Every request I made feel on deaf ears. Was given bad information costing me time from concierge, managers and the front desk. They seemed incapable of answering or fixing any problems I had. When they tried to "fix" it they gave someone on the dining plan a meal voucher. Their answer to almost every problem was for me to fix it myself.
