All-Star Music Review

Came here last year and liked it so much we came back great room clean and easy access to the parks

Nicely kept, had a few issues, they fixed with a room change. Vending machines were a little problematic as well

More budget priced for families on a budget, very nice room, a little bit of a walk to buses to go to the park if you get a room near the back but overall a nice place to stay.

We had to attend for a cheerleading event and the staff was extremely accommodating

Our room was conveniently close to the main building. The couch folded out for a double bed. The red chair folded out for a single bed and the ottoman is also a single bed. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, desk and chest. 2 bathrooms each had a sink area and a toilet/tub & shower room. There is a small under counter refrigerator, 2 cups at a time coffee maker, and a bar sink.

Outdated for sure, but good for families with kids to just run around and enjoy outdoors. Disney statues pretty cool! Personally won't go back

Very clean! The food is over priced but delicious. The transportation to the parks is great. After a long day it's nice not to have to drive!

Great price, clean hotel, need little update, but no complaints here! Keep it up Disney!

A great affordable place for the family to stay at a Disney property. Due to its value, not necessarily as upscale but has a lot of things for people of all ages to enjoy.

Mediocre hotel with compact rooms refrigerator that is very small and does not keep things very cold no coffee maker

Room was noticably older, but clean. Mini fridge but not microwave - you have to go to the cafeteria to use one. Buses only go from the front of the hotel, so it's a far walk if your room is way in the back. Staff is very friendly, as usual for Disney. Would probably still pay slightly more next time for a nicer room and convenience.

Room was clean. Service was prompt. Had nothing negative to say.

I'm so happy for choosing this place to stay at. They have good room service and also fun foods that you can choose from there.

Don't believe that there is room service. There is a room service menu but after an hour on hold, we left the property for a meal.

Value resort at Disney and the rooms are still some of the nicer ones at Disney world

I do not recommend it, if it's your first time at Disney it could be, but if you are a student at another category the attention of all star music is a disaster, at the front desk they do not have bilingual staff, they do not know how to solve anything, it is personal limited to entrance hall, then they do not know anything else. If you need information, help, suggestions about e the dining room, kitchen, cleaning staff, are multilingual people, very prepared, q do not understand how multilingual people clean and who knows nothing is in administration.

I loved the hotel Transportation to the parks is located outside the hotel. Rooms just to rest. Nice decoration

Try to check in as soon as possible via the app / website. I was able to upgrade to a room near the reception even without paying the extra.

The food is poor, it is worth having lunch in the parks or going out to dinner. Breakfast, in the American mold, is ok.

Parking is ample but currently paid. But whoever stays at the Disney complex, ends up compensating to take Uber to leave the region eventually and try to make the most of the bus service.

The hotel incorrectly charged my credit card for a room deposit twice. The hold never cleared, so they still haven't given the money back. Was told that the charge was because the cast member discount for the stay was invalid during that time period which was never in the agreement when we payed for the trip prior to arriving.
And then they cleared $130 charge one month after we stayed...there's no reason for a charge to clear 31 days after staying.

Very friendly staff, adorable room themes, eye-catching and colorful decorations... this resort is such a delight, I can't wait to visit again, someday!

A nice economical place to stay on the Disney property

I loved the very good staff the ones who took care of us are very kind persona and solved all the problems I repeat it again

We came with a reservation. It took over an hour to check in and get our room. We got into our room and fridge had been unplugged and left to defrost. Wet towels all over kitchenette.

Fold out beds and cots hand terrible mattresses.

A very nice staff good security very clean but very dated rooms have a cheap motel style.

Disney's All-Star Music Resort was great. Didn't want to come home after spending a few days there and the scenery was so beautiful and it felt different then when I went when I was younger. The room was beautiful as I stayed in the Jazz hotel and the only thing that went wrong was my suitcase being ripped and me missing a shoe from it. Other than that, the place was amazing and I'm glad I spent a few days rekindling the magic Disney gave me when I was little. Everyone I've met has been kind and helpful and the people there can be awesome. There's much to do with all the theme parks at a very high price but it was worth it as I was able to see the fireworks and river lighting.

Great service. Great fun. Great experience. I wanna go back and never leave.

The room we have is very spacious and clean. The only thing I would complain about is the lights flickering in our room.

Very clean, good food although somewhat pricey. Buses to all the parks.

We did not know what to expect when we came to these resorts but ibam happy to say we were very pleased with the set up, the staff and the prices were better than expected. Will return again.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Such a clean place. And the food was amazing! The only thing i would have to say is the pull out couches were very thin and not too comfortable but overall i enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend and go back!

A very good value, especially if you plan on spending almost every waking moment at the parks like we did. Housekeeping did a little bit of magic each night which excited the kids to find out what it was. Bussing got a little rough at times and this was definitely a slow week, so that may he scary during busier times.

Aesthetically, not the coolest of the resorts, but the giant sports paraphernalia is still much more interesting than a basic hotel.

We had a great time here and the staff was super helpful.

What a great place to stay, we have stayed in some of the fancier resorts before but for the money and for kids this was awesome.

We are staying for 5 days, currently on the 2nd day and our experience with Disney's All-Star Music Resort has been pleasurable so far. The rooms were clean, pools were clean, and the food at the hotel was very good. I am satisfied with my experience at Disney's All-star Music Resort so far.

It's the second time I've stayed at the All Star. Value for money quality service is excellent. I recommend to stay and take out the meal plan. It is a substantial saving if they take it out on promotion. In addition, the shuttle to parks and Disney Springs is a service to highlight.
In terms of customer service you can not find any claim, they have a school in this aspect

Clean room, nice staff. Great place to stay for the budget minded!
