All-Star Music Review

Rooms were decent and clean. I asked for a room close to transportation, but got a room 3/10ths of a mile away.

This was a "Music Resort" , but there was no music? Our stay was ok. The room was nice. We did not like the walk back to our room at the end of the day. Very dark and the sidewalk, when there was one, was on the opposite side of our building . They could use golf carts or the same transportation they use for their staff to take folks to their buildings. The staff at the check-in, and some in the cafe were nice, but those working on the grounds weren't so much.. Never got them to smile or wave. Not what I expected from Disney. My hats of to the cafe manager for helping us with my daughter's special diet. She was GREAT. Thank you sooo much. You were a God send.

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly, and good is great. There are fun things to do, but it would be nicer if there was more. I understand it's a lower budget and smaller resort, but more things to do would help pass the time while staying there.

Music Resort has been wonderful! The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. We have loved the staff that is working there and the food has been excellent.

The rooms have what it takes and are comfortable. Wifi works well. The dining room is excellent and very organized. Beautiful hotel.

Such a unique and exciting hotel, very spread out, rooms fairly standard but grounds are beautiful and staff is amazing.

Large compund, friendly service, not to cluttered pool (seeing how popular the parks are) free service too and from the parks

We deliver the credit card at reception, a week when we arrive from the holidays we receive three expenses one for 150 dollars and another two for 20 and 30 dollars, we try to communicate by the corresponding help emails and the mail that they passed us to see They are charging us, especially the cost of 150 dollars and for 1 week I have no answer! In principle I need information, we were in this hotel from September 12 to 17, 2019.

No significant issue, except the fact the pool closes at 8pm. So, since we have to spend the whole day at Disney park and don't return till late. We were unable to go swimming.

A good option to be at Disney, I would recommend the hotel change the blankets, they are very thin and it feels cold

Is a beautifull place, you can rest so good, is clean, is a safe place

The hotel rooms are tiny and the water smells like fire, the curtains don't close all the way, personally I don't like the decor. The service is good, we left and our room was clean. With a large group: room placement and the hallways are confusing it's fun tho

Its great if you want to stay low budget, while experiencing all that Disney World has to offer.

One of Disney's budget hotel options, I have recently returned from a 2 week holiday here:

Room: nice size for 2 adults 2 kids. Fridge, hair dryer, AC, toiletries all included - I opted for no room cleaning during my stay and received $150 gift card!

Food court: food is great - on the quick service dining plan I was never short of options.
You can use 2 meals for one LARGE pizza also.

Recpetion/shop: very nice staff who are always happy to help.
We like to trade pins and staff were more than happy to accommodate my daily need to see their lanyard and pin boards!
Grew a relationship with them which was nice!

Busses: Disney's free shuttle service to the parks and disney springs are brilliant.
Issues here are the shared busses between all 3 all star resorts sometimes causing the bus to be very busy.
At busy times more busses could be made available but didn't seem to be.

Pools: 2 nice sized pools with family activities during the day and night for younger visitors.
I didn't swim so cannot comment on the temperature.

All in all, I would recommend staying here if you want to stay on property but don't want to bankrupt yourself.

Good location, rooms were clean. Excellent service from everyone I had contact with. Make sure to do the musical puzzle outside the gift shop, it was fun

If your option is just to come to sleep it's fine. In addition to the extras that Disney offers such as the magic hours.

Can't fault the hotel at all. The manager of our block of Rock Inn called Nick was fantastic when we needed assistance and our holiday rep was nowhere to be seen. Well done Nick and keep up the good work

We've stayed here several times and it's a good budget hotel. Good facilities in the room, with excellent housekeeping. Two nice pools, a food court, and regular coach transport to all the Disney parks. It's also an easy drive onto the 192, if you have a car, which has several mini golf courses and lots of good restaurants.

I love the all Star music resort. For a value hotel this is beautiful, always clean, and the cast members are extremely helpful with every question we have. My family has been going to Disney world for over twenty years and we've tried the all star movies and sports but the music is our favorite. The pool is great, last year we asked for a premium room and we got to have a beautiful view of the pool and were very close to the front desk. I can't wait to visit this coming July.

