It's a simple and clean, it is nothing fancy but it's great for coming back to after a long day at disney

Very first All Star Resort I went to with my daughter and now she won't go anywhere else

Super clean. Great service and food. We will be staying again.

Its to far from the room to the front desk for a person with walking problems

Fun resort with convenient access to a place to eat and play arcade games. Fun pool areas. Only drawback is that is always so crowded all the time.

First day after check-in got into room found cumstain on the floor pubic hairs in the bed second night got some chicken from the food court chicken wings all Raw and they tried to charges for calling down to the office and speaking of somebody this place is ridiculous I would not recommend it to anyone there's other little things but too much to put one major thing is if you got disability and they can't see it they don't help you at all even though they say they will.

It's not as nice as the higher prices hotels, but the value makes up for it, especially if you're just using the room for sleeping.

My family and I stayed here this past week.We like the pools and the food taste good!Our hotel room on the other hand was dirty.The carpet was dirty.The bathtub was dirty,it had hair in it.There was also a squished roach on the stairs outside.The interior of the rooms are outdated.We would compare it to a motel 8.There elevators are very old,slow and make noises when moving.The outside of the hotel has a nice appearance but the interior of the rooms are not what you would expect from Disney.

Every request I made feel on deaf ears. Was given bad information costing me time from concierge, managers and the front desk. They seemed incapable of answering or fixing any problems I had. When they tried to "fix" it they gave someone on the dining plan a meal voucher. Their answer to almost every problem was for me to fix it myself.

stayed there a week, it was a nice place to stay, but didn't spend alot of time there, was at the parks

it's not as luxurious as some of the other Disney resorts but it's still wonderful! We don't intend to spend much time in our room so the price point was completely worth it. Still incredible service, lovely pools, and wonderfully clean. We love the musical theme!

Nice place although we were in the Movie but they are all in the same place.

To have that many good reviews is hard to believe. Do not believe I have stayed in a motel without a coffee pot. Need a shuttle to get to front desk. NOTHING nice about the room. 2 wall outlets. For this price I expected more. DON'T STAY HERE.

Spent more time correcting issues with Magic Bands than enjoying the resort. 1 band would be fixed, the other 3 would lose connectivity.

I had a wow moment! We we re checking into the hotel not actually planning to go in to Disney World and as we were talking to the front desk agent he actually gift us two entrances to Disney World that day! I would definitely come back!

Never again, tiny rooms and they just seem to smell weird.

Very Disney-esque; perfect for children. However, hotel rooms are small and outdated, and it's quite a walk between the room and the buses. (You can, however, get a room closer to the canteen and buses for an extra fee per night.) If you can afford it, try to get a better hotel. If the hotel isn't a priority though, then it's a decent choice.

Typical 2 star hotel room triple the price! The All Star Reorts are not really resorts. They really should be named The All Star Family Inns. Do not expect any services that you expect from a true resort if you've ever been to one. I would give them a good 2 stars. The rooms are like a remodeled old Ho Jo. Just because you have a cafeteria and a bar doesn't mean its a resort. I know that they have to cover the cost of the one good service which are the bus rides to the theme parks. However, that doesn't mean it gives you the right to gouge your guests. Example: The cost of one banana, $2.29. The cost of a 20oz soft drink or a water bottle, $4.50

Good hotel rooms need updating which will be happening shortly but clean and comfortable

Not at all happy with our room! Definitely, would have picked a different place to stay when traveling to Disney!

Comfortable beds, and the room itself was clean but the bathroom seemed a little dirty. Everything else was convenient and a treat.

The value resorts are all pretty much the same. Kind of loud, long walks to the shuttle, no gym or jacuzzi, pools are usually crowded and a little chilly. It is, however, still Disney, so even with all it's lacking it's still pretty magical. Can't beat the price but next time I'll splurge on a moderate resort!

