You can definitely tell on the inside that it is a redecorated old hotel room, but it still looks nice. If you have kids beware, because the housekeeping staff get pretty upset if they have to change the sheets more than once while you're there, so if you are potty training your children, or get anything on the sheets, they get upset! Otherwise, its a nice place to be while visiting Disney.

Great customer service had an issue with the AC and they were there in minutes to take care of the issue would highly recommend stressing here

The complex is in good condition. But for example there are blocks that are very far from the reception / dining room.
Inadmissible that today there is no microwave in the blocks and to heat something you have to go to the dining room.
Be careful with sending packages. They delay delivery.

Our rooms weren t ready. There was no wait for the bus and it still took 50 minutes to pick us up. The attendants for our room were nice but the managers were extremely rude. It is just super stressful to stay if you want to do anything in the park.

The location is excellent, the food is very bad, the pool time is good, and I think it is a neglected hotel but perfect for the time you spend in the room

This was a lower budget hotel but it was clean. I wish their sofa sleepers were nicer.

IT IS A NICE ENJOYABLE PLACE AND ENTERTAINED WITH THE CHARACTERS OF DISNEY. IT IS ENOUGH COUPLED AND VERY FUNNY. YOU MUST KNOW THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE FOR BETTER QUALITY WITH THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE MEDIA AND WORKERS, OUT OF THAT IS INCREDIBLE!

Everything is very old looking, an update is urgent. Crooked bed mattress, (bone like everything in the "old" hotel) in my opinion is very expensive for what it offers and just for being a Disney hotel. The truth is not worth the expense

Everything was ready before our arrival. Staff greeted us and made us feel even more excited about our stay.

Vending machine was searching for cell service for Credit/Debit cards but never let me buy snacks. One of the Hot Cocoa machines was just giving out hot water. I found a small cockroach in my room.

The hotel itself is spotless, however I think dated! The food court is same menu everyday so we didn t eat here every day, the re-fillable mugs are fab value for money, the staff are great and mouse- keeping are always happy to help. The pool is absolutely spotless and provide towels. The shuttle buses too and from the park are every 20 mins, there s an on site laundry which does sell detergent but I would suggest bring your own. My only fault is the noise from surrounding rooms! The walls are paper thin you can hear people flushing toilets and using showers! So if your having a 10pm bedtime to make use of 6am early starts you have no chance, please ask for a top floor room believe me you may get your Disney sleep

Could use some updates. Definitely needs more variety at the food court, and in room service. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

It has the necessary and although it is not luxurious it is enough for a pleasant holiday where the priority is not to rest in the hotel.

I stayed here for three days, although spent whole day at Disney parks but really nice facilities.such as extended hours for restaurant up to 12pm. Unlimited wide variety of hot and cold beverages if you buy a Disney tumbler there.
Very neat and clean swimming pool with life guards always available during working hours.
Theme based hotels.
Well connected bus service to the parks
Neat and clean,nice place to stay.
Also we get extra magic hours, if we stay any Disney resort.

Ran into a lot of issues at the commissary. Tried to order ice cream sundaes and given a cone. It is a mess in that place

I liked the service, the rooms, the beds, the pillows ... From the electronic games room, from the convenience of the buses, to the xomodity of the magic band ...
I liked everything ...

Clean rooms and Washrooms. All well connected with everything in great condition.
Park hopper buses are close by 15-20 minutes wait time.
The biggest issue I had as a Canadian travelling to US is the food! its horrible, absolutely horrible!!!
Why can't they have food chains like MC Donald's or others on the property?

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated if a bit quirky. Pools and food court are very nice. Staff was helpful and it''s nice to have the gift shop right there.

Disappointing. Facilities for the precarious, my bathroom had a fan so noisy but so noisy that could not stay more than 5 minutes inside without freaking out.

It was ok, just ok. The main entrance was nice, food was affordable and good but the rooms were dated and poorly maintained. Ours smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was in need of a total overhaul. You get what you pay for, but I guess you don't spend that long in the hotel anyway so it doesn't matter that much. Decent but no better.

The best thing is that you are in Disney ... a little neglected maybe and the rooms are small. The attention in the cafeteria was not good, it is better to have breakfast inside Disney;) but the rest was all first!

Great place to stay, the arcade is stellar and pools are epic. Economical stsy on disney property.. Florida residents are like $99 a night. Usually a deal.online.

Prices were affordable. It's a bed in the a.c. with transportation directly to the park of your choice. Food service is adequate and taste is good.