It's a great low-cost hotel still on Disney property that allows you all of the benefits and fun! Plus, buses will take you directly to the park. No parking fees! I wish there was a coffee maker and a microwave in the room however

I love this Resort. This was my 3rd time staying here. The staff and Manager are Great.

Basic the room, but not being in all day was good. the nice place, like everything there

First time staying at the all-star. Was a very nice Value Resort. Room was clean and the dining area had a lot of good options to choose from. Was impressed with their healthier options like grilled chicken and salmon. Main drawback of the resort is that it is so large it took us 10 to 15 minutes to walk back to our room. Other than that, it was great and would definitely stay there again

This is what you would expect of a Disney budget hotel. The rooms are clean but sparse, but who is really spending time in their rooms. The pool area is decent, but try the pins coladas from the bar, they are delicious. There is no hot tub at the pool, it is very kid focused, which is great for families. The dining area is cafeteria style only and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and kind of late night. The food isn't bad and the selection is pretty good. They have an arcade here too. The best thing is that this is a Disney resort so you can get transport to all the Parks and Disney Springs, which is awesome. The reason I like this place is that it allows for a more affordable trip to Disney and I never really spend all that much time in the room when at Disney anyway. This was my second visit and I would return again.

Very good service, cleanliness, the complex is the cheapest of Disney, but that does not mean it is not good, very good care.

My mom and I enjoyed the many pools, restaurants and our clean, quiet hotel room.

Not the best laid out hotel. It's a ten minute walk from where my room was to where the main lobby/ Food/ buses are. The coffee was horrible. Please switch back to whomever you had before. Movie and sports resorts are right next door. They have the same amount of rooms but a better lay out. House keeping didn't pick up our trash the last three days we were there.

Super friendly staff, decent food in the cafeteria, suites are especially nice. Also free WiFi

I was pleasantly surprised by this "value" hotel. I'd seen the other Disney resorts, like the Contemporary and the Polynesian, so I wasn't sure what to expect of this place. I got the room for a night to stay then go to Hollywood Studios early for extra magic hours, and it didn't disappoint. I spent an hour or so at the pool, and even though it was nothing special, I enjoyed the statues of The Little Mermaid and Donald Duck throughout. The lobby had plenty of pictures of famous musicians (although the Taylor Swift and Michael Jackson photos, front and center, were a little odd), and the entire lobby area was clean and well-themed. You're not going to get the fully immersive "Disney" experience here-- my friend mentioned that it felt more like a Florida college campus-- but also, we didn't come for the resort; we came for the parks. Getting into Hollywood studios an hour early allowed us to get on 3 of the busiest rides with a combined 15 minutes of wait time, and that was worth the small price we paid for a room alone. Transportation to the parks, and Disney Springs the night before, was a piece of cake. If you're on a budget and looking for a nice place to rest your head, this (or the other two All Star resorts) are your best bet. If you want something a little more "Disney", and you're willing to pay $50-100 more a night, I'd look elsewhere, but overall, this was absolutely worth while.

The room we stayed in was nice. The staff was very easy to talk to and was quick and efficient. We were able to check into our room with a problem. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. The hotel was not a far drive from Disney but we chose to take the bus system that was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. An exceptional value, and service is certainly up to Disney high standards.

My work has stayed here several times over the last decade. The rooms are decent and the location is very convenient. We were disappointed in our most recent visit when the prices for food went up about 30% for some items. Still, you cannot beat the bus rides to and from the park and the resort's ability to host large groups comfortably.

It's a lower level resort but still nice. Family suites are top notch.

Ideal for families with children !!! With the benefit of free microphones to the Disney parks with very good affluence. Climatized pool. Menu varied not only pizza and hamburger, but also meats and fish roasted salads fruits. Impeccable bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Rooms are decent enough. Nothing fancy but no major problems. Good choice if you just want a place to sleep.

First time we have stayed here and we have to say, we really enjoyed it for the most part!

The only problems here (if you can consider them problems) is the transportation compared to some other resorts and the food court being a little meh

Other than that, great stay!