Spacious and clean rooms great for families equipped for disabled people, even the swimming pool equipped for disabilities

The remodeling of the All Star resorts has reached the Music resort. The room was great! A Murphy bed, which is plush and comfy, converts to a great table for in room meals. The hot beverage station for coffee & tea is a tasteful upgrade. The transparent mini-fridge door looks sharp. The whole vibe of the room is upbeat & modern. Room rates are reasonable especially when transportation convenience is taken into consideration. The Disney app alerts when bus pickups will be! No need to stay off site when one can stay here!

This a great value resort that submerges you in the Disney culture. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice amenities for the price.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! I had only a handful of issues but once I worked with a cast member everything was taking care of right then and there!!! Great customer service!!!

The Resort has a lovely a Environment suitable for all ages. Not only that but a fantastic food court with amazing food.

Disney All-Star Music Resort is a very good hotel for what it is. The atmosphere is very fun and family friendly. I would definitely recommend staying

It was a wonderfully priced location to stay on Disney property, it had a nice atmosphere and the food court was amazing. The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were a bit worse for wear, compared to other disney resorts I mean.

Very clean, great arcade, and the front desk staff are helpful at all hours! Definitely book a preferred room, for ease of transportation access. Beds are comfy and the fridge worked, I wish there was a kettle or microwave.

Very good place to rest, from there you have all the parks nearby, between 15 'and 20'

Disney's All-Star Music Resort was a good place for our family to stay. The rooms were great. The pools were nice. The only thing we did not like were the beds. They both felt like springs were coming through. Very uncomfortable for the 4 nights we were there. The floor was softer. The bathtub was very small. I ended up with a bruised elbow trying to get out.

Everyone was so welcoming and the room service was exceptional. Very well maintained. Something that was very convenient was the transportation the resort offers. Complimentary rides to and from the airport as well as to and from any of their parks. Will definitely stay here again!

Site is exceptionally clean and well presented. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated and worm however they are clean. It's annoying having to go to the restaurant to fill up the cups

Another reviewer said it perfectly when he said "This is Disney's version of a Motel 6." These rooms are very sub par for the $120+ a night that they cost. Everything in the rooms is extremely outdated and some things barely even work. We had room 8410 and I was not very pleased with it at all, not one thing that we tried to plug into an outlet would even stay in the outlets. Furthermore, Disney has cups that you can buy and refill during your entire stay (our stay was 12 days), however there is only 1 place in this resort that you can refill the cups, and if your room is like ours and a 10 minute walk just to get there it becomes very frustrating. They really need to setup a second drink station that is closer to the buildings in the back. We decided to stay here because we did not have enough DVC points to book a DVC resort and thought that this would be a good cheap alternative. Originally we were not planning on going to Disney World for this 2 weeks but thought, it's a cheap room, why not. Our experience at this resort made us decide to never stay at a value resort again. Extremely sub par and way below our expectations. This however is the very first time that we have ever flown to Disney World so we got to experience the Magical Express for the first time. Before we even left it was already a disappointment. We were excited to have Disney take care of all of our bags and everything for us, but we found out about a month before we went that Disney stops the bag services for flights that arrive after 10:30pm and our flight arrived at 11:30pm. Overall I love Disney and try to see the best side of everything that they do, but I cannot in good faith recommend this resort at all to anyone.

Close to the parks, with an excellent bus service. Rooms are stuck in the 90's and are hilariously decorated. The hotel has everything you'll need to enjoy the most expensive place this side of a trip to Mars.

This is an excellent and affordable hotel! If you are going to Disney Parks, this is the hotel to stay!

The resort area is lovely, the staff wonderous, and the activities plentiful. However, the food court is average and any extra matress is inadquate in comfort

Great room for the price compared to other resorts. Would have preferred a little more luxury considering it is Disney, but overall, very good and very convenient.

Everything is nice and clean. The room seems to be a little too warm for the setting (68) and the bed pillows are FLAT. Otherwise, great.

Excellent value, clean and beautiful environment. You can get there and park your car for the rest of your stay, you have everything you need food, activities, beautiful surroundings, pool, complimentary transportation.