Place is great, but huge, with separate buildings. Use your hotel map if you get lost easily. After using the complimentary shuttle service after a long day at the park, the walk to your room COULD be tough, especially if you are exhausted...so if you're traveling with little kids, opt for a room close to shuttle pick-up/drop-off. The buildings closed oui se to shuttle station are also close to main pool, outdoor bar, gift shop and arcade The Calypso Building is one if the 1st buildings and is one I always request. ) Cafeteria is AMAZING! So many options for any palette. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are endless!! GREAT allergy friendly options too...( i have celiac and the go mickey breakfast waffles are delicious!!!) all the chefs are so accommodating and go out if their way for your dietary needs. Gift shop is a great spot if you need a quick beverage or lite snack as well as souvenirs or gifts. From magnets to towels, clothing, stationary, novelty pens and pencils, mickey ears and more...even self care items like tylenol, shampoo etc. Despite popularity and size, there's barely any disruptive noise here. I've never had an issue and I've stayed at this hotel like 6 times. They also have laundry access!! You can opt out of daily maid service and the hotel will give you a Disney gift card in return! (I do it every year and just call up for fresh towels...its with it!)

Very good prices and reliable transportation all over the property including Theme Parks and other resorts.

My favorite hotel of the all stars. Very fun atmosphere. Gorgeous pool as well as plenty of activities.Food court is good all well as the transportation to and from the park. I really like the gift shop as well as the decor.

Our reservation was not correct. Then it took us 4 days to get our magic bands to work on out doors. Even after they moved us. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms because of my teenage son who had Autism. Then everytime we went to the parks out magic bands didn't work! Put a huhe damper on my Son's Graduation Trip!

Double room, simple but very comfortable for up to 4 people

We enjoy staying at one of the All Star resorts more than our stay at the Dolphin .

It wasn't what I thought it would be. It was more like a motel with hotel prices. Beds are hard, pillows flat. I woke up more sore than when I fell asleep. Thermostat is locked. I was freezing but they don't offer bedspreads. No simple amenities (i.e. small coffee maker, microwave). There was a small fridge, but I didn't get to try it. No point. No room service. Kitchen closes my 11pm, but we didn't get back from the park until 12am, so no food for us. But they did have a number for pizza delivery.

Absolutely amazing staff. Lee at front desk and Will went out of there way to help us. Victoria in the merchandise section is a true gem and shows all the values of Mr Disney himself. We will be back.

Even though the resort is not right at a Disney park, the Magic Express took us right to whichever Disney area we wanted to visit and picked us up and took us to the airport. The prices aren't that much more than a stay at a non-disney hotel and everything was so convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great service and amenities! Good selection of food and drinks. Close to attractions with plenty to do.

Love the place kid friendly up beat plays a different movie every night and has adult beverages

Was very clean but felt very outdated. The difference between our room here and pop century was night and day (and pop century is only slightly more expensive. I wouldn't opt to stay here again. Felt like a motel 6 (no offense to that chain), and we were put in the absolute farthest building in the farthest room, it was quite a trek from check in, especially with suitcases. The staff was great though.The front desk was very helpful checking us in.

Just the least expensive room on the resort but perfect for a family! Access to Disney shuttles and clean.

Staying at a Disney resort is really worth it with all the perks it comes with! May be a little on the pricey side, but why not go all the way for that little convenience at Disney.

The resort is as convenient as any resort you would expect to have. It is this entry level of Disney, but is nothing comparable to basic hotels you would find elsewhere. You have access to a food court, bus transportation, pool, arcade and much more.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. They had great customer service though.

Rooms are clean and pretty up to date for the price. Maids were great and grounds are very well maintained. Friendly staff. Nice amenities (arcade, store, pool bar) would come back!

Great staff! Swimming pools are nice. Small rooms for a lot of money. The travel time to the parks was also easy to do. The first aid also helped when one of us did not feel well. Highly recommended!

Disney has become more about the money and who cares about the service!!! We spent a complete week there at the all star music resort & the only time people was happy was when we complained about service!!! but after a day they went back to their old rude ways!!! We witnessed a bus driver yelling at a passenger(single female) with two very young children!!! no matter how rude the guest is the "CAST MEMBERS" are paid to be kind and smile thru it!!!

Needs a renovation, especially bathrooms and carpet, pools were nice, food was also goid. Live the pizza

Called the night before and made reservations. This was such an easy trip. I wish all parks were like this!

Very friendly staff and excellent service. They were very accommodating. The room we stayed in was clean and well maintained.
