The grounds and pools are very well done at this hotel. Our room was small and worn and tired looking. This didn't have quite the same Disney Magic as other Resorts that we've stayed in. I would be interested to see the rooms after Renovations, but I would rather stay at other Resorts such as Pop Century than this one. The shop and food area are small and cramped, the lobby doesn't feel as welcoming, and rooms don't have coffee makers.
Super cute and clean. Perfect place to take little ones. I stayed in the Broadway section. For a Broadway girl like me, it was perfect!

A cheap affordable resort to stay at whilst visiting disneyworld, but all star movies is better and bigger for the same money and only next door

If you are looking to visit Disney World and stay on site while saving some money, then the All-Star resorts are perfect, there is a bit of a commute to each park, but the buses take you directly to each park, so you get to relax and enjoy the ride. The staff is friendly, and we wanted to make our room colder, and they sent an HVAC worker to come and fix our AC to make it more enjoyable for us, even at 1am when we arrived at the resort.

Overall it's about what I expected. However this place could easily be updated with at least two queen size beds in each room. Our bathroom had a strobe light as I liked to call it and a broken fan. The maids completely forgot to come one day and two other days forgot to give us cups for the sink. The dining hall was nice but a few more directions for the dining plans would have gone a long way. We honestly had no clue what was included or not. Also if your kids are like mine they were none to happy the Mickey waffles were only offered one day for them.
Nice place to stay great staff. Only downfall is the water situation.

Our room was one beeroom but the couch folded to a queen and 2 other chairs folded into 2 twins so there was definitely enough space for everyone and there was 2 bathrooms and there was candies and stuffs left for us in the room very nice

I used to work at All Stars, stayed before, and I still love this place and the atmosphere. All the improvements at the hotels were nice. Cant wait to stay at All Star again.

The All Star Music Resort was a great bang for your buck. We paid a mere $150 per night, which is a steal for Disney property. We were at Disney for the half marathon and were rarely in our rooms, so we have little to complain about. The beds were a little lesser quality than other resorts, but we still slept well. It does take 20-25 minutes to get anywhere via bus.
The place is decent for the price. It is super convenient, everything you need is right here. Food is overpriced for the quality but what can you expect. Rooms are outdated and need remodeling but it gets the job done. Wish there were microwaves and/or coffee makers in the room. So far overall a good stay. Make sure you ask about their $ credit for not having your room cleaned daily other wise they won't tell you.
Rooms are just an up scale motel room. Didn't stay long enough to use any of the ammenities

We checked n and our reservation with number of people was incorrect. They put us up at the end of the world. I just got a new knee 3 months ago. So to walk to the unit was at least a quarter of a mile. There was construction going on by us. We asked for 2 beds. They had one down n a murphy bed. U would have to move some things to pull murphy bed down. There were no scooters available at the time of day we checked n. My daughter went back to office n told them this was not acceptable. They then proceeded to move us to a much better room closer to entrance. We had two regular beds n this unit. She asked abour a wheel chair n said they didn't have one. Another girl heard the conversation n told my daughter she wiuld get her one. She did n told us to keep it as long as we needed it. Staff (most) could have cared less. It took us a long time to get checked n b cause of their mix up on teservation, even though we had correct confirmation papers in our hands. They were only interested n pushing people thru. Baggage people were on the ball. We used them three times n they were excellent. Checkout was great. Be sure if you need a scooter to reserve one when u make your reservation.

I went here with a friend! They were very accommodating! Her service dog got sick and the person at the front desk called a veterinarian for us. They told us to take a taxi and they would reimburse us. They sure did! Very fun time! Also when I called there to make the arrangements, they helped me out when my travel agent wouldn't. They put us close to the food court and gave us a handicapped accessible room. This was in 1998! Love this place. We also used the food court when came back to the All Star Movies Resort! Awesome time!

A nice place, but a little expebsice for what is a basic hotel room. Dinner service was a little chaotic. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with salad one night. Got a large cheese pizza. Salad was all lettuce, literally, with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Was not a bad place to sleep... except for the fact the AC did not keep the room cold and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. I figured spending quite a bit of money for a weekend trip for my family would be a little bit more enjoyable. Next time I will not be staying at this place. But for a "budget" place it wasn't terrible, guess I am just used to not sweating while I am trying to sleep.
I loved the All-star music we stayed on the all new updated rooms of fantastic. It was so lovely. We ordered pizza delivery which is a great convenience as we were so tired. I will be back for Chritsmas and I am reserving toy story which is adorable def where you want to stay when you have kids. Not to mention the price is great and we loved taking the resort busses. Terrible rooms. Always had a peculiar smell. The cleaning people are our food. When we went into our room, there was extraneous hair all around and the toilet was left unflushed. A lot of the lights around the resort were dead or flickering, and the food was mediocre, while the tables were sticky and wet.
Basic rooms but an excellent place to stay. All rooms now have fridges and a tiny freezer. Great 2 pools and a tiny one for very small children. All have lifeguards. Great lobby with a gift shop and a good restaurant close to check in. This complex also has a games room. Would stay here again.
It's a value resort so you can't expect too much. I use the room to sleep, shower and shave, then off to the parks, so I don't waste too much money on the room.
The place is clean, the staff is friendly and there is plenty to occupy your time, our just relax by the pool.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived, but the service was great for large groups.
This resort sucks! I came here with my choir to sing here in Disney springs and when we came to the resort the sink was clogged! When someone came to fix it it was disgusting! I about barfed when I saw what was in that sink! And the bathroom flooded when I took a shower! I feel absolutely disgusting here. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Disney's hotels in Orlando are the best option to visit the parks
It was fine. Just fine. It's a small room, *everything* is extra cost, and the only upside is it's on Disney property so you can use Disney transportation. Except for the same money per night you can stay off Disney property, pay for Park parking, and get a rental car for the same if not less money. Oh, and then you'll get a nicer room, an included breakfast you may actually want to eat, and a bed that feels like something better than a lightly disguised sheet of plywood.
So, yeah. It is just okay.

Very safe for children. Small room, but cozy (it's not the suite). The food leaves much to be desired, but by car you can go out to eat at all times.

Enjoyed the resort,nice ,clean.Friendly staff,gluten free mickey mouse waffles were the best!Only recommendation is for marathon runners ,if check out time could be extended till after the run.My daughter did the dopey challenge but there was nowhere to shower after the race,so it made for a long 8 hours till we got on are flight back to home.
