We have just come back after being there at the time of the hurricane, they could not have done enough for us, my only concern was the food court the food was lovely but not a lot to choose from, but apart from that we had a wonderful time.

Had a suite in the Calypso area. Great pool access. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. Small kitchenette for breakfast prep. Not much sitting area if the pullout beds are open. Overall decent.

I chose this resort because I was thinking: "Why would I pay more for a room if I am only going to sleep in it?"

When I got there, the resort felt dated, a bit too childish for my liking, crowded and worst of all, I was there when Disney was hosting the Cheerleading Competitions.

Majority of the kids in the competition were well behaved, but if you are an adult couple looking to spend time away from kids, this resort isn't for you. But if you want to go to Disney on a budget, you can give this a shot.

The resort is nice for the price you pay. Considering it's Disney World, and this is the cheapest option, it's not wonderful- our room can hear all the surrounding rooms, our water works strangely, and there's only one extra blanket. However, the service seems efficient and the information desk is very helpful, the food court and grocery store are overpriced but get us what we need, and the overall look and feel is nice. It's close enough to the parks that we're comfortable but be careful leaving the parks at closing because it'll take an hour for a bus to get there. Overall, we got what we payed for and are satisfied with a place to sleep and shower.

Decent value resort. The pool never reopened if it was closed for inclement weather, the rooms were quite far from shuttles and the buses were NEVER on time. Frequently you could watch the "ten minutes" tick forward for over half an hour. Then the bus would finally show up and only have room for ten people. There was no sun shade like at other resorts, so in the heat of a Florida summer day good luck not being gross and sweaty by the time you got to a park.

My kids loved staying at this hotel because of the cartoony feel of it. Staff was kind and attentive, a life guard at the pool gave my little girl a little water toy which I thought was wonderful. I really feel like everyone went above and beyond. I wish I would have remembered everyone s names so I could made compliments. Rooms are a bit small which is why I gave it a four out of five. But it is a value hotel. I stayed a week so I also really appreciated the laundry room. Overall great experience.

I'm giving 5 stars but that doesn't mean it is a 5 star hotel. It gets top marks for being a great budget hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly on a Disney magical level! The only negative is that my room was a few football fields back and they don't have golf carts to ferry guests! After hard traveling or going to the parks this walk is a painful, limping nightmare. That's my fault for not checking first. I won't be back due to that. But, I do whole heartedly recommend starting here.

Although the All Star Music Resort is touted as an economy hotel it is very nice. The room is spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is luxurious. We have a nice view of the courtyard. The rooms must be soundproofed because we don't hear any outside noise. We are very happy with our room.

Disney's budget-friendly All Star Sports Resort is a big family hit! Even though the Disney website showed the hotel to be sold out, third-party vendors may have a room available. We arrived around noon and were able to settle into our pool side room without delay. Very attentive guest greeter was able to get us a freshened up room with pool view for our son's birthday visit. That alone was a Home Run in my book. Parking is $13 per day. If u stay one night and return to a park the next day, you will only be charged for the one day of parking. Take their handy shuttle busses to any and all that is Disney. Park your car once, and forget about driving til u are ready to hit the road again.

Good place to stay. But for the love of everything don't get stuck on the same floor as dance mom's. Rude, loud, inconsiderate of others. Our stay was 5 stars until they came. Just the luck of the draw I guess.

We had never stayed in Disney hotels. This year we decided to meet and the first was the comteporary. Super expectation but the experience itself was not the size of the expectation for N problems. In all star music I liked the interaction that the format proposes between the guests but the facilities compromise the experience. Needs a retrofit. The rooms have smell. Illumination in general with problems. this case is not a matter of frustration of expectation.