And the room was amazing. The photos on Disney s site make the suite look out of date and very boring. The suite was amazing and updated! The pull down beds in the kids room made the space very big with the beds out of the way.

As always, I will never stay off resort , given all the perks you get for staying on resort!

The buses make it really easy to get around at this resort.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms are nothing special. The food was very good & service was fantastic.

Since I couldn t go lower than 1 star. I guess that s all they deserve. When I first arrived to the resort the staff seemed friendly-ish then saying they were going to try and give us a closer room since problems before decided to place us in (not even joking) the last room in the whole complex. If you have stayed here, we stayed on the very last room in unit 6 of country fair. When our stay had come to an end, we checked our bags in and it was very good with service at the time. When we were going to the magical express we waited in the area where we thought they were going to pick us up since we were not told otherwise. We got there at 4:40 for a 5:05 pickup time. When a bus finally came they told us that we were in the wrong area. Not even the workers there. We went to our assigned area and there was an outrageously long line all waiting for the magical express. A bus finally came and took 2 people. We went and complained 2 times because we were crunching on time. Another bus passed, but didn t pick us up. We went and complained another time because now it was 5:45. And they keep saying that they were calling other busses and one should be coming in 5 minutes but that was not the case. My family has been coming to Disney for well over 20 years and has NEVER had this problem with ANY other resort. This resort may be easier on the bank account but I would not suggest it for organization, helpfulness or anything else. The chicken fingers and pudding and dirt cup was the only thing I liked.

Its not the fanciest place Disney has to offer and its been there a while. It is however clean, the beds are comfortable and you dont spend much time there anyway. The staff is awesome, They take the time to resolve any problems you have. Theres a place to eat near by with pretty good food.
Busses run every 15 min or so to get you to any park you want to go to.

Great experience ..though the rooms need an update! And mini fridges that get cold. The pools and lifeguards are outstanding!

Great resort, stayed at many disney value resorts. Rooms were clean, we had a standard room definitely a little walk after all the walking in the parks. The food court was decent, I felt they needed better dinner options. We dont spend much time in the room, so for us the value resorts are perfect. Would definitely come back again.

I thought that it was a really good hotel with two nice pools, calming music, and good service. However. The rooms were quite small and the breakfast area was confusing

A very good option to enjoy the magic of Disney and relax ...

Room was the smallest family suite I have ever seen. Only 2 packets of coffee were in the room for a room set up for 7 people. Computer or front desk messed up our bans so it took standing in 3 different lines to,get into the park.

A very standard hotel, just with the Disney name stamped on it. Definitely noting wrong with it, but don't expect anything more than your average hotel room.

We went for breakfast to get mickey waffles and they were delicious.

I give it 3 stars because the room service was not very bad, they did not clean well, although the hotel has a good presentation.

Beautiful, with many activities for the kids. Great tried, very kind and cheerful.

This hotel is fun and not crazy expensive like the others. If you're looking for a place to lay your head this place is for you. t's colorful and it's got two big pools. Perfect for the whole family. I love all of the All-star resorts at Disney world. This place is good for those that havent stayed at the Disney World hotel before and want a taste of staying on property. Give it a try. You might like it more than you think.

Not the fanciest place but super friendly and helpful staff.

The most amazing Resort I have stayed at it had a very vintage vibe however the customer service was through the roof when we checked into the hotel they ask what my son's favorite Disney character was in the next day showed up with the delivery for him that was a bag full of his favorite characters gift the hotel was beautiful even though it was built 30 years ago they kept the maintenance up on it the pool was heated they had lifeguards at the pool there was a food court with anything this morning they also had services that deliver to your room if you wanted to bless you could take a bus to any of the Disney parks I would stay there 10 times out of 10 anytime I go back to Disney

We visit a few times a year and this resort never disappoints.

Hotel is great for Disney vacation if you spend a lot of time in the parks

Omg the kids loved it. Honestly our only complaint would be that there wasn't microwaves in the rooms. They are down in the cafeteria. But we had fun. I felt so safe to where I like many other parents let my kids have a little freedom and roam a bit without me on them 24/7. And I knew my kids would be safe. Plus there are so many Cast members there along with security that I knew if they had any problems they would be able to get help right away.