TV went out one night for 3 hours at 10 o'clock... bad time with small kids after a a long day. WiFi seems to never work properly and in general Verizon got poor reception everywhere. If your kids are like mine and like to wind down with a few you tube videos this is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Transportation was approximately every "20 minutes" according to Disney.....You should plan on every 30 minimum plus an extra 10 on top of what google maps will tell you in case you are trying to meet your fast passes. On top of that be prepared to wait up to an hour for your Disney express to pick you up from the airport for this hotel and i have heard of multiple people losing their luggage in the process. Hotel pools and staff are nice but when looking for "value" I would not say it is worth it...Next time deluxe hotel or Disney vacation club for us to avoid these value hotels...even though when asking for a map at the Disney vacation club we got booked for a tour of hotels we really didnt want nor will attend and a 15 minute pitch on the program along with false information about what was left to see in the park "We had already seen it all congratulations" Love the disney staff, wish we choose a different hotel that could at least give us proper Wifi.

Our room had everything we needed after a long day in the parks. Our bed was really comfortable, I slept like a baby. Not far to walk to car park, pool, busses etc. Decor was a little outdated in our room but that really doesn't matter at the end of the day! An amazing holiday!

The "new rooms" are just ok. The lack of carpet makes them very loud, every sound reverberates in them. As well as cold and just hard. After you walk all day in the park, a softer floor would be amazing. They give you a Murphy Bed (queen size) as a second bed. Fine. Not great for what you are paying.
The sliding doors to the bathroom are not good for privacy.
Decor was nice, but not what I expected for Disney. The lights were out in most displays on the outside the buildings, several 'street lamps' were out, all week. The big attraction of the Juke Box had 90% of its lighting out and was a huge disappointment.
Restaurant was good, food choices were good, even for a family with special dietary needs.
And a surprise "scheduled" power outage left us in a bind. My husband is on a CPAP and we inquired as to what we could do. We were given a back-up battery. It did not work.
Currently there is construction, thus the "scheduled power outage", and the "construction only" elevator was the only one that would come whenever you pressed the call button. We did inform them of this and it seemed to be fixed by the time we left.
It was not warm enough for us to use the pools so I can only say they looked good, lots for the kids to do at them.

We enjoyed our stay at the All Star Music Resort. Its a lower tier hotel but honestly we don't think the moderate hotels are much better. Moderate hotels offer restaurants on property and slightly nicer rooms. We enjoyed this hotel for the price. Didnt have any issues at all. The on site gift shop is nice and the food court on property came in handy as well.

Where does one even begin to describe how well the Disney experience delivers? We've been DVC members for 12+ years and have enjoyed many of their resorts, including All-Star Music, numerous times. Always TOPS!

If you go to Disney it is ideal to stay in a hotel there as they have transportation to and from the airport and between the parks and hotels without paying extra and the all star set are cheap and beautiful what you need as they are only used for sleep

A great complex the All Star Music Resort, very well served by its staff in all sectors of the hotel, great variety and delicious meals in its buffet both at breakfast and lunch and dinner.
The bad the size of some rooms and the lack of modernization of the same since they are very old in their bathrooms, clean but looking to the 80s.
Large pools and very clean but with little shade for so many guests.

Got to the room at about 9PM. Neither the magic bands or the app got us in. Waiting outside of our room for someone to come by, maintenance stopped by. He opened the door, then told us that he couldn't let us in. He called the duty manager who said they'd come help. 20 minutes later, he calls again... nothing. My wife is holding our sleeping 2 year old, who has now peed through her diaper. My parents, who were also staying there, came by and were able to open the door with theirs. This was an hour after we made the initial contact with staff. Nobody ever came to the room to assist. We normally stay at a value resort, but it was a last minute trip. After coming to Disney for over 30 years, this was the worst experience ever. Way to drop the ball, guys.

Wonderful hotel, as always. Good staff, extremely attentive and helpful. Easy to get to the parks by ground transportation and out of the parks with the apps (uber style). Clean place, full of nice little "surprises" (like a list of questions about Mickey and Disney in front of the hotel shop).
